We used Hansen Lighting for our new build. Tyson went above and beyond in helping us as we were unable to come see the lights in store, due to a brand new baby. He found lights based on pictures I had sent him and made great suggestions for others. He was very knowledgeable in design and how to tie all the rooms together. Highly recommend!

Working with Hansen Lighting to replace and upgrade all of the lighting in our home and our newly finished basement was amazing. Tyson was very helpful in promptly providing useful feedback as to the sizes of fixtures and specific timelines and availability of the products. As well as providing very tasteful alternatives. The team delivered them with no problems. When one of our lights was on back order they brought it as soon as it was available. We are extremely happy with all of the lighting, the sources and wide range in brands that Hansen Lighting offered. We were able to get affordable lighting as well as high-end focal point fixtures for the rooms that we wanted a bigger impact in. Five star experience and product for sure!

Jacob Hatch did an outstanding job of assisting me to find a replacement piece of glass for an exterior light fixture, which is no longer being carried by Lowe’s, on our residential home. He was patient and helpful to me all along the way. He helped me find the original manufacturer, from 12 years ago, contacted them and confirmed that the specialized glass for that older fixture is still available to purchase directly from the manufacturer. Jacob is always good to return my phone calls and takes a personal interest in my request even if he has to do some additional research. I appreciate his professional manner and the encouraging approach he takes with his customers!

Hansen Lighting did a phenomenal job! We had quite a few lights updated in our home and Tyson LaFord did a great job helping up pick the right ones. I’m in love with the light fixtures he helped us find. Installation was quick and easy! Our house feels new. It’s amazing how a light can change the whole look of a room. I had been looking for a chandelier for quite some time. I went to Hansen Lighting and found one I loved! They were very efficient and friendly with their service. The chandelier had to be delivered from the manufacturer and when it arrived in their warehouse they called to let me know and also said they would hold it as long as necessary. They delivered it a few days later with no hassles.

Very professional, didnt seemed annoyed while I was trying to understand the whole process. The only thing I want people to keep in mind is that they use LED bulbs for everything and add that cost at the end, so it ended up being slightly higher than my brain thought, would have been nice to know at the beginning. I will go back there for all my lighting needs!

Awesome Company!! I purchased the lights for my new home from Hansen Lighting. Their showroom is beautiful and everyone is so nice. Fast forward three years...I broke the glass on one of my pendant lights. I emailed Jason at Hansen lights to see if he could help me find replacement glass. Not only was the answer yes, Jason’s informed me because I purchase my home lights from Hansen Lighting, I had a warranty that would cover the replacement. Great company!

I needed a specific size down rod for a chandalier that I had purchased out of town. They went out of their way to check through their spare light parts to see if there was a match. When there was no match found the sales rep helped find the correct part number and ordered the part there on the spot and kept constant contact through the process.

This company is amazing! We ordered some fun pendant lights for our clinic and the electrician dropped one of them during installation. The floor won. Glass everywhere. I asked Hansen to order us a replacement and have the electrician pay for it but they took care of me! The replacement was there within a week and no charge!!

Jeff Houghton has been extremely helpful with every detail of our lighting design during our house build. From personally visiting the site to assess the correct sizes, number, and placement of our lighting selections to providing missing or additional product during the installation, Jeff and the staff at Hansen Lighting have been quick to respond, and eager to fulfill our requests. Their personal touch has been very appreciared and has made this part of our custom build effortless.

I was extremely UNIMPRESSED with my experience today at Hansen Lighting. I walked in and was met by a very friendly young woman. I was hopeful that she could give me some ideas for my new lights, but she just told me that I should get on there website. I could have done that at home, obviously! I was looking for design help with a light that would go with my new bathroom design and wanted to know about current metal color trends. The cute girl was clueless! Whats the point of driving over to the store if I can get just as much help on Wayfair or Houzz?My advice to Hansen: Get a designer! Otherwise, dont waste your time with them.
