Upset, open at 7:00 called 5 times to see if they had an item. Had to walk in while still on the phone to see if they had the item. 3 people at the counter and the receptionist was chilling at her desk and they still didnt answer the phone. Glad they had the part or I would have been really upset.

They are alway willing to help and they are pretty good at tracking down specilty item and old out of date stuff for example old lights or fixtures and specilty lights and they can normally get it pretty quick
