Love the Orland location.The entire office makes you feel warm and very welcome.I came in because a screw came off of my arms.They able to get another eye exam and purchased new glasses.Working remotely has changed my vision allot.I’ll always return to the Orland location.

Sadly, Dr. Day has transitioned to a better place and I was a patient in his care for over 20 years. His care, knowledge, and professionalism were stellar.In the same vein, I have come to say the same for Dr. Sheldon. Her care, knowledge, and patience as well as professionalism are exceptional. The staff members are welcoming; although, Im more apt to gravitate to one staff member, Cathy, who I have entrusted over the years.Rosin Eye Care is an eye care practice I would highly recommend my friends, family, and others.Updated: My sincerest apologies - I failed to mention my daughters (24 & 25yo were also patients of Dr. Day (since toddler age) and are now patients of Dr. Sheldon.

Im happy with their service but not with how much they charged me. I never had to pay anything more than my copy for a comprehensive vision exam including for toric contact lenses at an in-network provider but they charged me $110 additional for a toric evaluation.They responded to me that every place charges differently even in in-network.If you have a vision exam for toric contact lenses, beware you will be charged extra at this place.

I came into the store and had a problem with my frame. The technician was very knowledgeable and she gave me a new frame. She took great care of me and my situation.I would highly recommend. I will purchase my next pair from Rosin!Thank you!!

Beautiful and clean. Mary is always so welcoming and sweet at the front desk. Great selection of glasses. And HUGE plus...they told me about a rebate deal and gave me instructions on what documents and receipts to keep for the rebate. Very attentive to their customers and want you to get the best deal with your insurance. I switched to Rosin from Americas Best and have no regrets!

Great service! I desperately needed new contact lens as my prescription had expired. Despite needing Toric lenses, they had a pair in stock that I could wear immediately, and my years supply was ready for pickup within 2 days.

Great experience! Checked my eyes, fitted me for contacts and I was out. It also looked like there was an emergency appointment, which bumped me, but I was still in and out.

Bad service bad establishment

I previously purchased cheap eyeglasses from one of the warehouse clubs and was very disappointed with the quality of the glasses, and the customer service. Rosin may cost a bit more, but the quality of the finished product as well as the service provided by the eye doctor and their associates makes it totally worth it. Highly recommended!!

I paid to get glasses and contact exam. The contacts did not fit correctly and gave me blurry vision. I did not return to the office for s number of months due to work and scheduling availability. I called today and they said that even though they gave me the incorrect contact lenses that if I went in for a new set of contacts to try put that I had to pay again for a contact fitting. Keep in mind that I had already bought a pair of glasses and paid for m contact and glasses examination. Very upset and will not be returning!

Wow! This office is so charming! It has a nice boutiquey feeling to it. Ive been wearing glasses since the third grade. I saw Dr. Akhtar for my last eye exam. She was awesome and thorough. I will definitely see her next year for my eye exam. They also have a great selection on glasses.

The entire staff was very warm and welcoming. They really make you feel like you’re a superstar just buying glasses or contacts. It’s was the best time ever and very family friendly and top notch customer service. This review is for the store in Orland Park store. Christy and MaryAnn the store manager and there was one other very nice staff person that was awesome. The doctor Khun was awesome and she really really made me feel like she cared and understood what I was saying about my vision.

This is the first time I have been there and each and every employee treated me with great care. Will return next year. Thank you.

I’m not even kidding. I can’t say enough about Rosin Eyecare in Orland Park. My insurance guided me to this office and I took a chance making an appointment. Upon entering the lovely, modern space, I was greeted by the Office Manager, Mary. She is so friendly and funny. We had a great time chatting. As we were conversing, Dr. Khurana came out of her office and chatted with us, too. Also crazy nice and personable. A pleasure to talk with. In the past, my eye doctor appointments have been only a couple of minutes because the tech did all of the work. Not the case here. Dr. Khurana did all of the tests herself and explained them to me as she went along. She asked me a lot of questions about my glasses and contacts to make sure I had the most accurate prescription. She was sure to explain all of the options and patiently answered all of my questions.Back to Mary to pick new frames. She showed me some options, but let me make choices too. It was like hanging out with a buddy. Fantastic selection of glasses! She explained all of my insurance benefits to me and had me on my way in no time. My new glasses came in about a week later.Although the glasses were really cute, I just couldn’t wear them. They were too heavy and didn’t fit right. I went into the office a few times to have them adjusted. The staff is extremely kind and ready to help. They all did their absolute best to make those frames work for me. Finally I had to choose different frames. No problem at all. Luckily, I picked frames that were the exact same price.I fell totally comfortable going to the office for help. It’s such a friendly atmosphere and not at all what you’d expect from a doctor’s office. I highly recommend Rosin Eyecare. I’ll be going back every year. So glad I found this gem in my own backyard. Make an appointment today, you won’t be disappointed.

Pleasant atmosphere and staff everyone was kind and patient did not feel rushed will definitely go back again

The facility is very clean and sophisticated, the doctor and staff was very professional...however they are extremely predatory. They emailed, sent text messages, called me, even mailed me repeatedly for things like Lasik, refills on contacts (even though I didn’t need them), and rescheduling the yearly appointment. After the young lady called me the second or third time for lasik information - I told them that I wasn’t interested in correspondence and would contact them. After several emails as well I portrayed the same message but still with the constant contact.
