I am a college student so I rely on my computer for everything. McGowan Computers were amazing. They did a temporary fix on my computer while the parts came in so I could continue to use it. The service was suburb, the pricing point was extremely reasonable, and they even gave me a discount for being a college student. I would recommend them to anyone needing computer services.

I had the privilege of watching Dan work with a mutual client, walking her through the process of navigating her computer remotely. Dan has tremendous knowledge and experience, but I appreciate the way he patiently helped an individual with limited knowledge and understanding. I took my laptop to McGowan Computers to resolve a few issues but after 2 days, Dan had done nothing because he was having new carpet installed and his hardwood floors resurfaced then someone more important came in and needed their computer ASAP. When I picked up my laptop, Dan stated he had done some maintenance on it which I did not request; I guess he felt guilty charging me for not resolving any of the issues I brought it in for.
