I loved our experience at 2 Brothers Mattress when we were shopping for our mattress. My husband has a bad back so that was one thing we were really looking for. I felt like we were really cared for and they took our needs into consideration. The reason why I’m giving it 3 stars is because I was very disappointed with our mattress delivery. I got the impression that they really just wanted to be in and out of there as soon as they could. Before leaving, they informed me that they had dented my wall. It wasn’t too big so I wasn’t too concern. However, after they had left, I noticed that my wall was scratched up in multiple places. I was really disappointed because we had received excellent care at the store that I thought the delivery would be the same.

The salesman there told me that they were planning on remodeling the store which I think is a great idea. The best part is that the warranty is included with the bed. Delivery is free if you spend above a certain amount. I was impatient and didnt want to wait a very short time. I moved into Utah County just after many businesses had had to shut down. I was so glad to find the 2 Brothers Mattress store in Orem open and carrying quality brand mattresses at reasonable prices. The owners allowed me plenty of time to try the models on display and decide which one fit my needs best. To my surprise the bed was able to be delivered within a few days. The employees observed safety measures at the store and in my home without my having to say anything. I was so satisfied with the mattress and the service I received, I readily returned to their store to purchase another set for my guest room, 5 months later. I highly recommend them.

When we got here, we were immediately helped. The guy was one of the original owners of the business and he was so kind and helpful and funny and most importantly KEPT US IN OUR BUDGET. He asked us about our sleeping habits to better understand which beds and pillows would work for our specific sleeping styles and body types. He was amazing and I would absolutely recommend coming here to anyone. And I’d tell them to come here before even trying anywhere else. Extra bonus: they had free delivery and installment of your mattress! Best place ever you guys. For real. Our mattress is so comfy.

Im one of those people that will explore every single option before making a purchase, so believe me when I tell you that 2 Brothers is honestly the best mattress store out there. Not only are we in love with our mattress, but they were so easy to work with in person. Lots of workers at other stores we visited were pushy or not knowledgeable about their products, so it was a breath of fresh air walking into 2 Brothers. We even had to return our box spring because it wouldnt fit into our tiny hallway and they were so understanding and awesome about it. Have not used them for purchasing anything but was driving the other day and one of the drivers of their delivery truck cut off 2 different people causing them to slam on their brakes to avoid an accident. I would not use them. I don’t feel like my mattress would be safe or even get to my house with the way they were driving. Very BAD image of the company.Update**To the owners, I understand but I apologize. I do not feel that is appropriate. People need an honest and fair view of the company.

The experience of buying a mattress can be overwhelming. I avoid big box stores due to being stocked by sales people. 2 Brother was a pleasant experience, no pressure. We were allowed to try out the beds, ask questions, feel like treated like one of the family. We love that we were help by the father of the 2 Bothers and learned of their history and how it all started.

We love purchasing from 2 Brother’s Mattresses! We have returned to purchase again and again. They are so kind, friendly and honest. No pushy salesman feeling. They help you and give you all the information you need to make an informed decision, but don’t pressure you into something you don’t need or want. Father and son team here both got me into the best matress I have owned, the Serta Perfect Sleeper Kirkville II. The morning after sleeping on it my back had no pain. I had gone to a few other stores before 2 Brothers and at every other one, I felt pressured to buy something expensive and a style I was not interested in. At 2 Brothers they were extremely patient and just let me take my time, with absolutely NO haggling! When I was ready to buy they originally didn’t have a delivery date as soon as I’d hoped, so they called another store and were able to get in delivered to me in a few days. The men who arrived to deliver were fast, effective and extremely kind. Overall, I had a great, easy and painless experience!

When we told him we had guests coming the following day, he was able to do his magic to have it delivered the following day. My husband and I ordered a mattress from Mattress Firm on Labor Day and did not get the mattress before the wedding (still a month out) and delivery was delayed a month even after “help” from customer service. 2 Brothers Mattress helped us get a perfect mattress in our price range, and we got to take it home the day we ordered. Travin was super helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! We got the Serta Armisted Eurotop queen mattress and we love it!! Super comfortable and great price!!Editing after 6+ months: Our bed is still fantastic and so comfortable. We love coming home to it after trips and vacations to be back on it again! I was a bit nervous since this was my first time buying a mattress in a mattress store but the person working there was able to put me at ease. Originally I had scheduled to deliver it on Saturday but the delivery guys called and set it up so they could come by on Friday after I got home from work. So kudos for doing that. All in all I have no complaints so Id definitely shop here again!
