Not only found the same tv I was gonna rent from there but Walmart had a bigger screen and definitely way cheaper price

I have purchased several appliances, furniture sets from this location. Angelica and Alex are awesome, and I recently worked with Alex as well. I recommend def if you can’t afford to spend a lot upfront.

The customer service was terrible. There was a clear miscommunication on the stores behalf with my payment. They attached a 7 piece Bedroom set to my payment plan and kept telling me I was overdue. Then I spoke to a customer service rep and she voided the payment agreement that I NEVER SIGNED and sent me a confirmation email for the mattress that I financed. In the next few days I get some rude man banging on my door saying that I was overdue on a $69 payment and Ive been avoiding them. He was extremely rude and had no visible identification. Then he proceeded to tell me I needed to provide my credit card information to him and pay over the phone. I am more that capable of paying $69, but I will not be bullied by anyone. Especially some little man at my door saying that he worked for rent-a-center. He could have been anyone. I proceeded to call the store and pay off my balance IN FULL. Its safe to say I will NEVER finance with rent-a-center again.

This was one of THE VERY WORST PLACES I HAVE EVER BEEN. THE AS💥HOLE who harassed and pestered my Husband and I the day BEFORE our payment was due. He tried to bully my Husband into paying early and they charged waaaaaaaaay to much. I got a much much better deal on Offer Up

Alex really knows how to treat his customers, hes professional,honest he accomidated me in every aspect of my needs i cant say enough about him truly a pleasure doing bussiness at this location hes an asset to the company thanks Alex

Well they were way too expensive for what they deliver over twice retail. Then we are harrassed multiable times a week for a monthly payment.So we are giving the stuff Back.Screw them

Dont like the fact of being called on payment due date constantly when day is not over.

PEOPLE COMPLAIN WHEN RENT A CENTER STAFF GOES TO THEIR HOUSE AND TRY TO COLLECT THEIR PAYMENT ..EVERYTHING COULD BE AVOID ONLY IF THEY MADE THEIR PAYMENTS ON TIME !!!!! LOL
