I go there often to get supplies for my fast food store. The owner is awesome. Hes very down to earth and down to chat it up and cares about his customers. Real good customer service. Store is organized and has a lot of options too. Highly recommend.

They easily directed me to the high quality, nonstick fry pan I needed, but they dont carry glass lids for fry pans. They had a suitable, stainless steel lid, which will work for most of what I need.

I really like the store. I own a new local business and I buy a lot of containers for my fabulous fudge and other candies. I was treated with respect and I love the prices! So glad you guys are local. I have had nothing but positive experience is here

This was the first business of this kind I had been to. There was a variety of products ranging from cleaning products, which is why I went, to cooking products, and other various food service products.Others on here have commented on lack luster customer service, and from what I could tell most of the complaints were not about the owner, save one that I know of. My experience on this was just what I would have expected from a small business. Basically it was not stellar nor awful. Just a vanilla kind of experience. For me this is no big deal, again a small business.Overall I was impressed and able to find the kinds of heavy duty cleaning products that you can not find in big box retailers, amongst other specialty products.

Small, but nice. The gentleman at the counter helped me carry things to the car.

I called to ask about an order & the guy who answered was unbelievably rude very poor customer service. Get someone who is friendly and knows how to speak with customers.

Mean people!! My wife parked in the parking lot to go to her hair salon which is in the same shopping center. She purposely didnt park directly in front of this janitorial supply store. There was only one other car in the parking lot. There were at least 24 parking spots in front of this store for customers. The person in the store called and had my wifes car booted. She had to wait 45 minutes and pay $75 to get the boot off. All this during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Horrible people that dont deserve people spending their money in that store if they are going to treat people this way!! There are other options!!

Very limited supplys. They didnt have a window brush. That in itself was ok. But then they pushed chemicals they had in stock. Those chemicals were cleaners for bathrooms not windows. I will not return to this store.

My wife and I always shop here when we are looking for higher quality kitchen products than other stores carry. The whisks from here last forever!

The reason I come back to this place is because I NEED something. The reason I am leaving a 1 star review is because of the owner. Every time I go to check out he makes negative comments about the products I am buying... Wouldnt you want people to buy what you are selling? It makes me not want to go back, any other places like this store to go where I wont feel bad spending my money?

Its just a little place, and not much to look at but it seems the owner is very space conscious, and packed to the brim -very organized!! I wasnt sure what to expect so I wandered in and started looking. When I had questions he was ready with an answer. He was able to explain some of the options and what worked well together. As for pricing, I was shocked at how the costs compared to other prices at other places. I would highly recommend this business to others in need of restaurant supplies and kitchen items if you are in the cottage industry. I very VERY rarely give five stars but this place gets it hands down...clean, very service-oriented, polite, and fairly easy access and exit.

The owner is very kind and helpful. He has a great knowledge of the supplies he is selling and is very willing to go out of his way to help you solve your problems. He goes out of his way to make it a great customer service experience. Thanks!

Weve gotten things here before and its been great, but this morning I tried to go when they opened at 10am, and no one was there. I waited around (and there were two other people in the parking lot doing the same) until 10:15am, then left. One other person left before me, so they lost at least 2 customers this morning, just by not opening when they are set to.

Overpriced first of all. Walked in the other day, no customers, employee was pretty much useless and not willing to help me. It was my first time in the store. Couldn’t help me because she “just started” and doesn’t know much. Well here’s some advice, get off your @$$ and maybe learn about the products you have so you can be of help to your customers. She sat down the whole time and didn’t even get off her butt to talk or help me.

I called looking for a heavy duty mixing bowl. The reviews of 12qt+ stainless steel mixing bowls on Amazon were not great. I thought about looking for a store in the Orem area since I live a little south of there. The woman that answered was very helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she went and found what they had, described it to me along with the price for each size. I was very pleased with the help. They just earned a customer!

Second time that I’ve called and asked if they had what I needed and was told yes over the phone. Drove out of my way to get the product and they didn’t even check to make sure they actually had it and ended up not having them! I wasted my time and gas... so frustrating. When I mentioned that’s why I called I pretty much just got a shoulder shrug and no apology. I won’t be going there ever again!!!

Ive been shopping here for several years now. Im not buying large quantities of anything and I frequently have lots of questions. The staff have invariably been friendly and helpful. Im glad to have them in town.

Interesting place for kitchen items. I found the measuring cups I was looking for at a much lower price. The owner was very nice.

Horrible customer service. Listened to the owner bad mouth 2 customers. One who was trying to return a can opener and quickly after she left started to bad mouth her. Won’t go back. There’s other places to shop who value their customers.

This is not a large warehouse with a large inventory in any sense however they do carry a variety of essentials for restaurant and concessions needs. I bought a few different plastics from water tubs to syrup containers and aprons. The girl that works there is nice and pretty helpful.

A good place to get quality yet practical items for the kitchen. They also have cleaning supplies.

Bad selection. They didn’t have what I wanted when I went in. I bought a little squirt bottle and it broke after 20 pumps.
