Long time customer, and thanks to a wonderful lady that answered the phone at customer service I still am. This store however needs to be entered with caution. Around a month ago I purchased a new phone with the understanding I could get a rebate, at least that is what the clerk told me. Wrong! No rebate, but let it slide and kept the phone. A few weeks ago my wife comes home with a new phone. I asked her how it went wanting to make sure our plan didnt get changed to something really expensive, and she told me that the clerk informed her that it was going to work out with our monthly payment unchanged. I was able to accept this without question since I was the only one on a data plan before she got her new phone, and since I never even come close to using 1 of the 5 gigs on my plan I figured she was just added on to that. I paid $30 for that plan and had been on it for a while. The clerk decided to take advantage of someone who was getting their first smart phone instead. Even though he could see that I never even dented my data plan he put her on one for $3 a day. At least $90 FU&^%$# per month for this, on top of mine which never really gets used much. May I say F#@$ you sir.I have to say that I have been dealing with this store since it opened there, and the prior location on 4th ave since 2007 and never had any complaints, so this rating is only for the clerk or clerks (not sure if same guy that I dealt with was the one who robbed my wife) who posses not one single ounce of integrity. Its a shame that someone there is tarnishing what used to be a good thing.
