Giving 4 stars because I always have great service with the mechanics but the inside crew is hit or miss.

Our battery died and we drove to a national auto parts store that advertises they will install your battery after you purchase it. After they refused to install a battery for us, we called this location knowing that we would arrive 15 minutes before they closed. We were told they would stay open if needed.Even with paying $12 for the installation, we saved money by getting our battery at this location. The best part, however, was not the money we saved it was the customer service. Sterling is awesome and Walmart should pay him to teach a class on customer service to other locations. He is an excellent communicator and even assisted with the battery installation. We will be back.

It took them a little longer because they are short staff.

Dont go get tires put on theyll take 2 plus hrs and you can watch them have your car on the rack pull it off and put somebody else car on there but you where here first if you go better have 4 hrs to spare

Terrible, it took near 4 hours to get a single tire change. Lessons learned, don’t go ever again.

Just wasnt pleased with the associates at all.

Those lazy guys dont want you to be there. Always find some reasons to make you leave. And they waste too much time for an oil change. about 2 hours. It is Ridiculous... No supervisors around to make sure the customers are served in timely manner.

Even though the oil change is 20 bucks, I still expect great service but they fall short. The crew that does the oil changes are rude and dont pay attention. I told them 10w30 in my car and they put 5w20. On numerous occasions.

Great Auto Center here at Walmart, went in for an oil change they went above and beyond did a great job like they always do at this store. 30 bucks 10 bucks tire rotation cant beat it.

Rite Aid high five star rating, assistance in accomplishing needs for proper oil and oil filter with very knowledgeable Associates this assistance made my visit at Walmart very enjoyable I will continue to shop at Walmart and encourage my friends to constantly shop at Walmart where there are experiences Galore.

Sterling is great but they have severely damaged one of my rims and scratched another. I’ll update once they fix this.

Got my oil changed quick and in a hurry

They were very unprofessional. The wait was too long. They made jokes about customers as a whole. I wouldnt recommend to come back here.

In and out in about 20 mins for oil change. Had one car ahead of me.

Why cant I find the auto center hours on the website for the Opelika store? And theres no recording on the auto Dept phone after hours to tell we are currently closed but will open tomorrow at X.

Says they close at 7pm. Showed up at 5pm and it was closed.

Wait was a little long, and they didnt have any cups for the complimentary coffee... If it wasnt for that wouldve rated 5 stars.

Called and asked about 2 tires. Lady said they were the right ones. Get there today 50 miles out of our way, just to be told they are the wrong ones!
