This store has 110% customer service.. They go out of their way to answer my question and to help me find what I was looking for. All the staff is wonderful . Thank u for your service..

The store manager here is rude like no tomorrow. I walked in and heard her telling some employees that its not her fault the other 2 dont speak Spanish. I guess 2 of the employees dont speak Spanish.

I would give half of a star or no stars if possible. First thing that you need to know is that this is not a corporate store [as they made sure to mention to me dozens of times while on the phone with them]. Since this is not a corporate store, they essentially have the liberty to make their own policies as they wish. They dont have these made up policies ini writing anywhere so If they feel like charging $200 for a product they will, if they feel like charging $2000 they will and there isnt anything you can do about it. I also received horrible customer service and was hung up on several times. Overall, rent a center is a classless place I wont ever again try and take my business. I dont appreciate their careless attitude and lack of customer service. They didnt even apologize. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!! I DONT AND WILL NEVER SUGGEST THEM .

These people are a joke very unprofessional no sense of direction starting with the manager ending with the District Manager apparently their truck broke down been waiting for more than a week for the delivery of the merchandise that I purchased and they told me that they were waiting on the truck had me waiting for days telling me that they would be there for sure and leaving me waiting day after day such a big company under unprofessional management don’t rent from them save your money go somewhere else

Ask for Victor tell him you want the manager specials 90 days same as cash and you can get some good deals on slightly used stuff

This Rent-a-Center is very unprofessional! I called for a family member and there was an ignorant employee in the background using profanity and threatening to come the f over here to pick up my sisters stuff if she doesnt start paying her s#*t on time If thats the kind of employees they have working there, I will be sure never to set foot in a Rent-a-Center!

Tried to rent a Ps4. Stressed the fact that i need it fast as we had planned a game day with my friends. Was promised fast service but as always that did not hapen. Lack of customer service and ignored the customer needs. First time using RAC and the last time. Special thanks to Mike
