I ordered countertops for laundry room, bathroom sink and kitchenette basement, they were very professional, delivered on time and a great cost, highly recommended...by the way I love my laundry room!!

We got a bid on quartz counter tops for our kitchen remodel from them as they came recommended from friends that used them in their new home build. We got a few bids and they were in the middle. We went with them based on our friends recommendation. They were 5 weeks out, but that’s a good thing, I thought, because they are in demand. We had some issues prior to install and the owner came up with a solution we were happy with. The install was quick and easy, their crew was very talented. We couldnt be happier. We’d recommend them to everybody.

The to women i encounterd at hardrock on thursday were so helpful and nice they let me leave my broke down truck on site and would not except money i offerd. And declined lunch i offerd i just want to say if there public relations are any thing like this they got to be a 10 star rated bussiness thank you all so so much for your kindness and may your lives be blessed with good things

We absolutely love our new quartz countertops. We selected one with lots of dramatic veins & Rock Solid did a fabulous job of laying out perfectly. We liked them so much, we had them do window sills and a couple of trivets. Thanks, Jorge, Elsa & crew. Youre awesome!

We were sent there by a cabinet company we were working with to pick out granite that was already available. We picked it out and a month later had not heard anything but the manager will call you. We are really busy. We got the cabinet company to call them. It was finally installed. It was cut to short and filled in with white caulk. The owner and his wife came to our home and looked at it and agreed to redo it. They remeasured and put the measurements in there cell phone and informed us they would be redoing the job so no mistakes were made again. Then we waited again and finally called to be informed they lost some of the measurements. They sent out guys to remeasure and finally it was installed. The corner on the one piece is broke. We sent pictures and a text and have never heard back from anyone. We never seen the owner after the day he measured. He sent another crew out to install. Shop around there are some very dependable granite companies. We went with a different company for our kitchen and they have been amazing.

I highly recommend this countertop shop, they are extremely professional in their business and provide the best quality in their jobs.!!!!!Also, the lady in the front desk is very kind and helpful

We used them for three different jobs. The first two were for bathroom remodels and they did an adequate job. Last year, when we did our kitchen remodel we were one of the first quartzite customers they installed to. After the install we were getting stains from just a water droplet getting on the counter. We immediately called and they came out and resealed it. Long story short it needed a different seal. They then went to training to be able to do a 10 year seal for quartzite. After arguing with them over the issue I ended up getting another company to come in that knew what they were doing with quartzite and sealed it properly. The receptionist and owners were very pleasant to deal with and 2 out of 3 experiences isnt bad but considering I had to pay a lot more to do a job they failed at Ill never recommend or use them again. There are plenty of other good companies out there for this type of work, Id keep looking.

We are so happy with the new granite counter for our vanity in our master bath! Our vanity was rather large and Rock Solid had the most options in the size we needed. We chose a beautiful Himalayan White granite remnant. The guys were super to work with from reserving it for us while we had a cabinet delay, to a quick install once we were ready. The cost was reasonable and in-line with other bids we received and the workmanship and installation were well done. Thanks Rock Solid, well use you again!

We had rock solid install granite top in our basement two years ago they did such a great job. This year we called them back to replace our kitchen tops we went with quartz. Once again the whole process when great. Im a plumber and see a lot of other companies work these guys go the extra mile they support the undermount sink better that anyone Ive seen.

We love our new granite counters in our kitchen and bathroom. Remodeling a condo in Provo and living out of state was difficult with some of the people that we working with, but NOT with Rock Solid Granite. I was blown away with the professional, quality job Rock Solid Granite did! I checked with several countertop providers around and these guys were by far the best choice in price, speed, and quality. During install, they were able to correct an imperfection when installing onto our custom cabinets, even though it was not their issue to resolve. I highly recommend these guys!

Best price I found, including Half Price Granite in Salt Lake and several other competitors. Super easy to work with. The entire process from choosing the stone to the install took just over a week. Super pleased with the result.

I selected a remnant of granite back in late August/early September. They told me I didnt need to leave a deposit and that they would keep it for me. Three months later (our project went a little slower than we would have hoped, but this isnt an unreasonable amount of time to hold a granite piece) I called to verify they still had it. The receptionist looked in their remnant yard and said, I found it, I think. So, I went to go verify it was the right piece. The remnant was still there, without my name on it, and it had been reduced in size to the point that I could no longer use it. The receptionist was brand new and had no training or know-how about their business. She was not helpful in finding the granite or the original paperwork I had filled out to reserve the granite remnant. Those who did know never returned my messages. I have been picking out tile, cabinet color, based on the sample of granite they were supposedly holding for me. Now I have to go out and take time I dont have to find another similar piece. I wont be going through Rock Solid.

Rock Solid did an exceptional job on our marble kitchen counter tops, backsplash, island and master bathroom vanity. Elsa, Jorge and Raz were great to work with and the installers were amazing. They were so careful and professional. I thought sure we would loose the bathroom mirror when they took out the old vanity and backsplash, but they did it without any problems. Preparation of the kitchen backsplash was perfectly cut and notched for below the microwave, the back of the electric range, and the electrical outlets. The installers attention to detail was awesome. It looks beautiful.
