Incompetent staff that knows as much about music as your average radio listener. Know what you want before you go here, or be prepared to spend a lot of time on google.I have been to this store several times in the last couple moths and every time it is the same. When I brought in my guitar to have the strings changed, the guy that helped me put strings way too thick on it, forcing me to take it home and file it down until they fit. This last time in though was the last time I will ever go, since it took 45 minutes to finish a transaction that should have taken 10.Also, dont make the mistake of thinking your purchase will retain its value if you sell it back to them later, even if its in perfect condition. It definitely wont. But at least youll get to watch 4 people try to do a one person job.
Wonderful place of happiness and joy just absolutely abounding in many many many different types of and styles of guitars and they can teach you how to play music and you can become the absolute best like Paul McCartney does he play a guitar? Maybe like that one cool country singer sings about his dog dying and that he’s all out of whiskey and his girlfriend left him. Yeah that’s the one you can play like him
Im very sad with our recent experience in this Guitar Center. I just moved from Phoenix where my husband regularly spent over a 1,000 a year in guitar center. We were also partnered with a church there that spent several thousand a year on sound equipment and much more. This week we took a trip up to Orem possibly going to spend about 500. We left with 26 dollars worth of items. The people at the counter had no idea how their microphone stands came and didnt know where any of the bases that attached to the microphone stands were. They didnt know where other products were as well. Nobody asked to show my husband other items or ask if he needed help with any other pieces of equipment. My husband even mentioned as the manager was walking by... I guess I wont be spending 400-500 in here today. This is not the normal guitar center service we are used to. The nicest person was a completely different kid who rang up the order and he was new and learning how to work the computers. He had to go find someone to help him ring things up. He was sweet but it was sad that there was no one around to even help him out.
Good quality equipment but mostSales personnel need more training on equipment.Purchase directly from the store because they seem unable to fulfill promises delivery dates when ordering online - (takes longer than told or expected).
I just enjoy going in and playing a few tunes on one of their instruments with my friend
Not happy! Instructor “jerry” asked my child if she is vaccinated. Guess what! That is not your place! Then he continued to lecture her about covid! Again, not your place. You are teaching guitar. Yes the world is on fire, focus on your job and what we are paying you for. We will be scheduling with a different instructor.
Incredibly helpful with my questions regarding my Hofner bass guitar, definitely would recommend for anyone looking to get into music or for any assistance if already a musician! Everything there is quality, been playing my bass for 6 months and everything Ive gotten from Guitar Center has been awesome 👌🏻🤘🏻
Joseph was a GODSEND! I purchased my first 7 string at the Las Vegas location. When I brought it back to UT to get it set up, the technician pointed out a few flaws in the ebony neck of the guitar (typically they need to be kept at a certain humidity). Before letting me go home with it, they brought over Joseph who took a look at it and was certain that this was something that needed to be repaired. Joseph was happy to exchange the guitar and spend a lot of time with me looking at other options and making sure that the guitar I took home was perfect. He gave me tons of advice that I needed to maintain the condition of my new instrument as well.Joseph really knows his stuff, even tho it was a minor setback, I could not be happier with the way things turned out. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
The employees here always take their time to help me and get me what I need. They keep a good selection of gear on hand, but anything they dont have can be ordered.
Poor costumer service and knowledge of products. Risked bringing my whole music set up in to troubleshoot a problem just for none of the workers to know anything after selling me an audio interface I bought the day before probably for nothing.
Great experience here! Just shopping for a bag, and the guy at the counter was super helpful, got me exactly what I needed. Tall, bald guy, but I dont remember the name for sure. Knew what he was doing though!
I recently purchased a new acoustic guitar from the Orem location. The guitar I had decided to purchase had a “kink” in the B string. I asked the the guy at the register if they would give me a new set of strings being that the B string was damaged. He replied “No but we could order in a completely new guitar.” I did not want to make a return trip into town so I decided to take the guitar as is and purchase a new set of strings with the guitar. The salesperson helping me then proceeded to pick out the “proper” strings for me. Well… here we are a couple weeks later and I have now decided to restring the guitar and half way through the job I realize that these strings are much thicker. Come to find out with some research he sold me heavy gauge strings that are the wrong strings for my guitar. The bridge pins will hardly stay in place because the strings are much too large. And I dont dare tension them to pitch because I am afraid it will be way too much tension for the guitar. $800 later and here I am having to make a return trip into town for the correct strings. I would not recommend going to the orem location. Taylorsville GC is much better and staffed with knowledgeable people.
As usual this Guitar Center, like so many others we have visited,is a great store. The staff are always professional and considerate.
Used to come here often, but over it.Half the guitars need serious adjustments to truss rods or action, not ready to take home and start playing, but my main issue is with repair. Bafflingly, their tech cant get any parts that arent on the shelf behind him, and has no sense of commitment to a time frame. I was told a pot replacement would be $25, and I had to source the pot. Once I got one, I was told it was actually $50, and would be 6 days to get my guitar back. I called on the due date and was given a 6pm pickup time, my guitar was third in line. Sweet!Except when I showed up at 6:30 I was told it was actually going to be done the NEXT day. So I show up around 5:30 and the tech is just starting. So much for third in line the day before, really makes you wonder how the tech is spending his time. I hung around at his promise of 30 minutes, checked in about an hour later and hed created a NEW problem with my boost! Eventually it all got sorted, I paid full price at 6:40 a day after it was set to be ready, and walked out dissatisfied.Additionally, they dont honor posted prices. I asked to buy a Pod Go marked at $450, they charged me $500. This wasnt a sale price, and the model number on the tag matched the item, but they refused to honor the $450 even when I pressed the issue. What reputable company doesnt honor a posted price??
5 Stars for ANNA at the Orem store!!!And 0 stars for the Taylorsville location.Last week was my neeces sweet 16. Her and I went to the Taylorsville store, bought an electric guitar together with a guitar stand for about $749.- great customer service by a guy named Mayson. Told him I would be back Thursday to buy more items and also would bring my neeces Dad.Then last Thursday we came in, unfortunately Mayson wasnt in yet and we got Steve who gave us the most worst customer service ever. We spent about $300 that day, and two days before $800 but still received bad customer service from Steve. He was rude and lazy. Even after we spend $1100.- at the Taylorsville location. Mayson gave us the 5 star treatment and made us return, but that Steve fella, was rude and lazy. So later on I came back with my neece. To exchange the guitar case, I wanted the perfect guitar case. But to avoid any more nasty customer service I went to the manager of the store, told him its my neeces sweet 16 and I came in earlier and got practically no service topped with an rude attitude. So he send us to the counter. We waited and waited, just to be ignored. There was no I LL be right with you none of that. The one guy with the dreads was nice enough to check in the back for us, but he had no access to the computer, to check the other stores inventory. So we waited, then I had enough, it was my neeces sweet 16, so I got angry how rude these ...... Were. But since I didnt want to coz a scene and since they were unable to help with a simple exchange or inventory check, I called the Orem store my self, while still waiting at the counter.Anna answered. She was super nice. I asked if she had the guitar case I wanted on site, she checked, said she could order it for us. I told her if I could return a guitar case I purchased at the Taylorsville location. She said sure. We then left, when they saw us walking away thats when they suddenly could talk. Before leaving thou, I told the manager, it didnt work out, all he said was, ok bye. Ya went from 5 stars coz of Mayson awesome service, down to 0 stars coz of Steve and your manager. When we arrived at the Orem store, Anna gave us the 5 star customer service treatment. She was super nice, even congratulated my neece for her sweet 16. She showed us the guitar case we wanted, even had it shipped to my house. She exchanged the guitar case we bought at the Taylorsville location and paid me back the $30.- difference left in cash. Thanks to Anna at Orem, we will continue to shop at the guitar center, but only at the Orem location never again at Taylorsville Location. The guitar center can thank Anna from the Orem store, that the guitar center didnt loose our buisness. We spent $ 1100.- at the Taylorsville site. Only Mayson treated us with respect. I would avoid the Taylorsville location. I surely will continue my shopping at the Orem location.Thank you Anna for your awesome customer service. Coz of you we will continue shopping at the guitar store, thou not at the Taylorsville one, but the Orem location still has our business for sure. And the guitar center Corp. Can thank you for that. !!!
They didnt have all the cables and equipment I wanted, but they were helpful with what I wanted that they did have.
Brought my guitar in here to be fixed and they ground down my frets almost flat to the fret board. 12th fret down is pretty much unplayable. I would only buy accessories from this guitar store, I wouldn’t take guitars to be fixed here.
My son and I love coming here. Theyve got such a great selection of guitars, drums, cymbals, electronics, everything. Recently we received some great help from Stephen Petersen, Repair Technician. He was very attentive at listening to the problem we were having with my sons guitar, and had this issue diagnosed correctly in five minutes. We havent had any issues with it since. Stephen is skilled, patient, and friendly. Will definitely go back to him with any future guitar issues.
They had great customer service and they will help you find your type of guitar, keyboard, drum set, and more. They have great lessons too. They also had a very good selection of guitars.
Very nice store, great variety of instruments but not very friendly staff hard to get someone to help that know what they are selling
Tate was very helpful and I will return their again. High quality merchandise! Very pleased!
Its a good store, this location is just a little smaller than the one in Salt Lake. I went to this one because they listed online the item I was looking for as available. When I asked, the sales people said there wasnt one available, but I had specifically seen it her and not at the closer location. When I pointed that out, after a short back and forth, the sales person checked the computer, and sure enough it was there. Happy I got what I went for, but not too happy about having to debate to get a sales person to look for it instead of just coming out with we dont have it here as a go to answer. I may have lowered the star take even more, but Im biased towards Mitch, the store manager. Hes been with Guitar Center for a very long time, I used to prefer him when he was just in sales at the Salt Lake center. Benefit of doubt goes to his staff just having an off day.
I purchased an Audio Technica mic in early April and it arrived last week (114 days)!! It was on backorder. I was not informed of the status for nearly one month after purchase. I attempted to cancel the order because of the urgency. The item was never cancelled. I took the mic to Guitar Center in Orem for a return and the staff were fantastic! There was a complication/delay to the return but Mitchell (Manager), Julian (Sales Lead), and Trevor (Operations) took really good care of me. Thank you!
Cool selection of not just electric guitars and amps but they also offer musical instrument lessons, an array of digital keyboards, headphones, and any number of audio swag and accessories you might need.-1 star though for the employees that were on shift the day i went. Out of the three i interacted with, only one was personable and down to earth, the two others seemed strangely inconvenienced by me asking product related questions.
Employee was rude and inconsiderate. Lied about returns policy. So much better to buy through other avenues.
Purchased online. Product was in great shape incredibly cheap and delivered promptly packaging could be a bit better though. All in all great experience.
This place was awesome! I walked in and was immediately welcomed into the store. This place was super cool, so many guitars. I didnt see many acoustic guitars but then again I didnt ask cause I have one to pratice on. I was looking at the books and a worker came up to me and asked if I had any questions. I had quite a few because I was just starting guitar. Apparently I was asking some difficult questions because even he had to ask other workers. They did awesome in helping me, it was a learning for him too because he didnt know some answers. But they gave me clear answers that made sense to me and helped me out a lot. I will deffidently go here again for all my guitar needs or questions. The place is so welcoming and because of that I wasnt afraid to ask questions or for help. If you need help with guitars and you live in Orem I highly recomend this place!
Employees are great and helpful. Cool place.
Pretty good selection. The staff is very knowledgeable. I almost purchased something that would have ruined my guitar. Without knowing any context, the gentleman checking me out at the register let me know what I really needed without me knowing. Great customer service!
Julian helped us pick out the perfect guitar for our son. He was very knowledgeable and was very informative in helping us make a decision. We will definitely come back for any and all guitar needs. They also have other instruments as well, we just didnt to look at them.
The selection here was worse than in the past. Walked around the store for awhile and never was asked if I needed help. I remember Guitar Center being one of my go to places for music needs, but it just doesnt feel that way anymore.
Joseph was super friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me get set up with a nice acoustic.
Good products and very helpful staff.
Culichi grill is the best taco shop Ive eaten at in las 5 yrs
Honestly it was not good. Lots of items out of stock on the racks. And the staff was just hanging out at the register. Further more as a left handed bass and guitar player I am disappointed that they dont have any left handed models on display for people like me to try before we buy. 2 stars is generous. Not sure if I will return here to this location.
Store is cleaner than the SLC location, but the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. I came to return a used Vox amp I purchased from guitar center online because it was defective, and they wouldn’t refund original shipping. Seems like a bad policy to have customers foot the bill for an item GC shipped out as defective.
Associate was nice, engaging and knew his business.
Tate was super helpful.
☆☆☆☆☆5-STARS☆☆☆☆☆A Well Organized Atmosphere!Very Knowledgeable Staff..Even Met The Floor Manager During My 3 Visits In The Last 30 Days...I needed help deciding on a $2000 purchase and I was really looking for a hands-on experienced advice as far as the equipment, the financing and overall comparison of equally equipped items goes and if there ask for Annah or JULIAN! That Kid was ON TOP OF HIS GAME In Every category I Appreciate That Kind Of Service! The Orem Guitar Center location did a fantastic job making sure I had all my questions, worries and troubles answered and all my expectations as a random walk-in Consumer/Customer needs were Met ABOVE & BEYOND!
Ive had nothing but the best service from these guys. I bought a guitar to learn on, and they walked me through what to look for, what Id need, but I never felt like I was being sold anything.Im extremely happy with my purchase!Fast forward a week. Ive been practicing a lot, and one of the strings broke! No big deal, Ill just go in and get another set. I take the guitar in and ask them to show me how to replace the strings. Im totally new to this, and so Joseph replaced the string in no time all while showing me what he was doing. These guys are top notch!
I purchased a Martin D 35 from Joseph and he has exceptional customer service skills and didn’t pressure me whatsoever. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Martin guitars and answered all of my questions with ease. I’ve been into every Guitar Center in the state and because of him will do my shopping at the Orem location from now on.
Very impressed by the selection and excellent customer service!! I called earlier in the day to ask to reserve a Novation LaunchKey Midi Keyboard and they were very willing to check stock and reserve one for me when I could come later. Came in later and received the same excellent customer service and my LaunchKey! Every time Ive come here Ive been impressed by the wide variety and industry standard, top-quality gear and instruments and such offered here. Definitely will come here again!
Great service. The staff was very competent and friendly answering my questions about getting my new guitar set up. Id definitely recommend this place!
The service I received on my last visit was awesome. It made up for the know it all that didnt know anything on my visit before that.
Had an unacceptable experience with guitar center. Ordered a 700$ guitar from them and got a call saying they only had “used” ones left. I will not be a returning customer to guitar center and would recommend others don’t use the service as well.
Super helpful staff. In and out of the store in less than 10 minutes which couldve been an hour long trip if not for their help in locating some niche hardware.
Love this place. Any Musical needs thi a is the place. Doesnt matter what your musical needs are they are there to assist and provide whatever you want to make your dreams come.
Very helpful staff responsible pricing.
Great place to get a instrument
Very wide selection of things other than guitars. Store has a great layout for a Guitar Center. Quick service and even offered to discount a protection plan!
Got a lot of good stuff! BestBuy even referred me here when they didnt have what I was looking for. Sure enough, Guitar Center had it!
Fantastic employees that will help you at a moments notice and great stock.
Chill music store, employers were helpful and even helped carry my new bass amp to my car because it was heavy, and I had a bass also.
Nice. Helpful. Kindly let us play quite a selection. Their repair guy was sharp and inexpensive.
This place has everything audio and music that you could want
These guys are awesome, I have been taking lessons for about 3 months and have learned allot. Staff or friendly and seem knowledgeable. I would recommend them for sure.
Been here twice now, once for a drum throne and then for a new kick pedal. Both times they were super helpful and had really good deals in the store. Its rare to walk into a store and end up spending way less than you expected. Ill definitely be coming back!
I went there intent on buying a guitar. My plan was to leave with a guitar in hand. I was in the acoustic room with my Covid mask on waiting for a sales person to come answer some questions. There was a teenage kid in there picking away at one guitar after another. No sales people around though. Finally a store rep came in...only to tell me that I had to leave the room because of Covid. I get that. Annoying, but I get it. I left and the sales guy left too. So I left the store; I went around the corner to Summerhayes, got good customer service and a good deal on a guitar. Here’s a customer service tip. When you have a guy that has come into your store, make sure you have a positive interaction. If you have to ask him to leave a room, and you’re willing to take the time to do that, maybe also ask if you can help him find anything or answer any questions. I did want to find something and I did have questions. Summerhayes Music had the answers for me though. Not Guitar Center. Should have just started there.
Staff was very helpful. Although there were restrictions for covid they still helped us pick out a guitar for our child. Very professional.
Purchased a PEARL drum kit + all necessary symbols, stands and the works. I worked with Mitch who is the consummate professional - there is none better! I have been to many Guitar Centers, several in Utah, and was very happy to find Mitch in Orem as the Store Manager - brought instant credibility and insurance of a great buying experience. Highly recommend!
Excellent quality instruments and training.great job.
My son and I have visited the store several times over the past few months. The employees are less than helpful with a few exceptions. They constantly bark at you about where to sit and what you can’t do while in the store. While demoing equipment you are at constant odds with employees playing so loud you cannot even here the equipment they’re pushing so hard to sell you. You definitely know your in a box store they are constantly trying to sell some type of upgrade or add on. We avoid this store and only visit when we cannot find what we’re looking for at other shops in town.
This is the First Guitar Center I walked into and was immediately asked if I needed assistance. I cant wait to come back!
I love music. It makes the world go around. Guitar Center supports it. Great service, usually a great selection (except for covid pandemic ). Love em, support them!
I absolutely love this place
Very knowledgeable, helpful staff when youre looking for something specific. From my limited time in the store they do appear to have a good amount of various equipment for audio/video, guitars, drums, accessories, etc. Its a fun store to shop.
Always a fun place to go, the staff were helpful so I found what I needed
Good people. Spent an hour helping me find a synth/vocoder for my son. I dont know how to play music or anything about what was needed. They all went out of their way to make me feel right, and get me what I needed. Which was great.
Excellent service and attentiveness, manager was awesome, hooked me up with a SICK GUITAR
Poor service staff very ignorant changed price to double at check out. Glad company is going bankrupt
I walked into the store feeling a bit intimidated because my background is in film, not audio, and I needed to figure out some solutions for some audio needs of mine. Joseph Steinbock was an absolute GODSEND. Rarely have I seen such great customer service; you could tell he was eager to help and teach me all about certain technical aspects of the gear I was needing to buy so that I could make a good choice. He went the extra mile, or really 2 or 3!
Just stopped by to buy some stuff for my guitar since my cable just went out. Saw “mask required” on their door. I think I’ll shop at local shops from now on and order stuff from online (not guitar center) when I can’t find it local. I enjoy my freedom to choose just as much as I like to choose who to give my money to and it won’t be Guitar Center anymore.
Everything is a little too expensive but other than that its great
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Will be shopping from again
Customer service blows i go to that store to expend money not to ask for favor and they never treat me right the only people to take good care of the customers are the repairs and the lesson guys
They have wonderful service, the store is very clean and the guitar I ordered got to the store fast and safely. They have all the strings, straps and other gear you might need. The guitar lessons are absolutely increadible! Conor shreds! I just wish they had more pointy guitar/basses.
I haven’t played guitar in over 5 years and wanted to get something somewhat basic to get the hang of things again. I decide on a Mitchell Guitar that was 179.99. As I’m checking out I ask if there is anyway I could get a soft case or spare strings with my purchase, the Manager (idk his name) chimes in that with such “a small purchase” there’s nothing he can do for me. He elaborated how much more other people spend. Little does he know I’ve personally spent thousands and thousands of dollars in the past with guitar center. It shouldn’t matter whether I’m spending 2 thousand or 2 hundred you would think all customers are valued customers. If you can’t throw in the strings that’s fine but don’t belittle me for my purchase.
Awesome selection, and amazing customer service! Very knowledgable, helpful, and patient!
Tevin and Shane are the best. Get gear from them. Or else.
Was super awesome. They have great equipment ready for use. I was trying out basses and they had the cord ready to go with plenty of amps to try. They have a great in store inventory and definitely met my expectations. They are also good at returns as long as you have the receipt.Guitar center has always been one of my favorite places to shop and try new instruments. I would recommend it to anyone trying to learn or try something new. They have a good range from 100 dollar stuff up to 5000 dollar stuff. It is good for all
I will never do business with this store again. Out of the many trips Ive made to the store the employees have always been pretty useless and uninviting. Go elsewhere I wouldnt go to this store if it was the only store in a hundred miles
Great Customer service. Maybe a bit pricey but its to be expected with musical equipment.
Big selection and super helpful staff!
Very knowledgeable in the music recording industry. Very helpful staff.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff who helped us very quickly. No typical salesman tactics like at other places but happy to give recommendations if need be. Definitely will be coming back for any of my tech or audio needs!
I gave this review 2 stars only because the guy that helped me after I had to ask for help was really good. Ive been at this location a number of times only to have the same experience. They really need to step up and pay attention to customers. In my case they have lost potential sells. I only wish Best in Music carried Gibson .
I was just in there an bought a mic and an audio interface an called before hand an talked with Bryan over the phone. He told me exactly what I needed to know. Then I got into the shop an Bryan was busy ringing up customers I said no problem all wait patiently. He got another employee Joseph to help me while I waited an he was just as friendly an gave me more info about the product that was extremely useful. Then after I had the product I was going to buy Bryan came up to me said sorry for being busy which wasnt a problem at all. Then he made sure I had everything I needed an got a cord I Forgot to get to plug in. Then I checked out painless as possible. Couldnt have asked for better customer service. Specially dealing with someone like me. Can be over the top sometimes when Im excited about a new instrument or tool. I would rate more than 5 stars if I could. Employees like this is what makes guitar center such a cool place to go too. Keep them an give them a raise so they dont go else where.
You need it theyve got it ! 👍 Thank you 😊.
Super supportive team, music is life. Yoi really cant go wrong just the whole vibe was super great and I loved it
Treated very well. Good guitar selection
Called in to look for a part and Kate went to the fullest extent to find my specific item go to him cause you wont be disappointed.
Was just in this location with my wife. I was looking at making a couple of purchases. They had some nice stuff and some decent enough prices. Unfortunately that doesnt matter if your employees dont bother to provide any kind of customer service. I had a similar experience to someone that posted earlier. My wife and I were in there for a solid 15 to 20 minutes and not one of the five employees even bothered to ask if we needed anything. One was already helping another customer, so I dont expect him to run over and see what I need. But at least 3 or 4 were standing at the register chatting with each other. We looked around, narrowed down the possibilities for what we were looking at, and eventually decided they werent interested in our business and left. Not one employee said one word to us. I guess well have to keep looking for a business that is interested in selling us something.
Due to some mistakes that were of no fault to the folks at this store, I had to exchange and reorder a guitar and some gear. Throughout the whole process the GM, managers, and other floor staff were all very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. With the help from the folks at the Orem location, the mistakes were corrected, and I received all my gear in a timely manner (and in perfect condition). Thanks yall!
Mark was soooooo helpful today; he was patient and answered every question I could begin to have. He was extremely kind and definitely knew what he was talking about.Updated: I haven’t seen him, or had any real help at this location since. I’m going to best in music from now on.
I love this place. It is Guitarist Heaven. You can get any guitar off the wall and try it out. Very hands on. Very friendly staff, most of which are very talented musicians.
I called in and asked them if they had a certain item. The person on the phone said yes. I told them I could come pick it up and when I arrived they said they didnt have any. I even specified the certain model and they said they had it. Why not say no and save me a 30 minute drive each way?
The guitar tech Tyler is awesome. He was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and professional. He helped me solve a complex problem. I am so grateful for his help.
The employees are knowledgeable and nice. They always treat me with respect and make sure I get the best deal. I basically live in the clearance section. If youre looking for good gear for a fair price, this is the place.
Its a smaller store and some of the staff are more knowledgeable than others. I know thats always the case but its particularly pronounced here. Still so glad to have another music store in the valley.
A good selection of affordable guitars for most amateurs and guitar enthusiasts. Came to this location for the first time a few nights ago looking for a starter guitar for my daughter. She tried playing my guitars, but was struggling with the size and wanted a shorter-scale model. We found a display of the smaller-scale guitars and she tried them out until she found one she really liked. We were ready to check out with the guitar, amp, and cable, when one of the employees showed us a better option for her current and future needs. Plus it was more affordable. He could have made more money that day by letting us go with our original plan, but he was thinking of my daughters enjoyment of the guitar more than the sale. It made my daughters day to get a guitar well suited for her needs, plus it made me a loyal customer.I loved that the staff by and large left me alone to do my thing, but were there for me when I needed them. Great service.
