Is this heaven??? I can’t believe I’m actually in this most plush mattress I’ve ever been in my entire life I would buy all of them and then I would sleep like the princess in the P except better because she didn’t like her mattresses and she could still feel the P really she was probably just the OG Karen. But these mattresses are but best
This place really makes spending 10k on a bed an easy experience ;) The sales people were so helpful and great to work with. We must have tried out 20+ pillow combinations to find the right fit and the staff humored us the whole time. Im very hopeful this will be a good purchase for our health.
We had decided to look into a sleep number bed and decided we needed to go and and see and feel how the bed work and felt. It was a marvelous experience. Camron give us 45 minutes of info and answered all of our question we got the features and details we needed to make a decision. AI only regret is we have a 6 week waiting period before it can arrive.
I just purchased my second sleep number bed today. I bought my first one 15 years ago when it was located in the Provo Towne Centre mall. My old one could surely last a few more years but I was interested in some of the features of their new Flagship model. The sales staff back then was ok but I had a completely different experience today. I was helped by Christian and he wasn’t selling me, he was educating me. He really knew the products and what was best suited for my wife and me. It was a holiday (sale) weekend and there seemed to be a big rush of people just as we arrived. Christian needed to multi-task to help several customers at once. I didn’t feel that my questions went unanswered or that I didn’t have his attention. He gave me just the right amount of time to test and discuss with my wife what he had just demonstrated to us. It’s nice to have a salesman who knows his stuff. I’m looking forward to our new bed that will arrive July 1.
Christian was our sales associate, he was incredible. He took his time and helped us figure out what we wanted and what would work best for our circumstances. We would not be any happier with the service we received and how well we were treated. He helped us even the store was so busy. We are so happy with our decision to purchase our bed and loved how we were treated!

Had not heard of Sleep Number before I walked into the store. This is the new technology. Rather than making different types of beds for different types of sleeper (back, side, or stomach) it creates one the allow you to adjust the goldilocks effect to meet your needs. Its the most perfect mattress I ve ever seen. I seriously almost fell asleep twice in the demonstration at 2 pm in the afternoon. Yes, theyre way more expensive than I thought (all mattresses are), but I cant imaging buying anything inferior. Dont take this wrong, but girls will actually want to date me to get into my bed.
I cant remember the name of the man who tried to help me in Orem, (something like Carson) but he was terrible. He kept answering my questions with I dont know and not giving me any solutions. Beau in Sandy was extremely helpful and was completely willing to do what I was asking. When I asked for the same pillow that I asked for in Orem, he said of course, thats easy peasy! Unlike the guy in Orem who definitely lost a sale.
Christian was an exemplary example of what customer service should be! He went so far beyond to make sure that my wife and were comfortable, and answered all of our questions and more. There arent enough stars to give to describe our experience.
Very helpful staff. Took time to explain the selection, options and allow us to try things out. A bit on the pricey side for a mattress, but very informative visit and very friendly, no pressure experience.
Carson was awesome!!! He helped me and my wife find the best bed for us and he wasn’t pushy at all. He wanted to make sure we got a great mattress. Highly recommend the store just for the customer service!
My Sister-in-Law and I worked with Christan on the purchase of my sleep number bed. Christian was great to work with, he was informative and down to earth and never pushy with such a large and life changing purchase. My husband and I are looking forward to having the bed installed tomorrow. The only disappointment was the fact that UPS will not have our pillows and blankets delivered in time to enjoy the full bed set up at once. It would be nice to be able to purchase accessories in the store and bring them home the same day. Thanks again for all your help!

We are previous owners of a sleep number bed, we have had it for close to 20 yrs. We decided it was time to get a new one so we went to the closest store which is in Orem, UT. The salesman, Christian, was very knowledgeable, and explained all the changes made since we bought our original bed. He answered our questions and was very much a people person. He gave us some good deals and showed us different ways to purchase. We were very happy with our original sleep number bed that we just couldnt go to anything else, It has exactly what we need in a bed.
Becky was wonderful. I went into the store initially to replace parts in my bed. She was patient, facilitated a call with the correct people, and got me the answers I needed. She gave me plenty of time to try the products and was more than willing to give me several quotes and answer all my questions. After a month of dealing with other mattress companies and doing my research my husband and I decided on the I8 with a movable base. We are very happy with our purchase and the service we received.
We’ve been trying beds on and off for about a year now and wish we would have stopped here first. The new smart bed technology is top notch and I haven’t slept this good in a long long time. Worth every penny!!
I HATE the sleep number bed! I’ve never had back pain ever in my entire life, but now that we have a sleep number bed I wake up with terrible back pain and neck pain every single morning! I haven’t slept well since we got the sleep number bed. I called to return the bed and they said they can’t process the return for 30 days! So apparently I’m supposed to be miserable for 30 days! And I am forced to pay $200 for them to come pick up the terrible bed! And I can’t bring it to the store myself to waive the pick up fee because then I can’t get a refund! Worst return policy ever! Do not buy a sleep number bed! Because you’ll be stuck with it! It is just an overpriced air mattress! If I am going to spend a lot of money on a bed, I should not wake up with back pain every morning!

We have had a Sleep Number for almost 10 years. It was time to update to the flex top i8 with Sleep IQ technology. I swear by these beds. I have had 4 pregnancies with our last bed and there was nothing better than to adjust my bed with my changing body. They were awesome!!! Yes, very expensive, but so worth every penny. It really is a great investment if you want great quality sleep. I would recommend them to anyone! We will never buy another bed from anyone as long as we live! =)
Pretty neat place. Sleep numbers are nice. I slept in one for about 8 months and liked it, but do just fine with a much less expensive bed. Maybe its because I dont have a sensitive back or back problems, but I dont see the need for a fancy and expensive computers really. To each their own, these are nice

I have a horrible back. I had to have a spinal stimulator implanted and it sticks out my back. Ana help me find a Sleep Number back bed that I could lay on that I didnt even feel my implant it is just fantastic. I cant wait to have my bed delivered so I can sleep on it. Thanks Anna youre a big help.

I wish I could give less than one star. I could not return the base and the base was way over priced. The mattress was not great for what I paid and was a pain to return. I would go to any other store. I had great luck down the street at the mattress firm.

The manager at this location messed up our order. Was told our bed would be here May 12th, took work off and got rid of our old bed, new bed never came. Called them and no one could figure out how or why our delivery was cancelled. The next day we were told the manager cancelled it. She doesnt know how to work their computer system yet, she is the manager. Super disappointed with all the run around and uncertainty from the staff and upper management, especially with how much $$$ we spent. Also, research their sheets before you buy. We looked EVERYWHERE for split top sheets. Amazon has them, better quality, better price.
This Sleep Number location gives the best service. I drive down from Salt Lake, past the Fashion place location because they have given me far better service.
The sales person was super helpful and didnt put any pressure. Were extremely happy with our bed and other items.

Ok lets start with the purchase of a 9,000 bed that supposed to have a 25 yr warranty. 1. if you are a cuddling couple, this split top bed with cause you a divorce, because there is always a 12 uncomfry gap between the 2 of you.. 2. when you call for support you will be on hold for 35-50 mins. then you will get a rude reply for every issue you have. we have owned the bed for 1 year. and I thought pillow tops companys were bad. Recomending not a good buy.
