I was so thrilled to find out just how easy it was for us to buy our new couch. Everyone was so helpful. I really appreciated the help of Kristen in the customer service, cashier and credit department. She put my nerves to rest and got me on our way. We bought a beautiful couch 15 minutes later.

We went in to RC Willey Aug 23rd, 2021 to order furniture for our newly finished basement and bedroom sets for all our children (3 bedrooms). After spending about 3 hrs browsing with a sales person, we found all that we wanted and felt great about our choices. Not until adding everything on an invoice did we learn that almost everything had not even been produced yet. I get that things are on backorder and CoVid kind of messed everything up, but the sale person should have stated this up front. We would of appreciated knowledge of what was in stock and what we could get fairly quickly. It is Now November 2nd, 2021 and we have only received a portion of our order. My son only has part of his bedroom set, which is a pain, since this basically means storing the stuff until other required parts need to be here for assembly. We are still waiting on a theater room seating couch set, waiting on a desk and office furniture, waiting on a recliner. We got a call last week stating that the only thing coming anytime soon (not really soon) is Dec 27th, and that is only the recliner. I would have been better off locally with Becks furniture, they are honest and up front. When we did find out that some furniture was on backorder (after we already had our hearts settled on chosen item, we were led to believe that we would have everything by Christmas. At this rate, we will be furnished by July 2022. If we would have known availability of in stock items initially, we could of easily changed decisions. I recommend Becks Home Furnishings in Mt pleasant Utah, honest and clear sales with customer satisfaction forefront.
Clark, a kind and listening sales rep, greeted my husband and I as we entered the store. We told him exactly what we were looking for (a buffet table with specific measurements). He immediately showed us the various pieces on the showroom floor, nothing more. His knowledge and service was great. We found the perfect one, took a picture, went home and matched it to our need, and boom! Its now ordered and on its way to our home :) Thank you Clark and R.C. Willey.

Thank for going beyond my expectations! I have to admit we were nervous about exchanging out or couch. We appreciate you great customer service-Our saleman Nick B, salesman Josh S & Kristen H! Special orders take quite a bit of time. We are thankful for the kindness of these employees, making it easier on us. I do love our new couch. One flaw, one piece of fabric is going a different direction, so you can see a little bit of difference.. I know they would fix that in a heart beat, but we do not want to wait another 3 months to get it exchanged. But overall,, Thank you again for our new couch. Our kids love it too!
Buying at RC Willey was easy and they had it ready for me in a couple days which was quick. They ran out of the kind of connection I bought and didn’t give me both of the other connectors I needed. Thankfully, I have a handy partner who saved the day with a quick home Depot trip. I’m happy- though most of that goes to my partner for knowing what was missing and RC Willey can just appreciate he took care of what they didn’t.

We purchased an upright freezer and paid for delivery. We specially requested that the door hinges be reversed so that we could use the freezer in a certain place. The salesperson assured us that the delivery crew could reverse the door. The cashier confirmed this information and wrote a specific delivery instruction on the sales order: Please make sure this is done upon installation. Naturally, when the unit arrived 10 days later, the door had not been reversed as promised. The delivery crew blamed the workers who had unboxed the freezer and simply said we missed this. Upon calling customer service, I was informed that a technician could not come out for several days. Not happy.UPDATE: The owner has responded, promising a prompt resolution. On that basis, I am upgrading the review, since we were satisfied with the other aspects of this transaction.
I enjoyed working with the employees. They went out of their way to get us what we needed for our mother in her late 80ds. I wish they could have seen her face when the rocker she needed was in her room ready to bring comfort. Thanks again RC Willey!

Reviewed the warranty in detail. Scheduled delivery and escorted us to accounts payable all in less than 1/2 hour.

I needed a new washer and dryer but was overwhelmed with the many choices. My salesman was wonderful to answer my questions and help me make a choice that I feel happy about. He was kind, informative, and honest. He wasn’t pushy. I would definitely buy from him again.

I was looking to get a new Switch OLED model. I went to all of the stores in town but none were in stock. I went here and an awesome employee wrote down my info and reserved a ticket for me to get one once the shipment arrived. Excellent customer service not present in other stores.
Need to learn to “Listen to understand instead of listening to reply.” Also need to learn how to show some empathy. I don’t like giving this rating, but this is a true representation of my recent experience. I’ve had many good experiences in the past, but have also had a few bad ones. I’m hopeful that my interaction will result in some positive change. While I appreciate the response that paints the GM in a positive light, he only acted after I threatened legal action. He showed no empathy towards me injuring myself with the defective product until I pointed that out as he was singing his own graces. This was NOT about supply chain issues! The supplier shipped a replacement unit specifically for our warranty claim and the GM and everyone at RC Willey tried to tell me I was wrong and that they were doing me a huge favor getting someone else to volunteer to wait so I could get my replacement! 10 minutes after the GM left, guess what? The salesman called and confirmed exactly what I had been telling your people all along. Your staff were completely misinformed and took a hard stance in telling me I was wrong! I hadn’t planned to publish the details, but when your response takes a defensive approach where you refuse to take accountability and try to paint yourselves out to be the good guys, I had to set the record straight! What you also don’t know is that my blink camera captured the entire conversation on video. If I were to publish that video, you would see that your GM learned some hard lessons because he wouldn’t listen, became defensive, and took the chance to sing his praises for doing me a favor. All he did was fulfill the responsibility that you had to deliver the replacement unit that Bosch actually sent you to fulfill my warranty request! Take the accountability for your misinformation, lack of research and understanding, and for showing this customer that you don’t care about him, but only care about trying to be right even when it was proven that you weren’t! Check your facts before responding!

In the past 6 months I have purchased a matching washer and dryer with pedestals, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and just yesterday another entire complete set washer and dryer for my basement.With CoVid things have been backed up and a little slow. We had to special order our fridge and dishwasher and wait for a few months for them to be delivered. The first washer and dryer set were literally delivered within days.My overall experience has been good.
We were very pleased with the excellent experience we had when we came in to purchase a washer. Kimball Strong helped us . My other washer quit and I could not get it looked at for 2 weeks and I was desperate. The clothes were piling up and he was able to get the washer we chose delivered quickly. He was friendly efficient and accommodating. Overall, it was a very pleasant shopping experience.
Decent service overall, but lame policies. We bought a washer and entertainment center on clearance, but they wouldn’t even hold the washer for us till we move into our new house. They’d hold the entertainment center though for some reason. Furthermore, they don’t deliver clearance items anymore, which is ridiculous. For those who don’t have trailers or big vans or something, how do they expect people to get large appliances like fridges or washers or anything to their destination?! Also, I got a hose kit with the washer, but it wasn’t there when I picked the washer up. Realized it once I was home. Had to call and found out it’s back ordered? But no on even mentioned that until I called. Not very good communication on their part.
Went to the store to buy a bedroom set. The sales person was great. She informed me that the set I wanted was on back order. It would be available in Jan ‘22. She said I could put 20% down on my card to stay on the list and would be notified when it is ready. At that time I would pay the balance. She also said if I find something else I could use the 20% on the new set or if I decided to not get the set I would get the 20% back. I agreed and she wrote up the ticket. I went up to the cashier to put the 20% down. I was told I have to put the full amount on the card and couldn’t just do the 20%. So I confirmed with her that I had to pay 100% and then pay the monthly interest for furniture I wasn’t going to get until next year.I wasn’t willing to pay you interest on something I haven’t received.
The service was great. I was able to get exactly what I needed at an unbeatable price. I searched many stores before going to RC Willy and they had exactly what I needed at $200 less than everywhere else! Amazing and quick service.
We have been working with Mike Wooten for several years. He has always worked hard at listening to our needs and finding us the appliances that will work for us on many construction and remodel projects. I have personally worked with him on my appliances and he has always treated me professionally and fairly. RC Willey has a great reputation for quality products and great prices. We dont even shop around any more!
I recently purchased $6000 worth of laminate flooring from the RC Willey in orem….and it was hands down the worst customer service experience of my life. I worked with Sarah Dubois and her manager, Mike Terry. The process took from mid July to mid October to complete. From day one, we would be forced to spend hours in the store simply writing the the purchase order, when it should have only taken 30 minutes. I had to tell the saleswoman several times to please focus on the task at hand, as she would call her husband in the middle of our conversations about completely irrelevant things. I would text her once a week for 5 weeks in a row and she never responded. I’d call her, and there was always something going on, either she wasn’t at work or was out of town. When she pushed me onto other people, like her manager, he also never texted me back. FOR OVER A MONTH. It’s not like I was badgering, I was simply trying to get a response when changes needed to be made or when I had questions. Ultimately, I had to go into the store anytime I needed anything, nothing could be done over the phone. I asked sarah to add a simple toilet removal to the ticket and that took TWO WEEKS. I asked her to had 85 square feet of subfloor to go underneath the laminate, and she added 85 square yards (which is is about 765 square feet.) I asked her multiple times to please verify our install date and she said our install date was September 30th. We even asked the manager MIke terry, to please confirm that was correct. We shook his hand and he looked us in the eye and emphatically said “it was in the books.” The night before September 30th, we cleaned our floors, moved ALL of our furniture and unplugged our appliances. We then get a text from the flooring secretary (who did nothing wrong and had to clean up everyone else’s mess) saying that no one told her that our install date was set for the next day, so the next available date was October 7th and 8th. A FULL WEEK LATER!!! When they told us over and over, it was scheduled. I never got an apology for this behavior. Sarah called me to schedule another install date even after the 7th because they ran out of materials, and during that call, I said “we were really hurt that you and mike both prophetically told us the install date was September 30th.” You know what she said?…”I don’t know what to tell you.” We were lied to on multiple occasions, we could never get a response when we reached out, and the worst part, is that I used to work with these same people. I worked for Rc willey for 3 years in the Orem office. These people were people I saw everyday. They were people who knew me and my husband, who also worked for Rc willey. Ive now learned that we’re not the only ones who’ve had bad experiences specifically with Sarah. We’re truly hurt by the treatment and it was uncalled for. I will NEVER recommend Rc willey to any of my friends or family ever again.
We had a great experience with Lance. He wasnt pushy and gave us space to browse. However, he was there to answer any of our questions and help make the whole shopping process go smoothly.
The biggest sale of the year has very miss leading pricing. If you take out one piece of set because of room size the price went up? Sale not on individual pieces just whole set? The sales lady tried to tell me a gray couch would look fine in my living room when I needed brown. Has she been to my living room? 🤔 I feel 16 weeks to recieve my piece is a bit long.
Clark Jensen helped us when we bought our chair and he was so good my husband hunted him in the store when we went back a few days later to buy a table we were thinking about. From the sales person to the cashiers to the greeter we were treated special and courteously. No hassle, no pressure and we got our furniture the next day after buying them!! Remarkable!!!
I normally have an amazing experience when I come to RC Willey but, this last time was not that. I USUALLY have an incredibly nice and helpful sales person but, this last time they were grumpy, pushy and rude. I was buying a bed for my daughter and when she picked out what she wanted, he kept trying to make her pick something more expensive even though we had already made our choice. I have NEVER had this experience before.
Kimball Strong helped us buying our new LG refrigerator. He was very helpful without pushiness! We felt confident in our purchase because he was so knowledgeable! I would totally recommend RC Willey for your appliance purchase, especially with Kimball. And we had price shopped other places and RC Willey had the best price and a great deals going on!
Jenni is absolutely amazing in the electronic/gaming department, super accommodating, extremely friendly, and called when she said she would! knowledgeable, definitely somebody want to look out for when going there. Im so incredibly grateful that I met her when I did or else I wouldnt been able to get what I needed in the quantity that I was looking for!!!

We got a couch with RC Willey credit and it took them about 2 weeks which I thought at first was a little extreme but then after calling around this is actually super fast now days! Happy with the couch and customer service and was super helpful getting it on credit!
It smells so good in there! The furniture selection is also good and fairly priced. In fact, there are maybe too many choices, but if you know what you want, you’re sure to leave with a good thing.
We were interested in looking at options for a new gas oven and range for our kitchen. Avoid buying appliances here at all costs! If something goes wrong they will do nothing for you and their extended warranties are a joke. You are better off buying appliances at Costco, or somewhere with actual customer service. We are on our second LG fridge now, both have been horrible experiences (our second one broke down THREE TIMES in 6 months, which has cost us A LOT of money in lost food). They WILL NOT give us a different brand, they just keep sending repairman. Each time it takes over a week to get service, and we are just without a fridge in the meantime. At this point we could have purchased a brand new fridge with the amount of money that has been lost in wasted meat, freezer meals and other lost food.
There was a large selection of furniture to choose from so it was easy to find something we liked. We were easily able to find a sales person to help us and make the initial part of our transaction easily. However, we had previously purchased gift cards online which we tried to use at check out and this caused a bit of a problem. Despite the fact that the certificates had #s and pins clearly printed on them, they wouldnt go into the system unless you had the account number they were purchased from. Thankfully, the certificates were honored, but it took much longer to process them. If you are hoping to give a certificate as a gift, I recommend you choose something else.

We have rental property in Utah. We have used RC Willey for many years for all our appliance needs. A quick phone call to Rich in Orem and getting his suggestions, then looking at the appliance details on the website. We always get the service contract. It’s worth it. Great to accomplish a purchase so quickly and know that everything is taken care of right away! We are very happy and so is our wonderful renter!

My experience was great. Needed to get a couch and an area rug and the salesmen we worked with were great in helping us find the one for us. He took note of the things I liked and was checking to see if you had a certain color before I even asked him to. That’s a salesman that knows what the customer wants.

RC Willey has extremely poor customer service! We purchased this sectional from them in 2016. 4 years later, we got a huge lump right in the middle of the seat cushion! We reached out to them and they gave us the rundown of typical responses. It’s outside of warranty, they would need to charge to even have someone look at it. So we paid, but even getting a service tech to come out was a headache. He initially canceled and a week went by with no contact. We eventually reached out to them and asked ‘what gives?’ They eventually got someone to come out. The service tech identified what was wrong and said they’d get back to us. They called later on and told us the manufacturer discontinued the part, and we were on our own. I asked if there’s anything they could do and they said no, but that they’d refund us the service tech fee. Another week goes by, no refund. So I had to chase that down and hold their hand until they actually refunded. Awful awful awful! But there is a light at the end of the tunnel!Knowing the couch was unusable in that condition, I tore into it myself after the RC Willey fiasco. The culprit was a million springs had gone haywire due to cheap manufacturing (thin fabric had worn to nothing after a few years), and that was creating the lump. With a little research, I learned that the malfunctioning part was called a Marshall coil spring unit. This is an incredibly common component of furniture and was the easiest thing to track down online (literally every furniture manufacturer has them). No thanks RC Willey service techs! The replacement unit came today, I stitched the couch back together, good as new!I will NEVER do business with RC Willey again!
The RC Willey serviceman who came to fix my new dresser drawer was punctual and professional. He made a decision that will be good for us. We were extremely impressed with his skill, knowledge and thoroughness is assessing and fixing the issue!
The flooring department has been very disappointing. We got both carpet and vinyl installed. The carpet was not stretched and we can see concrete near the baseboards. The flooring installers only put some transition pieces in. On the pieces they did put in they let pretty big gaps between the floor and the wall. Now we have bugs crawling through the gaps that were left. They did pretty significant damage to our countertop and did not notify us about this.It has been a month since the install of both of these and we have not even been put on the schedule to get this repaired. Each time, I call they tell me I will be put on the schedule that day but they never schedule it. I would recommend going anywhere else for the install. The product is good. The work is awful and once they install it, they will not get back to you if you have any problems.

Having done online comparisons before I went in, I knew what I wanted. I felt no pressure to upgrade or spend more although other options were pointed out. The staff were efficient, courteous and friendly. My only disappointment was a two week wait for delivery even though the item was in stock at the time of purchase.

My husband and I went To RC Willey to look for a new mattress. Our sales man Keith Johnson was very patient. We kept going back and forth, we laid on a lot and we had a lot of questions. Keith was also very knowledgeable about the different brands and helped us buy the one we decided was best for us.

Nice store and great sales support. This was a smooth transaction. However, when I tried to apply Blue Rewards to the sale, the information supplied on the website was different from what Customer Service was telling me. I had to talk to 5 people to resolve it.
I realize that COVID has created serious issues in the appliance industry, but every time I contact any department at this store for an update on my order no one has consistent or accurate information. I know I’m going to have to wait. I don’t understand why anyone at RC can’t contact the supplier- get an update from them (even if it’s that there is no change) and then communicate that. Everyone you talk to gives you a different story. Really annoying and demonstrates a lack of honesty and organization. RC is a big company and should be able to do much better. They have handled this unprecedented situation poorly and I won’t be a returning consumer.
Purchase transaction by phone went well. Identification was made appropriately. Transaction went smoothly so far. Actual finalization of purchase & pick up are pending…2 weeks out.
I do not love in Orem, but was in the vicinity. It was 5 minutes before closing time and the door greeter welcomed me and let me know that.I went straight to the refrigerators and your clerk came right over with a smile and briskly walked me to the refrigerator filters. He was positive, confident and efficient. He then directed me to the cashiers. I cannot remember his name, but he had a cute accent.The next step was not so efficient. Although there were three clerks working, I waited over 10 minutes to check out. There was a man sitting at a desk, watching what was going in, but not helping anyone, nor was he working at the computer .The cute cashier was happy and efficient.I tried to vacate the building, but not knowing the building and with the lights being turned out, it took a bit longer to navigate where to exit. Thank goodness for-the other door greeter.
I usually wouldn’t leave a review. I was in need of a new vacuum and needed some assistance I looked around there was a salesman near by who was speaking to what sounded like was his neighbor. I waited for a brake in there conversations, and decided to walk over to him to ask for help.. As I stood there they ignored me I said excuse me expecting them to look at me but no. They went on visiting. Sooo rude… I had to go to the cashier and ask for help. I heard the page as I went back to the Vacuums that salesman was now walking away. Thankfully a assistant came to help. I knew it wasn’t a big ticket item but I was still a costumer. I will think twice before using RC Willey again Thank you to the salesman that took the time.
Needed a chest freezer due to the fact we were purchasing a half cow from the butcher. Earl the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about this appliance. Had in stock in Draper and we made arrangements to pick up next day. Very positive experience.

We were very happy to have had a responsive yet non pushy buying experience. Our sales associate was extremely accommodating. We recently had a super negative buying experience from a larger chain store and did not receive the personalized experience that RC Willey provided.

I went to RC Willey to see about a recliner to sleep in, and the sales person who took care of me was Matthew Chapman and he was so patient with my indecisiveness and he took the time to show me everything that matched what I was looking for. He then showed me the beds that have the base that will lift up the head and the feet and even had the vibrating massage mechanism. He walked me through getting approved for the credit and I am so excited for my new bed to come. I would have given my experience 5 stars but I did not because of two reasons, one because it was pretty expensive and the second reason was because the delivery would take 2 weeks and I am not the type of girl who likes to wait for something I just just dropped a lot of money on. But I have to say my experience so far has been pretty darn amazing.Karen Goddess
It was nice that they had a selection of the item we were looking for and that due to past purchases there they could access information about the size of the item we were replacing. The salesperson was knowledgeable about the items as well as how to quickly navigate the store computer system. The item was in stock and the will call site employee was helpful in loading the merchandise.The only slightly uncomfortable thing was that the salesperson didnt step away for a minute so we could discuss the items we were considering. A moment of private conversation would have been appreciated.
Michael helped us through our fridge buying process. Its our first fridge purchase as ours died. Michael wasnt pushy just helpful and knowledgeable. We left feeling positive and grateful for our whole experience. We will definitely be back!
I love ‘this store. It has so much household furniture and nicknacks or art to pick from. It is tailored to fit your budget. We have spent over$20,000 dollars in this store in 8 years. It all depends on what your budget it is, how much you buy and what quality you want. I buy from veneers to solid woods just in furniture. As for sofas and chairs, you pick the style and fabric to meet your quality or budget. You can pay one low fee a year and get free delivery and they will do the set up in your home. You can buy appliances, TVs, sound systems etc. What’s fun is to see designer rooms where you can see a room setup which they change so you get ideas and see for example accessories like plants, trees, lamps, pictures and buy them learning how to decorate. It’s fun to just stop by and look around and never know when you walk out with a large or just a tiny item. We shop all but country and amish made products are our taste theme, but you can buy your own theme and brands. They have it all. Great all in one place to shop. As a note, there are kind sales people to help you make decisions and they do ask if you have any questions, but unless you ask, they do Not follow you around.
Cool fridge and stove choices. employees were eating chips and salsa at a kitchen counter and having a great time. they were very nice to us and in a good mood getting along well with everyone.
Our salesman was extremely helpful (thank you Tony, by the way, LOVE the accent!). We already knew what we were looking for and was in and out in minutes. No surprises at all when it came time to do the billing. Thank you RCWilley!
I needed a new LG washing machine. Salesman Lance Lopez showed me the two options that met my needs. He was very customer oriented and explained in detail the differences between the two options. He gave me several delivery options and set up a convenient delivery date. He walked me to the cashier station.When I walked in the front door I was greeted by a young lady and I asked where appliances are and she provided the directions. Good experience

The floor person, Matt, was very helpful and informative. Tao the cashier was very knowledgeable and fast. He explained all details very clearly. However your store add that was sent to my home was misleading. I was told that the ads I would like would not be available to me. We have purchased many items from your store over the years. I was a little disappointed about the rejection. We served in the Micronesia, Guam Misson with Sheldon Child. This was one of the reasons we have been such strong supporters of your store. Dont send me any more flyer if you are going to honor them.Within hours of this post I was contacted by them and a solution was reached that made me very happy. Ill be back next time I need something. Thank you very much.
I had ordered and paid in full a Bosch dishwasher in June that was supposed to arrive mid July. According to the computer it should have arrived two days ago but I was still 102 in line. That is disappointing, but Micheal Wooten very kindly helped me choose one that was a second best for the features that were important to me and set it up so I will get the first one that comes in. That is true customer first service.
Not one order with RC Willey has been delivered as expected. The most recent fiasco has me sleeping on the floor for an entire week. Every day I call and they say I’m on the schedule for the next day (or they make up some excuse that the order didn’t make it onto the trucks…. Sorry that excuse only works the first time not the 3rd time). Everyday nothing shows up and a new excuse comes up when I call with a promise it’ll be the next day. What a joke.
Our Salesperson was great, the selection was great, but it shouldnt take 2+ weeks to get furniture from their Vegas warehouse to Utah, and they should call me when it gets here, rather than telling me to keep calling them to see if my item has arrived yet.
I came in to replace my washer and dryer. DanChamberlain was very helpful and told me honestly what the best deal was and what the strengths and weaknesses of the products were. It was fast and efficient.
I tried looking for dryers at some other big box stores before going to RC Willey. They had the best price for a holiday weekend, with the fastest delivery time. The other stores were out at least a week, I could get what I needed in 24 hours if I picked it up. And I was willing to! Its not good for a family of 9 to be out a dryer for more than a day or two.
Dan helped us choose the best washer, dryer for our needs. He had to work extra hard because I had lots of questions. I did feel bad because he seemed to have a cold or allergies
Sales people at RC Wiley are the worst. They give you false information and refuse to help after the sale. The people who deliver also have damaged walls or floors on every visit.
I called in to ask about availability for a specific freezer and in just a few minutes it was ordered and a date given for delivery.I was pleasantly surprised that it was so easily handled.Thank you Dahn
Salesperson was very personable, we even told each other a story or two. Since appliances are a little hard to get these days, I was lucky to get the one RC Willey had in stock. I needed the Tuscan color for my kitchen and it will be delivered next week.
I always have a great experience making purchases from RC Willey. They are efficient and have great customer service.
