I called EWS in Orem looking for a certain item which they dont carry. Instead of just saying sorry, the employee gave me ideas of where I might find the item. She was pleasant and personable, even looking up stores and giving me names of places to call. I really appreciate good customer service and felt I was treated with respect. Great job!

Unlock Achievement First Reviewer.I went in for a few items that are not typically available at the standard home improvement stores. Namely a 100amp breaker and some other items related to the aforementioned breaker. The guys were really nice and very knowledgeable. I had to do a scratch drawing of what I was needing to do not to mention my ability to explain the situation was haphazard at best. They understood what I was trying to explain and got me the right parts for the job. Thanks for a good experience!

If you are an individual consumer just go to Lowes or Home depot. They are priced the same and it takes longer. I thought they would give me a discount spending $2k but nope. I was even quoted a lower price but then changed higher in the invoice. Not happy at all.

Dont waste your time here buying products I was promised a return/refund and when I returned I was denied a refund, there staff are not well informed, and take forever to find parts on the computer if I could I wouldnt even give them one star, I would recommend to stay away and shop else where.
