I have been using this location for 21 years. The staff is intelligent, calm, and they treat each person with the most respect and give us their undivided attention. Very understanding with returns, exchanges, and refunds. Ive never encountered an issue in over 21 years of business.

The people working here are just great. Straightforward, quick, & pleasant experience getting a new battery (thanks Chris!) Would highly recommend to any friend.

It was very positive experience for me. I got the part I needed no hassle, nice friendly people. Then I was able to get a Marine battery with 1000 cranking amps for a hundred bucks.

Don’t know if their phone is messed up, but I’ve called three times on my phone to see if they had a certain part. Twice it sounded like the phone was picked up and no body said anything. Once it was just like it was denied. Then called on my boyfriends phone and somebody answered. Was put on hold for a few minutes and the call somehow just ended. Very annoyed with this experience lol

Bought a hitch but it did not work. They took it back with a smile as big as when I bought it! I like a business like that

I just wanted to let AutoZone know how valuable of an employee you have in Michael Pinnola at the Opelika, AL store. He helped me with installing my back tail light/blinker and showed me how to see which light isnt working in the future. He was so quick, kind and knowledgeable.

I am a regular customer at AutoZone but today this establishment deserves a special praise. Thank you, thank you so much Manager Jessie (whos been here in this branch helping this community for over fifteen years). Thank you also to an incredibly awesome recently added associate Micheal whos also a retired Army Veteran. They were both so helpful to me when my heater hose started leaking off the I-85. Jessie understood the situation I was in and allowed me to wait out at the back until businesses opened back up after Thanksgiving holiday. This community is very fortunate to have good folks like these guys.

Although today was a bit slow and they were understaffed the manager was able to take time to help a customer who has blood pressure problems find a spot to sit down and recover. I had a new employee help me with getting the codes read off my car and get me the right part i needed in a very short amount of time while still learning his job.

Went out of their way to get me what I needed, helpful, pleasant attitude!

AutoZone is always good. Overpriced on alot of things like way Overpriced but they have what you need.

I stopped in here to get a part I knew nothing about for my husband. The lady was great. Patience while she tried to look up an unknown part. Waited while I called my husband.. they didnt have my part but the service was fantastic. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be a regular customer here. Thanks. You dont know how refreshing your service was to me. I left happy... Even without my part... lol

I guess I wasnt important because Im a woman I was looked over twice and men were taken before me. Then when they sent someone to help he said he didnt know Went to Advance auto in and out 3 minutes. Dont go here woman!

First guy was taking care of another customer and called to the back to have him help me guy called was a younger dude named richard he took 5 mins to come out after the first guy basically went and got him. So richards greeting to me was what you want dude exact words in a rude way i told him then that was bad business lot of that in this town doesnt make it ok though A+ for first guy and richard just sucks

The manager (Austin) knows his job and trains red shirts all while giving great customer service.

This AutoZone was Superior with their customer service. They ended up not having my part but it was just refreshing to have someone take the time even when I had to make a phone call to find out where this part went. Great job!!

In my opinion this is the best AutoZone to visit in the Opelika/Auburn area. The customer service is exceptional and most definitely is the reason for future visits! Brian was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, gave maintenance advise, and even assisted me with the installation! Go here and ask for Brian, you wont regret it!!

Was standing next in line for counter (noticing that all but one of the employees, including manager and two employees behind the commercial counter, were doing absolutely nothing) when young, skinny, blonde, white girl walked up to counter saying daddy sent her to have her alternator checked. Sales person stopped helping customer at counter to assist her, then manager (who Ive never seen lift a finger for anyone) suddenly sprang into action to help her. I left, telling manager (outside by the girls car) that there were a lot of employees ignoring me, to which he replied well, one guy is new. Advanced Auto Parts had everything I needed. Not returning to AZ ever...

This place is right next to another auto parts store but the people here are genuinely caring and dont mind helping you with your vehicle! I love this place and the people!

Took me to my destination when I got ready to go home my battery was dead so I immediately stop at this location to buy a battery even thought this was unexpected I was very satisfied with my purchase. They took the old one out put the new in without the long wait.

Thoroughly discussed with service at this store. Went to Opelika branch and asked for 20w-50 High Mileage oil for my work van and the lady that was handling my order request suggested instead of getting 5 individual quarts of oil and a filter, she grabbed a sales paper and said we are running a special on what you want for a cheaper price which included a jug of 20w-50 oil and filter for around $27.00, ringing up to $34.00. Well, trusting that she would do her job, and u didnt look at what she gave me until I had drained the engine 15 minutes ago, I saw it as I was about to refill my engine. I called and they said, So, whats the problem?, SARCASTICALLY! I quickly replied, because its not what I asked for and is a thinner oil than what I wanted. Now, he said bring the jug back to the store with the receipt and he would take care of it. This is after I havedrained the oil and put the new oil filter in place of the old and have no way to return to their store to ight or tomorrow unless I return the old used oil to the engine, defeating the purpose of putting the new oil filter on. I will be asking for another oil filter as well. Terrible, to ask for one thing, thinking the sales special is the same oil I requested, and selling me somi else without mentioning it was different. TERRIBLE SERVICE, until and if I get what I requested, this review will stand!😠 thumbs down

I was driving from Atlanta airport & my engine light suddenly came on. Had another 2 hrs to go to get home. Car was not running hot, but was running rough & wanted to go dead if I stopped or slowed down. I pulled over at this Opelika AutoZone and I’m so glad I did! Mike was awesome! He was kind, calm and easily did a ‘car health report’ letting me know that it was ok to drive on home for now. This was exactly what I needed to hear since I was away from home. Mike really helped me in my situation!Thank you Mike, and thank you AutoZone!!!
