Very POOR quality control; customer BEWARE!! Just bought a Kia coil from Amazon which evidently resells parts from this place. After waiting a week, it finally came in ~ the mounting bracket it shipped with was so warped it would not mount to holes on back of engine and electrical mount on front was bent so bad I could not get connector mounted to it without bending it! On top of all that, it is worse than the coil I took off -THIS one won’t even allow the Kia to start! Customer - stay AWAY!

Not a review more like a wondering if this is the same as Auto Day Plus which is another chinese auto parts importer. I tracked them down from eBay but I cant find any other company in Ontario that goes by this close enough match.. AD Auto Parts.. Anyone can respond to my question here, I mean it is a question after all they may have changed the name or DBA as Auto Day Plus.. who knows?

Poor customer serviceWent In just now to ask a question about purchasing some parts for our vehicle and we were told they were not open to the public when in fact outside their large windows it shows open to the public.We apologized for the inconvenienceThe lady followed us to the door and locked it the second we stepped out. I noticed they closed in 10min. No problem Well take our business somewhere else.

They charged me 50% to return a product, plus I had to pay return shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM ALANIS DEALS!!! They will rip you off!!!

They sent me a faulty part. Cheaply made, poor quality. Contacted them for a replacement and heres where things get fishy. They charged me for the replacement. Sent out the second part, it didnt function properly either. I sent back both parts and they refused to refund my money.They knowingly broke terms of service with Amazon by charging for the replacement. They gave terrible service i.e. did not answer any of my questions. Were rude. And lied to Amazon in their statements about me, their customer.Horrible nightmare experience. Not even worth one star. I dont see how they are in business when they treat paying customers poorly and steal from them. Beware: this company sells on other websites such as eBay & Amazon (not for much longer if Amazon makes good on their promise.)

Terrible customer service, will not warranty defective parts that were purchased on amazon which failed within 6 months. Stay away they are a scam.

Just got a fuel pump today .we put it in and it doesnt even work. 🤬

AD auto parts are a complete ripoff. I purchased two fuel pumps which went out three months after purchase (yes, both of them) Come to find out the AC Delco fuel pumps are throw backs from Mexico. Amazon even pulled them off from selling on their site due to complaints. They will not honor their warranty or work with you on returns or refunds. I generated a claim through BBB to resolve this matter. AD auto refused to cooperate with them. You will most likely find AD Auto on eBay using the name alanisdeals. I understand they sell cheap parts, but spend the extra $$ elsewhere to avoid issues with ripoff scum like AD auto.

This company is stealing I bought a fuel pump it did not work they told me to return it that they were going to pay the return and they kept nothing with the fuel pump and the money and they only pretend insanity that they sell us nothing, the truth is very angry I practically gave them away my money and time in waiting for my refund which has not arrived and they just closed the case and no longer answer
