Excellent location, sophisticated and modern interior, friendly staff! Peggy Bosh is my stylist, I simply adore her and she is an expert at what she does, especially weaves. A true professional, expert stylish. I have golden blonde hair with gray creeping its way in. I like a more platinum vs. gold color, she always achieves a beautiful color for me without brassiness! And my hair is not processed looking at all. I look forward to my salon days, everyone is so professional and friendly and of course Peggy is the icing on the cake!

This salon provided me with great service. I came here for wedding hair trial and the day of styling. I specifically wanted to go to the salon, even tho they offered to travel. They originally set me up with a not so great stylist with an attitude, who left the salon not even a week later (making me wonder why they would set a bride up with a stylist planning to leave). But the owner set me up with a new, much better stylist and gave me a free trial with her. For the wedding, my updo was exactly what I wanted and was absolutely beautiful. Dawn Thomas (inside Platinum Strands) is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. She has done my hair for about 18 years! She gives me “naturally curly hair!” 😆😉Everyone thinks my hair is naturally curly! Even people who have known me for many many years!! She knows all the state of the art treatments and is top notch in all of them.

This is a nice clean place. If you come in ask for Alicia, she does an amazing job and will take her time to give you what you want. I needed a haircut and Alicia made my hair look and feel great again. Love it!!!

Love going there. They always offer you water or something when you come in. But the best part is the hairstylist, Lori Smith. Its a drive to get there, further than the 10 mile radius I rather go to get my haircut from Rancho Santa Margarita, but Lori is well worth it. She always takes her time and listens to what you want. Shes treats hair like an art and it shows in the quality of her work. Many hairstylist just want to get it over with or rush a little for my taste. But Lori takes all the time she needs just to get it perfect. She is fun to chat with & very personable. Highly recommend her.

Decided to mix things up and go blonde so I came here. The salon is really nice, big and clean. I like that instead of uncomfortable chairs under the dryers they have a couch, and the shampoo chairs were really nice and comfy too. The girl that did my hair was nice and sweet and did a really great job. My favorite part though was the coffee shop in the front. They have good coffee and such yummy treats.

Without question, Mimi is a five-star stylist. I have been a client of hers for years and she is always precise, careful, and bubbly. Men, women, and children are highly recommended to seek out Mimi for styling services regardless of where each might live in the northern Orange County/Western Riverside County area.

Dawn is hands down the best hair stylist I’ve been to in years! She helped cure a mess of color on my head to a gorgeous piece of art now! She has her own room at the salon and can even book you as early as 7am!

Good Stylists, but the salon itself is very dull and ugly. It gives me bad vibes with the brown walls and colorless theme! The salon has great costumer service and Stylists are great but could use more color! The receptionist was VERY rude not to mention too.

I came in as a walk-in at 6:15pm and left at 9:40pm. It was just a haircut. I was thankful that someone was able to take me right in but my thankfulness went away in the second hour I was there...while the stylist that helped me was very nice, she did not take my time into account at all.
