All dealers BEWARE of CTW Distributions out if California. They are a bunch of scam artist. I have purchased numerous phones from them over the last couple of years and they were great. Here is the last they have gotten terrible. I purchased 8 galaxy s5 phones from them that were refurbished and were guaranteed to work. Since I always trusted their equipment I did not check them when they come in. I bought them when it was somewhat slow and stocking up for when it got busy. This was a little over 2 months the that I had the phones. Once business picked up and they started selling I was having customers coming back non stop saying the digitizer was acting up or the display was acting up so I swapped it out with another phone from CTW Distribution and low and behold it was brought back as well. We literally had gone through every s5 we bought from them and all of them were doing the same thing. So I contacted the company and after a couple weeks of trying to get a response they finally agreed to only take 4 of them back. I paid to send the 4 back and gave them about 2 weeks and called them and they had no status on the returns and they informed me they were gonna check on it and I never received a response. After another week I contacted them again and they said they would check on them and again never heard anything back. At this point I was getting frustrated and I sent an email to the main guy and after a week later they finally respond and said that the phones could not be repaired and they were sending them back to me because they were to expensive to repair or replace. Now keep in min these phones were never removed from the box, less than 2 months the old and they guaranteed them to work and I paid $200 a piece for them. That is over. $1600.00 I lost with this company. Keep this in mind if you ever plan on or are already doing business with this company. They are shady and will not stand behind the products they sell. I am in the process of filing a small claims lawsuit against them. BEWARE they are a Rip-off and dont care about their customers. Only looking to make a dollar and dont care who they hurt in the process. $1600.00 might not be alot of money to them but it is to me and I will do everything in my power to make sure they dont rip off another person. Thank you for taking the time to read and pass this on to the next dealer so they dont get ripped off too.
