Knowledgeable, helpful and attentive audiologist and staff. They have been very kind and helpful to my elderly mom for many years now. At her last visit, the audiologist (I feel terrible that I cannot recall her name) was fantastic and understood how important hearing can be to quality of life and mental health for the elderly. She was very professional and friendly but most importantly, she solved all the issues that the appointment was made for. Thank you everyone at Sonus in Orange!

Even though some of this is a good hearing company communication between the patient and the insurance company in the front desk of a lot to be desired this is a great company for hearing aids they listen to you and they do want to make you able to hear them but go with your instincts and you got decisions on anything

The front desk girl, the one that speaks Spanish, is super rude. Definitely ruined this place for me
