Initially over the last 2 or 3 years I became annoyed with the number of Mattress Firm stores I’d seen popping up over the city & suburban areas. Well just let me tell you, I see why! The customer service was amazing, giving them 5 stars. The prices were awesome, giving them 5 stars. My husband and I bought a mattress and box spring from Dennis who was very knowledgeable. We are very happy with the Tempur pedic hybrid mattress although I am still getting used to sleeping on a foam mattress. The email was put in wrong on my receipt so I wasnt able to get the proper survey for the delivery team so I will post that here. Manuel and Martin did a fantastic job! They were very professional when they got to my house and were very careful not to knock the walls. They wore masks and coverings over their shoes. According to the card that they left with me, they can get up to a score of 10 so that is what I would give them. I would recommend Mattress Frim to anyone wanting to get a quality mattress. Was sold a mattress and told it was a floor model. Nothing was wrong, it had been cleaned. In reality you have to hang on to it or you will roll off. I would question the story of floor model. BEWARE !!!!

We arrived at 5:50 having no idea that the store was to be closed at 6:00pm. The gentleman who helped us was Dennis. Dennis explained to us how he’s been in the industry for over a decade and can help us just by asking us a few simple questions. Dennis was charismatic and kept our visit entertaining; we later came to find out Dennis is the regional manager and he had stayed with us an hour after close, making sure we were 100% confident and comfortable with the purchasing decisions made. Was shopping for a mattress for myself with my parents when we met Jermaine. He was a very knowledgeable salesman who know how to help me find a mattress I was most comfortable lying in. He knew alot of aspects of mattress comfort that I never really considered myself, such as comparing sleep position to mattress give. After spending some time with him we were able to get a mattress that I really liked.

The actual purchasing of the mattress went great and they are very helpful in picking the right mattress. The delivery and installing of the mattress has gone ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They were suppose to do deliver it on a Tuesday but we’re going to be over an hour late and had to reschedule. They then could only reschedule it for Sunday. Now we are paying for an apartment a whole week that we can’t even sleep in.
