Went in to try a Purple mattress thinking that if I liked it I would order one on line. All models were on display and Bill was great help. Also compared several other mattresses, and decided to have delivered and set up from there, including an adjustable frame I had not previously considered but which did seem to make breathing easier on snoresetting.....addendum: the above was written after initial visit. I was told items I wanted were in stock, but only after paying via their email link was I told delivery would be delayed.another week. In interval I opted to try Puffy instead. Canceled order and was told refund would take 7 to 10 days

I just bought a mattress for the first time here and it was simple and fast. Bill is such a cool dude! I told him what we were looking for and he pointed us in the right direction immediately without pushing us to buy anything more expensive. He was also just a great guy to talk to all around.

After trying both, Trent, the sales rep, recommended that we try the Intelibed before making our decision. We loved it. I went to three different mattress stores. I went to Willeys first, I have an account there. I was there for 10 minutes. I saw three sales people, men, standing around talking and laughing. No one asked me for assistance? I don’t get it? A simple hello would have been nice. So I left.I went to the mattress firm, Gerad helped me within 2 minutes, answered my questions, I bought a mattress. Educate your sales people retailers. They will make you or break you.

We have actually stopped by two different Mattress Firm locations and have been very pleased with our experience at each. I usually hate going places with salespeople, but in both instances, the salespeople were very helpful and werent pushy at all. They were very knowledgeable about the types of mattresses and how they best fit with our sleep styles and comfort preferences. They were able to answer all our questions and made a great impression. We went into the Orem store to do a mattress exchange and upgrade on a Mattress we purchase from one of their other stores in Arizona. They were very helpful and friendly to assist us in choosing another mattress which will be delivered and exchanged in a few weeks. We had a very positive experience. I came at a really slow time in the store so one of the reps was able to help me personally until I completely ran out of questions. Which I had a lot of questions! They were not pushy for me to make a decision and sent me home with 4 mattresses that i could look over again and call them back. I am very happy with the service from Mattress Firm.The adjustable frame I purchased was back ordered and they upgraded the frame with no extra cost to me. They didn’t have to do that. Terrible customer service, lied to. Tried to escalate, manager did not follow thru, tried to contact corporate office cannot talk to live person by only chat. No follow up. What a joke would not waste your time.

Thanks for the help, Corey!I wasn’t super happy with my experience in store, and I’m hoping for a better experience with delivery and the bed itself. The salesman was pretty unprofessional and didn’t really listen to the comments I was making. When I walked in he seemed to be napping on one of the beds. When I left he went back to that same bed and laid down again. During the visit he told me the price of the mattress I wanted was $500, but it rang up at $700 and he didn’t say a word about it. He didn’t mention any of the information regarding the 120-day trial period, savings opportunities, or rules regarding returns. I’m hoping this bed is worth it...
