DO NOT GET SERVICED AT THIS LASH SALON!!! Unless you want to be robbed of your hard earned money!! The owner of this location has her lash services extremely high priced for lashes that lack high quality, and services that do not accommodate the customer. I got my lashes done here once & I will not be returning due to the extremely rude, arrogant & lack of accountability or concern that the owner portrays for her clients.I paid $165.00 for lashes that lasted 5 days & was told to return for my fill in 14 days. Being someone who rarely gets lash extensions I wasnt sure what to expect as far as fall out but, to have clumps of my lashes fall out daily and for my lashes to be completely bald by day 5 I felt that was excessive considering the price I paid.Within 24 hrs I contacted the owner due to my concern of my lash fall out that first day & she told me I could come in so she could fix the issue for an additional $20, AFTER I just paid $165.00 less that 24 hours ago.Again like I previously stated Im very new to the lash extension world so I wasnt sure how much normal lash services run but to pay $165.00 initially, then to pay an extra $20.00 the very next day and then to follow up again in 14 days to pay another 80-90 dollars for lash extensions is absurd.Due to my severe lash fall out I wasnt able to book a fill I wouldve had to book ANOTHER NEW SET which is an extra $165.00 after I JUST PAID $165.00 7 days ago and the most the owner was willing to accommodate me was $20 dollars off. That is $20 dollars off a $330.00 lash service within 10 days. That is absolutely preposterous and you should be ashamed for even charging people that amount of money in a pandemic where the unemployment rate is higher than ever, has been ongoing & we are all trying to be intentional about how and where we spend our money. So to expect your clients to spend $265.00 dollars in two weeks for lashes that fall out within a week is highway robbery, unethical & shows that you have no regard or concern at all for your reputation how you treat your clients or how you make them feel.Please spend your money on an lash business who is going to be concerned with her work ethic, quality and care for you after you have paid and is interested in building a rapport with you because this location is not
