For the past 4 days I have tried several different ways to try to get help in determining whether or not an old Comcast cable can be discarded or not. I called blue stakes and the line wasnt marked but I didnt want to take any chances. 3 times Comcast call centers have taken my information and told me that someone will contact me but no one has called. Meanwhile my excavation project has been at a standstill. Very disappointing customer service. Zero follow through. Very irresponsible!

Staff wasnt able to add a new phone to my account. They had to call their own customer service to do it. Then I had to call back their customer service number later to put the correct number on the correct device.

Go in person to get your stuff taken care of. And also set an appointment first! Youll get in faster than walking in. I was helped out twice by the same person, he was very personable and answered all my questions. I installed my new modem after trading in my old one. But it didnt work so they sent out a tech. It works, everything is fine.The only downside is calling them will never work. Go in person.

I was very impressed with my visit here. We were in a hurry, so my husband came in with me and then headed out to run a quick errand. But I was done quickly and it was past closing time. I was a little worried about waiting in the dark by myself. But while I was checking out, the lady said that she noticed my ride left and let me stay while she was closing up. So grateful for her being observant and helping me out and for their fast service!

The xfinity consistent at the orem university parkway store..James... Was the best example of customer service I have ever had. He really went the extra mile. I have a Google pixel phone and it needed repair. He helped me deal with the not so helpful Google store people. Maybe dont buy Google. Thank you James for your help.

I have had more problems with their mobile service. Our bill, in May, was over $200, so we were supposed to be switched to unlimited data. June came around and our bill was $141, so I called again. They said we had not been switched to unlimited. Grrr. Are there any good cell phone companies out there, anymore?

My husband and I were in need of a new internet provider and were having trouble with our order on the Xfinity website. We went into the Orem store and were helped by Tyler. He was extremely professional, helpful, and all around friendly. Great in store experience!

The Orem store doesnt list their phone number. When I called the toll free number, I was routed to a call center in Mexico. I explained that I was being grossly over-charged. The rep. assured me that she would have the issue resolved. Two months later, the issue isnt resolved. Terrible customer service!

Im giving Xfinity / Comcast a Zero star review that they have earned. My wife and I just returned from a scheduled appointment at this Southwest Orem location, the associate that checked us in told us that we would have to wait for 5 minutes for our turn, my wife and I waited outside of the stores front door for 15 minutes before leaving all the while the associate was letting people inside the store to use the kiosk.Xfinity / Comcast values new customers more than they value their loyal customers, where else can a new customer get a better deal than a loyal existing customer and when you do decide to upgrade your services they leaving standing outside waiting for 15 minutes for your scheduled appointment. Looks like its time to find a new provider.

I would leave a zero star review if that was an option. I’ve gone four months without services that I’m paying for though my apartment building. I’ve made multiple phone calls and just get endlessly transferred to different departments and have waited on hold for hours. I had a tech scheduled this morning and received multiple confirmations of the appointment via text and email, but the tech arbitrarily cancelled the appointment and didn’t notify me of the cancellation, so I’ve now spent another hour and a half on the phone trying to figure out what the problem is. Now their customer service people want me to set up another appointment and wait through another two hour window when I’ve already missed half a day of work waiting for them. I’ve never seen such horrible customer service anywhere ever.

After a complete turn off at the American Fork store where I wasted at least 30 minutes, I drove to the Orem store for a very simple transaction. We moved and our new location provides our internet with the rent not any other reason.I walked in and the associate at the entry desk asked me if I was returning my box. I said I was. He said to just set it on the counter. He would scan the numbers. I was in and out in less then a minute. It was amazing!

The service was pretty good. They went above and beyond to make sure my plan and equipment were put together and just right for me.I would say that out of any location this one seems to need a bit more training. In most cases if I can handle an issue through a phone call or online services I would do that instead as they seem much more aware of current offers and how to customise packages.The staff here is very friendly though and helps the experience to feel much more human, so very much a pros and cons situation.

I have internet only. I like th xfinity app because we could manage our childrens devices. We could pause and unpause them. There are times when we are not at home we dont want them using certain devices. They have figured out if you turn off the modem and restart it, it unpauses all the device. Thanks xfinity for making a worthless aop.

Honestly - I saw their 3.2 star rating and ignored it since it’s such a well known company, but I was mistaken to do that. I went through their horrible, long and lengthy phone call service to talk to someone...I finally got someone to come install some internet for us. They were scheduled between 8 & 10 AM. No one ever showed up. I called probably 6 times throughout the day, and no one ever could tell me why. Then they blamed it on us and said we weren’t home when they came (which is not true). I requested someone call me back each time I called and nobody ever called me back. I went into their Orem store that night, and the guy was very friendly. He got me rescheduled for the next day and waived my installation fee since I was given such horrible service. The technician came the next day and was unable to install it cause of something weird in our apartment complex. He assured us that he would put the notes in his computer so that we wouldn’t be charged. A month later I got charged $90 for Xfinity for my month of WiFi (that they never installed?¿) and an installation fee (which was supposed to be waived). Honestly this place is NOT worth your time. I’ve never had such horrible customer service.

I know Comcast isnt usually fun to work with but I had a fairly complicated situation that I had to fix. I called and the 3 different departments that I talked to were incompetent and slow so I went into the store because I live close. They instantly knew what my problem was and how to fix it. They were friendly and understanding and very knowledgeable. If I ever have an issue again Im just going to go into the store instead of wasting hours on the phone.

The internet service with this company is awful!! And when you have issues with your service they say they will send somebody out and never do...you can call their automated system and try to send somebody out that way but it still doesn’t work. How are you supposed to get it working again?? It’s a huge inconvenience when you are also supposed to work from home but can’t because you have no internet connection. Not just poor connection, but no connection. TV service is decent but I’m definitely dissatisfied with my internet service and the customer support I have received.

I had a problem with my phone not being able to send text messages, so I called multiple people on xfinity mobile and the service was terrible. I was hung up on multiple times by people who just didn’t know how to fix the problem. So I drove up to orem instead to talk to someone in person. Danny at the orem store helped me to get my phone working properly. He was very polite, prompt, and sincere when I expressed my frustrations. He definitely knew his job very well and had great customer service skills. He fixed the problem within 15 minutes :)

I am never one to leave reviews but I am so frustrated with their services. My internet continues to go out over and over again. I am working from home and it continues to kick me off. The best thing they can tell me is unplug your modem, wait 15 seconds and try again. Over half the time you have to chat with someone through the app because you cant get through to them. I do not recommend xfinity unless you want to keep having to go through the same technical problems over and over again. They are sending a technician out finally, but this will be after I have already missed two work days. Only positive thing I can say about xfinity is their customer service. Nicest people ever. Probably why I stayed. I would definitely switch service if I lived in a spot where they didnt have the media package that is required. The worst part is that I have to pay so much for a product that doesnt even work.

The guy at the desk was overall nice. The nincompoops during my 35 min chat and 45 min chat with an expert, complete and utter joke. Ive been with Comcast since before it was Comcast. 23+ years. My phone stoped working. I bought 4 phones a year ago. They switched over to 5g network. My phone cant connect to there service. Took it into there store. No one can fix it. And the worest thing is I have to buy a new $1,000 phone. I am not the only one having a prolbem.

I can never just get in touch with a real person to explain my issues and they keep adding services to my bill including Netflix most recently. I already pay for Netflix on another device... how can they just start charging me for services outside of my contract with them?The most annoying part is their automated phone system. I literally spent 4 minutes and 15 seconds trying to get to an agent... I asked to speak to an agent a million times and it still wanted to direct me to a chat system. The chat system doesnt even work because it just wants to take you to the online account again.

Customer Service on the phone reeks. Menus on the phone are designed to almost prevent you from speaking to an agent. If you follow the process as designed you will never speak to an agent. To get to an agent you need to request sales. Chat session is powered by eGain. This pulls up a chat screen but if the screen that comes up is just a white screen no agent will ever come on, even if it tells you you are the next person in line. There is a flaw with the operation of the chat service.

Absolutely atrocious internet that will drop you off without a moments notice except that it has been doing it to you all day. Their infrastructure can barely handle a single device connected much less multiple and they have the gaul to charge for a 1 TB a month download cap and will try to up sell for their poor cable service. Do not do business with comcast in orem. Exhaust your entire internet service list before even looking at them. They will charge you too much money for extremely poor service that will stop working in the middle of a work day while you have to work from home during a pandemic. do NOT get this internet provider.

Ive had bad experiences with Comcast in the past. I am biased *against* Comcast. But this store actually has given me nothing but excellent service...Its often busy, yet someone has always greeted me, taken my name, and gotten to me quickly. They know their product, good demeanor, helpful. Tight, accurate answers to questions asked. The sales reps dont look like they just woke up from a hippie commune group sleeping / cuddle pile-up. They look reasonably professional.I keep trying to find something wrong with this place, but I cant find anything.This store has ruined my bad impression of Comcast with their consistently good customer service. I have been to this store on a number of occasions and every time their staff has been awesome. I know Xfinity is expensive, but at least their customer service is amazing! The employees here are kind courteous and go the extra mile to take care of us. One staff member even took extra time to help my wife set up her new phone (transferring over contacts/apps etc...).

After finding out this was the closest store to me, I found the place worth ease. The wait was short, only 3 in line ahead of me, and the staff were quick to identify the problem and resolve it. The person in charge also identified a better deal in cost for the exact plan I had, and saved me 20 dollars within a short time. Good job everyone.

Worst Experience of my life. I dont understand how a BILLION dollar company can treat people so poorly....and not care. Soon or later this is going to be their downfall.We loved having Comcast internet and TV. When we moved to an area that they couldnt service, the representative told us that they would credit back the $40 fee because they couldnt offer service to us anymore. They told us to call their Customer Loyalty team to get it taken care of. Over one hour later, we are being told that they cant credit us $40. Listening to their poor excuses on the phone was pathetic.Let me get this straight..... We loved Comcast, we wanted them to service our new home, they couldnt... their rep told us not to worry that we would get our money back....and then they dont want to.YOU JUST LOST OUR BUSINESS FOR LIFE OVER $40! Hope it was worth it.
