Very helpful, efficient and reasonable price for a great service

Best price in the area for storage, but 3 of the last ~10 times I went to my unit the front gate didnt work during regular hours I was supposed to have access. It lost me a sale of something I was going to sell and caused my stuff to get rained on another. I was given excuses of system updates all three times. Why are there system updates going on during access hours? You get what you pay for. Very frustrated that I feel like I have a 25% chance of the front gate just not working and not being able to get help about it.

Very inexpensive for the size of storage. Quick and professional service. Storage units recently renovated and in good condition. Their front desk and access times are great. The location is safe and easy to get to right off the freeway. Highly recommended!

When the people treat me right, and they go out of their way to help and make my experience a good one, I am always willing to pay a premium price. With this place, I got a great price, and exceptional service. It is also clean and well maintained. Nancy at the front desk was especially kind and extremely helpful. She created the five stars for this review. I had the opportunity to chat with her and just share a little bit of the exciting stuff in my life, and she remembered details and my name the next time I visited with her. For the opportunity to get to meet Nancy alone, I recommend this place.

Nancy was incredibly caring and helpful. She showed me the wonderfully clean facility, plus the price was right about where it should be. Paperwork went smoothly, and you cant beat the convience of the location!
