The Store Manager, Blake, was quite helpful and very knowledgeable about the various mattresses we were interested in trying. He answered our questions and offered insights regarding selections that might suit us specifically. As a result, we bought two (2) Nectar mattresses.The delivery was scheduled and the delivery took place exactly as specified - on time.The Delivery Staff were outstanding! Very respectful and exceptionally efficient. Excellent representatives for American Mattress.We haven’t tried the mattress yet but we are pleased to recommend American Mattress and the entire Staff.

Blake was very helpful in guiding us to the perfect mattress. Started us in middle comfort and had us try 5-6 mattresses until we felt comfortable. He gave us the space and time needed to make our own decision.

Our 2nd trip here, we purchased a mattress about 9 months ago for our son and were very pleased. Excellent price. Salesman was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. We stopped at a competitor and they had practically nothing to say to inform us about what we were buying. Our salesman Saul Castillo was friendly without any tricks or fast talking. He was super knowledgeable and gave us so much information. He listened to our needs and guided us in the best direction. In fact he showed us all about adjustable base systems ( which we never ever considered) to the point where it made up our mind - this was too important a purchase to make unguided. He totally earned our trust and business and gave us a fantastic package price. Bought a queen mattress at this location a month ago, its been a game changer for me. All we did is just pick the bed over the website, since we already know which brand we want (after tons of research). And call them. And they sent it to us on the day we want it. Recently bought a Beautyrest K-Class Black at this location, a $4,000 bed, so decided to wait a week or so after receiving it to make sure there were no issues or concerns on my end before reviewing.If you go, make sure to ask for Saul Castillo, he took great care of me, explained a lot about the mattress and its inner-workings, to make sure it was the right bed for me. If youre reading this, you probably know that the mattress game is all about customer service, as in many cases the pricing will be the same across all competitors and both Saul & American Mattress provided that.Im a bigger guy, so needed to make sure I got good support / firmness while still getting that plush feeling. Once ordered he was communicative with me the whole time and helped push my delivery through, within 2 days of my order.

If you’re thinking about getting a mattress I’d definitely go to American Mattress. Phil was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable on the different types of mattresses along with the ability to explain to me in layman’s terms.He was very efficient as not to waste my time trying every mattress in the store. My wife and I went mattress shopping on Labor Day, Monday Sept 2nd, we were the only customers in the store, the store manager Phil was very helpful and full of knowledge on the mattress we picked out, we chose a queen size, but the next day changed it to a twin to go in a spare bedroom, Phil said he would mail us the difference with a check ( he never did) 3 weeks later I did go back and bought the queen also, with a new bed frame, on delivery day the frame was back ordered (go figure) so in one month I spent $3700 there, I wont go back !!!!!

Great Place to do business, The guy across the street ( firm) wasnt very friendly so I came here. Jim the store manager was not only friendly but genuine. I was in a car accident years ago and periodically my back flares up. This past week it flared up again and I decided it was time to get a new mattress. I stopped at this location with a price point in mind. Patrick spent over an hour patiently showing me mattresses in my price range and that were comfortable enough for my back which was in quite a bit of pain. Once we settled on a mattress Patrick showed me an adjustable bed frame due to my back issues. As Patrick adjusted the bed the pain was greatly relieved. I was sold. I walked out spending more than I had planned but happily look forward to getting a better night sleep and relief when my back flares up, all because Patrick took the time to show me the adjustable bed. My bed was delivered today and the delivery men were courteous and efficient. I am very happy with my purchase and experience with American Mattress in Orland Park.

If you need a mattress, this is the place to go! They have GREAT customer servive and GREAT prices. We were greeted by Patrick Pauley, he was very friendly and informitive. He really listened to what we were looking for in a mattress and really worked within our budget. He didnt try and push you into something you were not interested in. He was very patient and never pushy as some salesman can be. I highly recommend this store.

My wife and I had the pleasure of talking to American Mattress employee Jim Valek to get information regarding a mattress replacement from Sealy. Jim Informed us that AM in Orland did not sell Sealy mattresses but provided us with info regarding the product line we were interested in and suggested where we could go to look at this product line. Jim was extremely helpful, courteous, and very professional. Our only regret is that we have to go thru Sealy for the replacement, and couldnt get it from Jim. I do know this...The next time we need bedding items, we will go to the American Mattress Orland Park store and deal with Jim Valek.
