Very poor customer service! They do not care for their patients! Next time I will try to find a better place to replace my glasses! Try to avoid this place!

Sheena is the best! She is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Even though she had ten customers at the same time she managed to make sure everyone felt attended to. She helped me pick the right frames for my face and gave me great instructions on getting used to my progressive lenses. JC Penney Optical has great frames and customer service. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses 1 for sun and reg. They do not tell u their return policy which is 24 hrs and it wasnt shown on any material to read that was given to me. I was told to wear glasses for a couple of hrs a day for eyes to adjust and they still arent right. They refuse to give me a refund as other optical stores will do after you have tried them for 60 or 30 days..JCP will not give u a refund. Shop somewhere else such a rip off when glasses returned are discarded. i was afraid if i didnt give one star they wouldnt post.

Do not go here!!!!!! Placed an order with a woman here last week to ship to another Jcpenny location. I believe her name was (sherry) She wrote down the frame number and claimed she would put in their system and they would be ready in one week. One week passes I go to the Jcpenny optical where they were suppose to be at by now that they had supposedly been ordered by her to be shipped. To our surprise the frames were not there. She says that she didnt put in the order because she didnt understand us? We spoke english. What was not understood? After we confirmed the order with you. Beyond livid, worst customer service.

I went here to get an eye exam and the doctor was rushing through my exam as if he had somewhere to go......... No he just want to finish his food that he was eating in the corner before I got there. The worst ppl
