Rod was my salesman and I highly recommend him! Very nice and very helpful !They followed up appropriately. Excellent!

Great place and great people. The salesman was genuinely honest about the car; he was upfront about what all was done to the car. We took it for a test drive and loved it. He gave us a great deal on the car and asked us to take it to any other mechanic to get checked out prior to purchasing (being that all used cars are sold as is). We checked it out and all that was recommended was that we do a vac and refill on the AC in the near future. About three weeks after the purchase, a check engine light came on and we took it to AutoZone; they told us we needed to change an oxygen sensor. I reached out to the dealership just to update them, and to my surprise, they ordered me a new oxygen sensor for FREE (which they didnt have to). I really appreciate them and have had absolutely no problems with my car. Thanks guys!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

I found the 99 Chevy Suburban I have been looking for a long while. Ran across it on Wrigley Motor website. At 1st my intentions were to make a trip with my wife and stay overnight and look at the truck. Work conflicts ect... So I called and spoke with Rod. He gave a detailed description and I told him Id be making the 6 hr drive. Well that didnt happen. Rod sent me 3 detailed videos of the vehicle, and even 1 driving it. Well I was hooked we talked made the deal and then he went above and beyond arranging have it shipped at a great price. I received the truck and I was still impressed by it as well as the deal and shipping. Rod you the Man!!!!Thanks will definitely be shopping here again.

Amazing service! It was a great experience buying our car from this dealer. The seller was very professional and he cares about the buyers need. We bought 2 cars, a Nissan Altima and a Ford Focus, they were both in good condition and the seller told us everything we needed to know about the cars; he also made us aware of some minor issues that the car had (being used cars), we appreciated his honesty.I totally recommend buying cars from this dealer! Contacted them severa about purchasing a vehicle. Was told to be there on Saturday at 10am to purchase. Had the asking price in cash and no one would answer the phone or meet us to view it. Waited over a hour at the lot and called multiple times after speaking with someone the day before and no one ever answered or showed up. They lost a sale today.

BUYER BEWARE!!!Rod seemed like a genuine person and a person that you could trust, but that front was all to hide the mishaps of the vehicles that they sell at this establishment.I went to Wrigley Motors to purchase a 2006 Volvo S40 on 1 June, and it was in good working condition upon arrival. After purchase, the vehicle has become nothing but a nightmare. The car would take forever to crank over and start, and now it began to overheat out of the blue. I took it to a reputable Import Vehicle Shop here in Columbus, and they explained that I had a blown head gasket!I literally had the vehicle in my possession for 14 days before it went belly-up on me.Wrigley Motors has refused to return any of my phone calls to resolve this issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!If I could give 0 stars I would!

He cut me a great deal on the car and had a great conversation with my partner and I. He told us that the car had one issue but assured us it wouldnt be a problem - we took it for a test drive and it was great.I bought it, but as soon as I left the lot the engine light popped on. I took it back to him and he scanned the codes, but avoided showing me the scan and said it was just the mass air flow sensor. He replaced it, cleared the codes and sent me on my way.I was only gone for a short time when the check engine light popped on again. This time I took it to AutoZone who scanned it and showed me the codes - there were multiple codes and many of them were serious issues that would cause the gas pedal, ABS, and TCS to stop working unpredictably. Obviously this is extremely dangerous for me, my passengers, and other drivers so I was not pleased he hadnt mentioned this.I took the car back to him and he agreed to replace the broken parts with new ones. I left happy and got a text a week or so later to tell me that the parts had come in. When I showed up he had only one of the parts and tried to persuade me that I did not need the other. I knew this to be wrong so I ordered the second part myself.When it arrived and I went to replace it I discovered that hed lied to me about which part hed replaced, so I had a second copy of the same part. Worse he had made the replacement with a used part from another car. I was pretty angry at this point so I texted him again to ask him to sort it out, at which point he stopped replying to me entirely.Later my bumper fell off and I discovered it had only ever been held on by zip ties and the frame is also damaged. I added these to the things I wanted to talk to him about, but he continued not to reply.I can just about make the vehicle work if I unplug the battery, let it reset itself, and clear the codes each and every time I step into the car.Ive had no recompense from him and Ive not heard a word from him in two months.Do not buy from this seller.Edit: as of now, multiple months later, I have not received any response and have discovered my A/C compressor has a leak he never told me about as well as a broken sunroof that flew off going down the highway.
