It was a really easy and streamlined process. Rosie, who showed me my space, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Usually renting a storage unit is a headache but she helped make it a breeze. The location itself is great. We need to store knick-knacks while the garage is being remodeled. I make an online reservation for one of their special offers. Immediately, I get a call from Dora, who is so helpful. I explain to her that I cannot finish the contracts because of internet problem. Dora suggests that we should come down to the location and finish the contracts. I had the best experience here! I was worried because my last storage was broken into, but the manager Hannah made me feel very secure that they take their security serious! The manager Hannah is THE BEST & will TRULY help you out with getting you what you really need & want, NOT just the lip service many other companies do to get you in the door, only to tell you once youre there that Sorry, that special has expired or we dont have any of those units available anymore. I scheduled with the manager, Hannah, to go & check everything out and it was a hassle- free wonderful experience; and thats even considering Covid-19 criteria! I really cant say enough nice things about the manager Hannah and how she made the entire experience so worthwhile; shes super kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful; and I value that when deciding where to spend my hard earned money. She helped my husband & I secure the exact space we really wanted with a great deal; that fact along her exceptional customer service had us SOLD immediately!! Im very happy I found Extra Space Storage in Orange because them having Hannah as their representative SPEAKS VOLUMES to their integrity of business/ customer service; these days..... isnt that what its all about?! I drove an hour to get here, to find a sign on the door saying theyre out until 70 minutes later. So, I have to pay 3 workers an extra hour, I wont be able to make it to my next destination on time, and I am wondering WHY? They make so much money, but cant hire another person for an hour? Disgusting customer service.

Quick, easy, professional and they had the perfect size storage space. I called and was able to get a space in less than 30 minutes, ready to use. Their reservation actually meant having one. Public Storage scammed me with a reservation. Vault is awesome!

Ruthless, got kicked out just by sliding the shed for an hour, accused of sleeping and going overboard by saying Im tarnishing the reputation of their name, I have mixed emotions on that statement she implied.

Straight forward and to the point about time and units. No surprises!! Good customer service. Outside units are very easy access. Would store-it there again.

Solid pricing, clean property. I wish they had a trash can here or there though - no where to toss your to-go cup! The reason for 4 stars is they do significantly increase their rates when full capacity is near. No breaks for existing units :(
