UNPROFESSIONAL. You place someone on hold for almost 14 minutes and never come back to the phone. I write almost because I got tired of waiting. How do you stay in business with the non-existing customer service?

Owner is a nice, knowledgeable and fair. They are a bit under staff for the amount of work they get (because theyre good). They do try to get jobs done in a reasonable time framr bit If something come up, you will have to get back in line.

The employees are friendly but extremely unorganized. The shop is a mess. I’ve heard good things about their work, but if you’re on a time crunch this is not the place. Dropped off a flywheel to get resurfaced.. they told me it’d be done by end of day or 9-10am the following day.. called the following morning to make sure it was done before driving 30mins. Was left on hold for 15mins until the call dropped. Gave them extra time, went to pick it up at noon.. part was still sitting in the exact same place I had left it the day before. Hate to write 1 star reviews since I work at a shop myself, but when you need a part to get a vehicle back together it’s pretty upsetting. Especially when it’s something as simple as resurfacing a flywheel.

They never answer the phone. Must not need business.

Worse dishonest people. Leave my VW air cooler heads and tell me a price and time, pass a month and they called me telling me it was ready and change price for $100 more (more expensive than brand new). never again.REPLY:When my machine shop drop the heads on your shop, I stop by and drop the valve springs, with all the parts on your desk, you tell me clear it was $225.00 for the hole job, with all the guides, so that its not a Estimateits a final price.People, learn their trick, they said its a estimate and when they finish the job they want to charge more than a brand new Head.

It sucks how i have to wrire this review. Took them 3 years to finish a ford 351wshortblock for me and long story short i had to sell my race car project and the shortblock, not only was it done all wrong, overhoned cylinders, the drilling were horrible, destroyed the crank i had in it, from what the buyer told me, i couldnt believe it i had to call the machine shop that is fixing this issue. I have had it enough. This is definitely the worst machine shop in history, if youve had a good experience then you had good luck, save your time and money please, alberto is a good guy but overall the entire revmasters machine shop business is complete trash. I feel bad for the guy i sold the engine to, makes me look lile a scam, i took the abuse of his promises of him finishing it over and over and taking years to finish it byt i definitely had to write this review after this person i sold the engine to is going through this. Alberto, you know exactly who i am.

I had a cylinder that either needed to be honed or bored. After Revmastet measured it fortunately it just needed to be honed. The guys at Revmaster did the job the same day and at an extremely competitive price. I would definitely recommend them!

A lot of knowledge of what they specialize

Contacted Mr. Rodriguez, the owner, about boring my V-Twin cylinders for a larger diameter piston via telephone... I needed a bore increase from 4.02 to 4.125 and was quoted $130 to get the job done. I was also quoted from a Sanford shop $120 but since I live in South Orlando Revmaster was much closer.and recommended to me by a mechanic friend. So I went to Revmaster to drop off the cylinders and then the surprise up charges began. Mr.Rodriguez began by claiming the extra material that needed to be removed along with the extra cutting passes to accomplish the desired honed diameter. He also claimed additional set up time to bore motorcycle single cylinders. All BS since were not talking rocket motors here. By the time Mr. Rodriguez was done explaining things the final bill was $189.20. Since then I found Motorcycle Clinic in Kissimmee upon my dyno-tune after my engine rebuild. They will bore motorcycle cylinders for $60.00 a hole and they do valves as well, etc. I waited to write this review until all is well with my rebuild in case I had to go back to Revmaster for any boring issues. Upon reading this review you decide where you want to go and my take on Revmasters integrity with pricing/quoting.

Hot tanked and shaved horribly cracked heads, and charged me, your a machine shop if i can see a crack from 5 feet away when i come to pick them up and you diddnt catch it what am i waisting my money on
