Went to store thinking I had a repair necessary but Alphonse(probably wrong) diagnosed it as an issue with my charger and sold me a new one. Really appreciated not being taken advantage of.

Great service. easy to make appointment and they took less than half an hour to change a battery in iPhone. The price was very good. I gave they an order to also change the charging port but they were able to clean it at no charge and it works perfectly. Great company!

Batteries Plus had the best price for my truck battery. I checked the website before I went and was able to know if they had my size in stock. Autozone and Oreillys cheapest was $25.00 more. Rich took great care of me. Installation was free and they saved my radio settings. Efficient & pleasant and knowledgeable service!

First let me say, your in store staff are great! However, the corporate idiot who thinks sending emails to say ones order is in the store when it is not is misguided! I made a trip to the store only to learn from your store associate that it is a corporate idea to send this very misleading email! I am in a high risk COVID 19 group and did not appreciate being sent on an unnecessary trip.

When I called about getting a less than common van battery, staff was very helpful. When I came to get it, installation was part of the deal. It was not easy and Andres worked really hard on the rusty bolts, etc. It took a while, and he was very helpful, courteous. Wonderful experience!

This place is amazing. I went last night to purchase a battery for my car. My car literally sputtered and completely shut off right in front of the store. Once inside, I was attended to by Joe. He is awesome! The transaction went smoothly and he was quick and proficient. He told me about the 5 year warranty, handed me information for a rebate for the particular battery that Id purchased and smoothly completed the purchase. He then grabbed the mechanic cart, and we headed outside. He proceeded to explain every step as he changed the battery. My wife recently cracked the screen on her iPhone 7. I was researching where I can get it fixed and how much the repair would cost. Took my sons phone there to have his screen replaced on his Google Pixel. Dave was very pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person. He quoted me a price for the repair and when I brought the phone there for repair he said it was more but stuck with his quote. The tech that repairs the phone had an issue with the repair and had to order another screen at no extra cost to us and had it in 2 days and repaired it within an hour the second time and gave us a discount for our troubles. I highly recommend this company for any repairs to he done on your phone. Very kind and professional staff a d she did a great job repairing the phone with a 6 month warranty on the new screen.

The Orange, CT store had exactly the battery I needed, at a location near my house. I also got good advice for the right trickle charger.

Rude place i guess when you go for an interview they kind of just say rude comments about your passed places you work and jugde you basicly saying your not good enough. Overpriced cheap product. Bought a car key battery here. (could not at the time find anyone who had it in stock and needed it) the battery fob lasted 18months. Got the replacement 12$ what ever was needed not even two months later the battery is low again. Never again will I go here for anything. Google search of brand they gave me was 99¢

I went here to purchase a new battery for my watch. They helped me find the right battery, tested it, and then opened up my watch to reveal the liquid damage that was the real reason my watch wouldnt go. They let me keep the battery and gave me advice on the next thing to try to fix my watch, so I was really impressed by their customer service!

When replacing the battery in a sports car Batteries Plus Bulbs had the best price. I would have given them 5 starts except for the fact one of the batteries listed on their website to fit my car did not. This meant another trip to the store and buying a more expensive battery. On the positive side the staff had pulled the battery for me after I called and had calculated the difference in price including the discount when I made the swap. I was in and out of the store in five minutes the second time around. Will buy from them again.

I had a battery pack from an older aircraft radio scanner which is no longer available from the manufacturer. The Batteries Plus store in Orange was able to identify the batteries in the battery pack and offer me a solution that was better then the original batteries in the pack. My radio last longer(plays longer) then it did when brand new.Thanks guys for the great service and quick turnaround on my battery pack.Highly recommended ! ! ! !

Although based on the name it doesnt seem like it, these guys do phone/laptop/computer repair too! I had tried to take my laptop to several repair shops (and home depot!) trying to remove and replace the battery in my laptop. They all failed, but it took the guys here like five minutes. Theyre legitimately magic, and on top of that they were professional, friendly, and courteous as could be. Definitely coming here in the future if I need more repairs, or if I need batteries or lightbulbs.

Ordering and picking up the battery was absolutely wonderful. The In-store sales person was extremely helpful. However, I am less than thrilled with the performance of the battery. I followed the directions of fully charging the battery before using and disconnecting as soon as it reached 100 percent. Much to my dismay, however, the performance is about the same, maybe even a little worse than the battery that I replaced. I will recharge one more time to see if the battery has to be trained. but if performance does not improve, I will return for another replacement.
