This store is very clean and organized. They aways seem to try to do something interesting at the front door. The female manager that grabbed my lock up it from the back was awesome and the cashier was very efficient. Great place to shop in a not so great location.

I arrived at Staples I was looking for a certain product I couldnt find it Sergio approached me and asked me if I can be helped informed him I could use his assistance then he directed me to the department of the product. We found the product he took me up to the register and I thought it was going to be a price on sale and it wasnt so then search look into finding me the deal that I wanted and he did a great job Sergio keep up the great work I will definitely come back to you when I ever I need staples products thank Again.

Staples stores seem to be pretty straight across the board. Ive never really had a bad experience at one (that I can remember) and the staff always seem to be ready to help at any given notice. The friendly atmosphere and the overall organization of their products tends to make me buy more than I intended every time I head into this store. Whats better is the weekly mailer that comes out. Staples places it at the front door as you walk in so you can see their weekly deals and discounts in order to make your shopping more enjoyable and to keep your ATM card from melting.This particular location is in a great area, serving a huge array of businesses and consumers, the parking is plentiful, and the displays are well maintained.

I was greeted when I came in, which was nice. When i couldnt find what i needed i asked for assistance and a manager immediately asked if i need help. The problem with that is that I was explaining my situation and he didnt even wait for me to finish my sentence when he blurted out Ill send someone to that department. My score was based on the managers response and rudely cutting me off half sentence. With that said cashier was very nice and patient.

Printing prices are insane. Price for cutting is ABSURD. $4.00 PER CUT?! I can go and buy a cutter at Michaels or joanns cheaper than what they want to charge me in cutting. And they charge an “express fee”. Talk about trying to take every penny possible. Having previously worked in a printing department, I am so disappointed in how much staples is charging. I’m going to Office Depot since their prices are much more reasonable.

I am VERY THANKFUL to Andrea for helping me with my purchase. I had been to the Office Depot on Day Creek and Foothill in Rancho Cucamonga to EXCHANGE an HP ink cartridge that we had purchased along with a HP printer and All- in-one Desktop computer purchased from that location. The sales tech assisted us with the purchase and suggested we get the extra ink cartridge. Granted this purchase was over a year ago, but we have been LOYAL customers for MANY, MANY YEARS!!!The ink cartridge we purchased with the computer was put in the desk drawer until it was needed. My husband FINALLY needed to use the cartridge and it was not compatible. We tried to return it to Office Depot today.NO way! I couldnt find the receipt, and they couldnt track the purchase through their Rewards Program. Plus, the package had been opened and it was past their 14 day return policy.We have spent THOUSANDS of $$$$ at Office Depot, but NO MORE!!!!!Staples was very nice on the phone and they were easy to work with. Their customer service was EXCELLENT! The manager, Joe, at Office Depot suggested that I might have purchased the ink cartridge somewhere else like maybe Costco.NOT the best way to keep customers or get new customers.

There was something I wish is not true about a top office store (was my favorite). When you buy a product offering staples rebates, please make sure you get everything you need to claim it before you walk out of store. Feels like every company is trying to cheat customers out of their hard earned money.Update: Issue resolved. Talk to a real manager when you have an issue. 3-star for needing to visit three times.

Today is one of my best day to shopping office supplies. Very helpful and kind people here, especially these young girls. I am trying to buy a promotion item, which outstock and m pick up another one by mistake. he wrong item is far more expensive than the one I want. The girls here, immediate help me order from their system, and free shipping to my home. It will arrive tomorrow! Did I mentioned the item only $9 after discount? And free shipping!The last time I got this kind of surprises is from Amazon, ordered Saturday night and received Sunday. These retailers are the feature of the shopping system.

This happened to me in my very first printing order online: Ozzy, the Print & Marketing Supervisor from Staples 921 N. Milliken Ave. Ontario made an error when trying to do a modification needed to my design. But what was really terrible for my understanding was he tried to blame my original for his correction, making some part of the printing difficult to read. I asked for some discount and he said they could not justify it because was not their fault... You should make a discount or either an extra printing. I do not feel being treated as a customer.I feel mistreated...

Very long wait due to poor service until their top rep assisted me and got much better customer support ask for Alan at the copy print services.

Wasnt greeted on arrival-yet others where. not understanding how you can allow me to cancel an order BASED on a name BUT not BASED on that SAME NAME give me my ink cartridge?? had my CA identification BUT was asked for a drivers license. had the email order, email pick up notification AND debit card the item was purchased with on hand-MY DRIVERS LICENSE was in my hand bag outside in my truck. YET I REPEATED TWICE I have identification not my DRIVERS license. I personally wont be returning. I feel that was an unnecessary experience.

The staff have a very limited knowledge of what they are doing. Priority is not in their vocabulary and the ability to understand their own system is impossible... Took over 1 hour just to have them print a single page...

I went in for a simple spiral binding and they took 30 minutes to finish it. The person doing the spiral binding mixed up the pages and tried to blame me (the customer) for it. Bad service and rude staff.

Purchased some break room supplies at a sale price. Checkout is fast. Not too many customers when I usually visit. I am a rewards member and get email notifications of sale items or coupons.

This place is absolutely pathetic. I went there today to get my headshots printed and they told me there was a 2 1/2 hour wait. This was the second time I was told to wait...the first tome I was told I had to wait a day...just for headshots?!!This place is completely understaffed and the people who do work there sit around doing nothing. When it come to small printing jobs this place is useless.

This place is garbage. It turned me off of ever going to staples again. I went in to laminate ONE business card. One! They told me that it was to busy and to come back tomorrow. There was nobody there and laminating a card takes a couple of minutes. Right after I walked away the same dude that told me he was busy was outside drinking his Starbucks. My business uses Staples often for online ordering. That changes NOW!

Went to get my phone fixed there, and they accused me of wrong doing when it was not my fault. They want to charge me another 170 dollars to get my phone back. They fixed my phone, and then I had to leave it there. Just not a happy camper this time around.
