Could not repair airbag light. Told me I needed to spend 1400.00, and it might not work. I was told by the service writer he has never seen this issue in over 25 years. They refreshed my computer and my transmission does not shift correctly. Was told it is fine and he has no idea if I had that problem before I brought in. They did not test drive before or after reglash.

30,000 mile maintenance was performed on our 2020 Nissan Altima. My wife and I turned down a free oil change from the dealer we purchased the car from in order to have it serviced at Stadium Nissan. We have a history of having our vehicles serviced at Stadium Nissan, and trust their service and recommendations.

I must admit that Stadium Nissan was my last option and that was my mistake not to have come to this place first.Henry Sanchez and David Anaya are very friendly, it makes you feel like you are an old friend.🤘🎸They helped me to get the car I was looking for, they gave me more money for my trade than other dealers, they helped me get the best price and a really low payment.In other dealers they only wanted me to buy at the price they wanted, I was always at a disadvantage and was going to pay more than $ 100 a month with others like❌❌ Garden Grove Nissan, Surf city Nissan and Downey Nissan.❌❌👍Very fair and honest!❌🚫Only one drawback for me, that they add a GPS that all clients end up paying $ 1,200 + tax. This is unnecessary since for the client to be useful, you have to continue paying monthly after the trial period (6 months). They say that it is NOT possible to cancel 😢

Oil Change and tire rotation. I like the video of the work that was done. I usually like to look at the under carriage of my car to see how everything looks. You should incorporate this into the inspection just videograph the vehicles undercarriage for the customer to see. I cant see whats going on under there.. Just an idea.

As soon as I parked my car at Nissan, Rick came out and greeted me & my girlfriend right away. I told him I was trying to negotiate numbers the day before but was not happy with what I was getting. He took me in right away and also introduced me to his manager. I had told rick what my situation was and what I was looking for and numbers. He said “no problem I like how you know what you want” him and the manager (I forgot his name) were both very nice to me and treated me like family and made me feel at home. The manager brought me into his office, worked with me to give me the best deal possible, minutes later both Rick and the manager come to me with a number that I was happy with and best of all got me approved on my own which was a blessing. They both did what they could to get me into the vehicle I wanted, I HIGHLY recommend stadium Nissan and speaking with Rick!

Sales consultant Brian Rivas was very helpful. We called to schedule an appointment to return leased vehicle, and Brian offered to meet us same day. Brian walked us through different scenarios and provided excellent advice to purchase as first car for our teen daughter rather than return to the dealership. This was a fisacally-wise option we had not considered that allowed us to leverage an additional $6000 in equity due to the current used car shortage driving up vehicle values. Transaction was easy and expeditious, all staff members were friendly and accommodating, and we left feeling like we came out ahead.

This was my first time getting a car through a dealership and was pretty nervous, but left extremely happy. If you need honest, genuine advice, ask for Veronica and/or Brian. I recently serviced my vehicle at this location and was kindly received. My intent was to have an inspection, change the oil, and take my car home. I reported a leak to be looked at. Turns out my transfer case is leaking and my vehicle was on the last day of a warranty. This dealer was not able to perform the work but provided every means necessary to get my vehicle serviced before the warranty expired. Very pleased with the customer service and personnel. So glad I chose this dealership.

Awesome store !! The desk manager Hector is a baaad man. Got me and my mother approved on a turbo Altima, couldn’t believe it because my credit was so bad. This is the second car Ive bought in the past 2 years from Stadium Nissan. Even though I live in San Diego, I drove up to Stadium Nissan in Orange because they were offering great deals on their new 2020 vehicles. I looked at different local dealers in SD and nothing was comparable. The sales staff worked with us to ensure we got a good deal on the vehicle we wanted. Ricardo and Henry were knowledgeable and very accommodating. I had to return to Orange the following day to pick up the car and it was nicely detailed with a full tank of gas because they knew I had to drive it back to San Diego. I bought this car for my teen daughter even though she doesnt drive quite yet because the deal was too good to pass up. She came with us to pick up the car and Henry talked to her and showed her all of the vehicles features, including Apple Car Play. He stressed how important it is to be safe and never text and drive. He also went over the maintenance information and showed us where the service department was located. We wanted to take pictures with the Stadium Nissan sign before we left and Henry actually got down on the ground to take cool angled photos of my daughter and her new car.

Our salesperson, Washington, has been very helpful and kind. He has answered all our questions. All the staff are friendly and have facilitated the process for purchasing a used car.

Today I went in to look at a car and get an estimate on what it might cost and it was an awful experience. We originally made an appointment with Roger and he was AMAZING and very personable! I was excited to get to talk more about the car with him. However when we went inside to look over the numbers his manager David came by said hello and literally took over the whole appointment. I was there to talk with Roger not him, and I felt that David was very rude and was just trying to make a commission. We told him we did NOT want a lease and he proceeded to tell us why we were wrong. Plus David also tried to sell us on insurance packages for a car we hadnt even bought yet! Unfortunately we ended up going to another dealership and buying a car with them on the same day. Its not just about buying a car, the experience matters too. Roger you deserve to work somewhere where your boss doesnt try to take over your appointment! Youre to good for that place! Highly recommend you ask for Roger if you go with this dealership!

Bruce was amazing helping me, he was extremely attentive and friendly. Unfortunately when I came back to pick up my car he was on his lunch. All of the other employees were helping other guest, although there were 2 gentlemen in the “car rental” sitting not helping anyone. I stood for about 10 minutes without anyone assisting me, I honestly don’t know if the “car rental” men were allowed or able to help or even offer to help but as the time went longer a gentlemen behind me which was waiting for Bruce as well, then asks for help from one of the “car rental” men and mind you I’ve been already waiting and they help him! Despite seeing I was waiting first and was standing in front of the desk and he was behind me! Finally the gentlemen who was sitting next to Bruce desk was done with his client and helped me get my car. As he called for me car on the walkie I waited outside, and again was waiting for my car, no one came to get it, I was waiting for another 10 minutes. I then had to ask again for someone to get my car. This experience was honestly terrible.

My wife bought a Leaf from here a year ago and ever since we made the purchase the car gave her trouble and would often time force her to stop driving and pull over because of a power supply failure. We took the car to our local Nissan dealer and after keeping it for several days they discovered the after market GPS device that this dealership aggressively sold to my wife was causing the EV system to fwaiting. Yhe local dealer recommended we reach out to the manager of Stadium Nissan to try and get a refund of the part and the services we had to pay to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. We have reached out multiple times and still have not heard back. We keep being told the manager will follow up with us but were still waiting. Very unprofessional and very disappointed this is the First time weve had trouble with a Nissan location.

Check engine light came back on. Drove nearly 45 miles twice to get an O2 sensor repaired, nothing offered for the inconvenience. Should have been at least offered a free oil change or something.

There were many things about this place that bothered me but I bought the car anyway. I called first and talked to a sales manager David. He told me what the out the door price would be and disclosed the advertised price did not include the infamous dealer added package. I went down thinking ok I’ll make an offer if I like it. Well he wouldn’t consider an offer but I was happy with the payment. Then I told him I would be financing thru my credit union and he was ok we do it all the time. Here is where things got weird. He goes away comes back and tells me he made a mistake and gave us a quote on a 7 yr loan and he had to fix it and he was so embarrassed, idk if he was for real and it still bothers me. My payment increased $37.00 Then I ask to have my husband who is pre-approved to be on the loan and he said he couldn’t do it and he couldn’t put him on the registration. Reason he said was I was a credit union member not him. We were confused and knew he was wrong. Not sure if this dealership was just wanting to go home. We got there at 6 they close at 9. I asked for a purchase order they didn’t want to do that. My sales person Washington and the finance guy David were good. I do not like buying cars and this is why, I always feel grimy when I leave.

Do not expect any sort of spectacular customer service from this dealership after you purchased your vehicle. I’ve left countless of voicemails to get a call back and haven’t heard a peep from them. Be cautious of what you’re signing into. The salesman job is to make you feel welcomed but remember that their job is based on commission. So they will sell you their souls if need be. Don’t buy here solely on the facade they put out for you. Read the small print and take your time buying your car this is your credit on the line NOT just a paycheck.

Feared a long drawn out escapade to buy out my lease...I was shuffled around a little bit and some miscommunication between departments ...but in only 30 minutes they inspected the car and had me execute the paperwork and did not try to arm wrestle me into buying something else. Finance guy whose name escapes me was particularly straight forward and a pleasure to work with (he used to work at the Northwoods Inn...the fake snow covered eatery)
