Employees were helpful when you got their attention, otherwise they just stand around the store. Decent selection of shoes and fair prices. The check out girl was very nice. I recommend this Champs for a pair of shoes over any other shoe store in Ontario Mills.

After waiting in line for at least an hour for DUNKS we were turned away, Empty handed. Even after an employee, also standing in line told us it was first come first served. He said his manager “Hector” said it was first come first served. We were then turned away rudely. Bad customer service and communication.Also customer service number takes too long

By far one of my most favorite shoe stores to visit in any mall. They always have a great selection of sneakers in store. It can get very busy so sometimes people are fighting for workers to help them out. other than that its a roomie store with plenty of options for everyone.

Seems like the store employees are more interested in talking to each other than helping you.

I went to this store a few days ago Dec 15 2017 and the line wasnt that long. All was going to get was a simple shirt. I finally get up the register for my turn to check out and the cashiers name Guadalupe, literally answers her personal phone. I honestly wouldnt be that mad but she was gesturing me to pay while he is still have a full on convo on her phone. So I waited till she got off the phone and said I have an account (or what ever its called when you get points). So she says OH and cancels the transaction then asks for my phone number and then proceeds with the standard protocol. Honestly I wouldnt be mad at this but I work retail myself and I would never do that to a customer. MY job wouldnt even let me have my phone to be out on the floor like that. I understand its a chill job, but at least dont have me wait till you get of the phone to do your job the correct way. It wasnt an emergency call she was talking about going to an event after work!!!

Just like any other champs in any mall might have a better selection tho ok customer service

Good store for shoes and brands that are being used out there

So every single time I’ve walked into this store I’ve been ignored by the staff. First time was about a month ago. I walked in looking for a pair of Nike vapor maxes. I was ready to drop some cash on those shoes. Was waiting for an associate to help me out seeing as how there was a few of them on the floor. Nothing. One of them kept walking past me like I wasn’t even there. The mall was about to close so I left. I thought maybe it was just because they were about to close blah blah blah they wanted to go home, ok I get it. Been there. So a week after that, I walk in That same store with my brother looking for some adidas eqt’s. Again, waiting for an associate. Nothing. We were the only people in the store and it was nowhere near closing. They were there just standing around. We walk out and go a few shops down to the footlocker. Immediately greeted by an employee and asked if I needed help. Only reason I didn’t buy the sneakers was that they didn’t have my size. Fast forward to today. I was looking for the same Eqt’s, their site said that particular location had them in stock in my size. So I go again, reluctantly. I wait to see if any associate will ask if I need help. Nothing again. There was 3 of them just standing around with their thumbs up their asses doing nothing. Do you guys not get trained in customer service? Or do you guys not have to worry about keeping a job because mom and dad have your back? I don’t get it. Footlocker is over here training their employees right, but you guys are over here making people feel like they’d rather shop at the competition. Hey champs do you guys want one guy who can do the job of all your employees at once? Hit me up cuz it can’t get any worse than it is now. Seriously. It’s no wonder this location doesn’t even have a yelp page, cuz I guarantee you people would be throwing mad dirt at them. For real though, if you wanna buy shoes, go to any store but this one. Garbage.

Someone asked for a size 10 for some Nike air max and the dude said they only had 2 more left of size 10 then i went to go ask and he said that they had no more pairs of size 10 like WTF

We called during Christmas after finding out the online order did not deliver next day as promised, we ckd if open on Christmas. Online said yes, cause we were desperate to purchase in store. We called no answer, & store was closed. Not cool!
