I went in to pick up my online order and immediately upon acknowledging delivery to me, my existing phone stopped working. I had to go back to the store and have them install a new SIM card so that I could continue using my old phone. The individual at the store indicated this is normal, that once you pick up your new phone, the old one is disconnected. I verified with AT&T that my old phone should have stayed active until I activated the new phone. I guess when theyre not earning a commission theyll do anything to make your life miserable.
Jairo is a Very good salesman offered us good promotion info and knowledgeable we bought not just 1 phone which we were only in there for but instead we bought 4 phones plus accessories because of the sales and promotions he offered, chargers, screen protectors, and cases. Very happy with purchase

Jordan at the Ontario mills mall location is literally the bomb. They are lucky to have her. She is way beyond helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and just goes above all the rest with her customer service ! We are very pleased, way more comfortable feeling like we are getting more service for our money. I tried to go to one store where we live in the hi desert and he told me that he could get me a better discount if I bought phones from him, and at that time I wasn’t sure if we wanted new ones or not and with Jordan, it was no pressure she just was all forthcoming with all the deals that would/could work for my family without knowing we wanted 3 new phones! If you get a chance take the drive to see her, I drove and hour and a half and was worth it just for the service we got! Keep it up Jordan, and you will go far in life being as sweet as you are! Again this company should feel good having you! If you see this, thank you for all your help!
The sales rep, Daniel, was awesome. We had gone in to ask a few questions. We ended up leaving with three new phones (I have five lines on my account). He was very patient and thorough. He made sure we understood all the changes and updates. Definitely ask for Daniel when you go!!
Sales representative Reanna Chaboya assisted me in financing an iPhone 12 Pro Max and changing my phone number (since my other phone number received too many spam calls and messages). I traded in my iPhone XR which was in perfect condition and was told I’d receive the full $700 credit for it. Today I received a text from AT&T stating that I would no longer be receiving the $700 credit since I disconnected my previous phone number. Apparently they have a policy which is that I can’t make any changes to my phone plan for 90 days after the promotion in order to receive the $700 credit. None of the employees (NOT EVEN THE MANAGER) at this store let me know about this policy or even mentioned it. You would think that since I made this purchase in store with an employee, instead of online, they would know what they’re doing but it doesn’t seem like it at this store. I filed a case with the AT&T loyalty program in hopes that I can receive my promotion since I wasn’t even aware of the policy in the first place. The sales representative Reanna Chaboya at this store actually encouraged me to cancel my other phone number as soon as I got home and like I said before, she NEVER mentioned the policy. When I called the AT&T loyalty program today I was also told that there’s no way I can get my iPhone XR back if they deny my promotion after the case is closed. They basically will be keeping my previous phone for free! So outrageous! Very disappointed with AT&T and will be leaving this company if my issue isn’t fixed by the loyalty program. Don’t trust these employees.
I only come to this store location because of Hashem and Jordan. They are true gems and are so helpful and fun. I appreciate their help very much.

My iPhone 8+ Had issues & brought it in. Was given a great deal by girl working there. Trade in for 12 mini & would lower my family plan by $20/mo. Ok, traded phone & paid $50 to cover all costs above trade in. She said call her & will waive startup & insurance. Ok. A month later, we called her 3 times & she never returned our calls. Then got a bill that was $97 higher then what our previous bill was. Apparently she added another number to my phone (2 lines). Wasn’t asked for & wasn’t needed. We 7 phones through ATT for our business. Got ahold of Kelsey in business customer service. Explained & she was able to fix our problem. We are with ATT still (over 15 years) because of here. We will never go into a retail ATT store again. This rating is only for the retail store in the Ontario Mall.
The service at this place was amazing. All my concerns were addressed and was taken care of However, on the day we initially visited this store on 12/26/20, we were trying to get new phones and everything went smoothly. We needed to come back the next day to complete our transaction but the store was closed ( red flag). I came back on 01/02/21 to find out that the employee who helped us has COVID. The manage meant should’ve informed the customers who had contact with this employee to let them know that he’s infected. This is a safety issue and common courtesy.

Went in to upgrade my husbands and my phone and were greeting right away by Edith, she was the best. She helped us pick a phone that worked best for us. Took the time to explain everything in detail so we wouldnt have any surprise charges or fees. I will definitely be returning and going through her again!Edit: Changed my 5 star rating to 1 due to the fact that now there is a surprise charge... the other phone. She explained to us wed be getting a b1g1 but now after the fact Im being informed we do not qualify and theres nothing she can do now.

Worst service. They come across arrogantly as if AT&T has the best service when anybody who has an above average intelligence will figure out they will rip you off with hidden fees and overly priced plans. Only checked it out as an option but found a better deal elsewhere. Would I recommend coming here? No. You can definitely find better service with others no matter what your cellular needs are.

I finally decided to get a new iPhone so I came to this store, luckily a guy by the name of Jeffrey helped me out. I had an AT&T prepaid phone that was broken while I was at a truck stop in Antario, California. So I went to the AT&T store at Antario Mills where I got a postpaid phone. I was assisted by Lauren Hash. The service I got from her was second to none. She is very knowledgeable about the products and services AT&T offers . Very upset with my experience at this location. I was given a plan by the girl employee at this location. She had given me a pretty fair price in the beginning till my bill showed up. Not even close to what she agreed with me. I tried so many times to get a hold of the girl. She would denied her service to me. Why offer something when she couldnt keep her word. So disappointed in with the retailer and her customer service.
I came in this store looking to to upgrade my phone. Good thing Jeffrey Chong was there to help me. I can tell that this guy Jeffrey is really passionate about helping others. He took his time on explaining different phones that I can consider upgrading to. At the end of it all I decided on getting an Iphone X, thanks to Jeffreys help. He provided me with excellent service. I would definitely recommend him to other customers as well as my peers.

I went in to get a sim card for my old phone because I broke the phone I normally use. I was a little upset because at&t charges for sim cards now when i remember back in the day they used to be free. To be honest i was a little rude to the associate about the cost of a sim card & he kept on being helpful to me. He then offered me an upgrade and did a rate plan change which actually was more beneficial for me. at the end of the transaction I ended up paying nearly 130 for a phone with a case and a screen protector and a pop socket AND my bill was nearly the same price. Actually i believe it was cheaper by 5 bucks and i got an IPHONE X! Joel, if you read these comments thank you so much man & I’m sorry for being snappy with you my friend. you really did help me out.
Bad customer service! Store was busy I get that but I was patient. I waited 45 minutes to be seen and when I was I was not given the allotted amount of time I should have received. When you have a customer waiting for that long you don’t try to get rid of them so you can go home. Have some decency the rep literally asked me “what you want”? Mind you the kid has his pants almost down to his knees. You couldn’t even tell he worked there. That’s not how you greet a customer, im having a hard time believing AT&T just lets their workers come to work like that. he literaly did not look or sound like an employee. He was just so unprofessional. His attire was not in any way proper representation of what working for a multi billion dollar company looks like . But that’s not even the issue I mention that because your upper management should know it’s inappropriate. I’ve never had any store interaction like this one and it made it start off as a bad experience. So here’s a run down of what happened on Friday may 4th around 8:30 pm I walked into the AT&T store located in the Ontario mills mall. There were 3 guys there I’m not giving names one I guess was store manager the other two were employees. I was first approached buy the first “employee” he asked me what I wanted, what’s my phone number etc after giving him my ID and showed him my credit card as a second form of indentification. I started asking him a question about an accessory sale AT&T had online. 20 percent off if I buy 3 of them I tried asking him if I had to buy 3 at a time or do I receive a discount on 3+ accessories. In the middle of my question he gets up started talking to his “manager”. And his manager tells him something about walking with me. And I looked confused as he’s coming towards me like he calls him back and tells him to ship me the phones.I told him wait no, I was given the same option over the phone but I needed to get all my stuff transferred to my phone so they recommend I came into the store. Then the “manager”grabs his tablet and tells me yeah you have 5 lines on your account we deal with a lot of fraud and to give me peace of mind I’d rather ship them to you. I told him 3 of those devices are tablets I was told over the phone I can add the other one. He said said well I’m not going to do it! with an attitude. In my head I’m thinking I haven’t even been helped for 5 minutes and I’m treated so poorly it makes no sense. And I asked him is there some sort of policy implemented that even though I’m approved I can’t add another phone in store I can only have it shipped? Which I didn’t mind I waisted my time that’s why I was upset. He then said no I can’t help you, then I asked him you cants help me or you just don’t want to. His response is I don’t want to! Verbatim! This 23yo kid / manager is being so disrespectful now Im questioning the moral and the code of business conduct displayed by your manager and it makes sense to why I was treated so poorly from the start. I left and I’ll never go back as soon as I’m out of contract I’m going back to Verizon. All the plans now are all the same but atleast I know walking into a Verizon store they have some sort of dignity and pride in their stores. I just don’t see this happening with any other establishments or carrier. I’ll also be forwarding this to corporate till some one reaches out to me and resolves this issue with the stores moral.
