Had to wait until someone answered the phone (no one was there to open the door - Staffing problems related to the Pandemic) But the lady who drove over to meet us was very polite and efficient, answered all our questions and signed us up. Very impressive facilities and processing apps.

People were great. The storage was fine. Only complaint is the price hike that happened. Otherwise great experience.

Great place for storage. I LOVE being able to use the app to enter and exit the gate, thats fantastic. Automatic lights for storage units in hallways, and the place is clean. However, a touch pricey for us!

Even if you dont move into your unit and cancel it, theyll still find a way to charge you fees and take money. They often refuse full or partial refunds but will totally refund you for the lock! My experience wasnt great but she refunded my lock, which doesnt make up for all the other money but its still something. The manager was a little rude but helpful, hopefully they start letting people know about their refund policy!

Had a missing delivery by FedEx. Brenda resolved the issue quickly for us by finding out where FedEx put our package. She then notified the owner of the unit where FedEx had dropped our stuff and we now have our stuff. Thank you.

I just moved back into town and I needed a storage. I didnt know that it was going to be a challenge in finding one. Some places were to pricey for me for what I needed and some places didnt have any. As soon as I called Extra Space Storage the lady that answered the phone was very helpful and cordial. She explained everything to me that I needed to know size, price, address and the person I should expect at the place when I arrived. Brenda the lady that help me out didnt know what I had been through greeted me very friendly. She looked up my info. And helped me out as quick as possible because I had mentioned that I had another appointment. After I came back to store my things there was Brenda with a smile on her face as I drove in. People may not think so but sometimes all we need is a smile to make our hard day better.These two ladies deserve recognition and raises! Update on this. They ended up getting me a different storage unit and gave me $20 off the next months rent. I dont have it anymore as they were going to raise the price up by $80 bucks but its a solid storage spot if you dont mind the price.

Great remote and digital access! Had some significant trouble getting started with the app, but worked great after a call to customer service and help from the on-site manager.

I found Extra Space Storage via google maps and compared their pricing, reviews and specials to a few other places close by. Their deal was the best and their service even better! We haven’t began moving things into the unit, yet but so far we are very happy!

I thought I ordered a 5x10, but I arrived and found I had a 5x5. It was at night and there was no light inside the unit. I thought I was getting the first month free but then after fees and such, I had to pay $53. I would have never agreed to pay $53 for a first-month free unit if I knew I was getting an outdoor, 5x5, dark unit. Four of my long curtain rods were no longer in my unit. I called and asked for them to review the camera footage but was told it would be difficult since it was a four day window. I got my stuff out of the unit just 2 weeks of renting from them. The day I went to get my stuff out it took over 15 minutes for the gate to be opened because it was not working. There was no sign to indicate that it was not working. I finally found someone and they told me to download the app to open the gate. I will not be coming back nor would I recommend Extra Storage to friends and family.

Brenda was very helpful in getting us a unit last minute. We had a hiccup with another storage unit we were supposed to rent from and a van full of stuff we couldnt unload and we were able to get a storage unit from Extra Space Storage quickly and I think it ended up being a better deal than the other place we were going to go.

The staff is super nice and helpful and the place is very accessible. The unit I rented was the 5X5, which I think is the smallest one. Im a single student, so all my stuff fit perfectly there. I love that we have an access code to get in 24/7. Love this place!

Great employees and customer service. Easy to work with. Affordable. When it came time to move out, they prorated the days so I didnt have to pay for the rest of the month I wasnt using. Good location. Can be tricky to drive a uhaul with a trailer hooked up to it to your unit. We had to get creative. 😁

With some changes in my family I needed some storage for seasonal items. I submitted a reservation online and within 30 min had a call confirming an appointment to come and make sure the unit size worked for my needs. The area is clean and so was my unit. The monthly insurance they add is wonderful since its unit specific. The whole process was very simple and easy. Highly recommend!

It was a small unit to keep while renting. It got a bit dusty and cobwebs. My lock got a bit rusted from being exposed to the elements. When I first got it, I had to call to get my code working. Despite this, it was a good unit.The people who run it have been very helpful. They have autopay so I didnt have to worry about anything. The couple times I had issues, theycalled and I was able to pay over the phone. One time when my lock proved difficult to open, the person in the office helped me get it open.Since my place I live at has enough room. I was able to move out today. It was simple. I just had to empty it out and take my lock. Then I told them and they took care of the rest. My autopay is shut off, etc. It took less than an hour for the confirmation that it was close d got to me. If I had notified them before my last payment, they would have been able to prorate it. I didnt do that because I didnt know when I would be moving.

Got my stuff stored, pretty wack that the gate code box is on the opposite side of the path but other than that? Pretty epic.

I got a 5x5 rental unit, which was the perfect size for my belongings! Brenda was very helpful in providing pro-rated rates when I was moving out and checking up on us as we were organizing and packing up to move my stuff out of the unit.Insurance was about 25% of the total cost per month, and over the 5 months I used the unit, the monthy rate increased 10%.There was dust and cobwebs, which were to be expected. But we also found a lot of mice fur and droppings inside the unit (despite no food in the unit), where they had worked their way into a few closed bags. We had to throw away a few items including a blanket I was crocheting. That blanket alone was about 30 hours of time and $60 down the drain.Between the misleading rates and the mice fur and droppings, I probably wouldnt use this service again. That being said, the unit did its job and stored my items, and Brenda was very accommodating.TL;DR: good management, misleading rates, mice issues despite not having food in the unit.

Doesn’t make me feel like a valued customer and makes me want to take my business elsewhere. Clean. Nice. Don’t like that they try and force you to have insurance. Other than that seems good.
