If I could give a negative amount of stars I would!I’ve been trying to figure out how to cancel my account with them but when I call the number on the sign in front of my house, it goes to a company by the name of Alder security.And they tell me that I must be mistaken because they have no information about my account.They dont even know who Custom Security and Sound are!!!!I want to know who the heck ive been paying and getting no security service from!I regret ever signing up with this company. No one has answers as to where I should go from here. And I am being talked to as if I am the one creating the confusion!

Had my home security system installed and managed by them for the last 4 years, They did a great job with the install and the system works flawlessly.

Beware of Custom Security and Sound. They prey on the elderly promising them security that they do not provide. Then when you try to contact them you are sent to Alder Home Security who has taken over Custom Security and Sounds accounts, they have no information on the contract, they in turn give you another number to another company. It is a vicious circle with no one being able to answer any of our questions.
