Ordered a engine for my mustang listed as a FORD MUSTANG GT 5.0 ENGINE 2011-14. Estimated to be delivered around 18 days, I did receive it around that time frame. The engine was painted for proper appearance to the customer, so far so good. To not void warranty make sure this engine is the same as the one being replaced. Removed the front timing and valve covers to replace gaskets. Search up the part numbers on the cams, and timing components. Every component came back belonging to a F150. To confirmed I checked the oil pump since mustangs have thicker gears, the gears were thinner which belong to a F150. The engine has the mustang intake manifold and front timing cover, but the long block is a F150 motor. I paid double the price for a F150 motor. Listed on ebay as FORD MUSTANG GT 5.0L 2011-14

Bought engine on eBay. Asked immediately If I could have UPS freight pick the engine up because mine is on its last leg and I work for a shipping company. I was told NO it was against eBay policy and their ad states 20 days before shipping. I overlooked that fine print and asked Im sure you have had this problem before why dont you state that in your heading ? No reply I could have had the engine picked up the following week instead of waiting 20 days for delivery. Asked why 20 day waiting for the engine if the engine advertised was ready to go as advertised. Got the excuse of Covid. Everyones excuse now a days.Seller cancelled my order and reported that I cancelled it when I didnt. And they are worried about eBay policy ? Bad business practices. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Beware! Lies! This company is a lie. They do nothing they claim on their website to insure you’re getting a good engine. They claim to go through the engines and do a full inspection which is not true, if they would have they would have known it had a blown head gasket. Anti freeze and oil mixed on this “perfect 85,000 mile “ engine with rust everywhere claiming it was fine. He will lie and cuss and yell at you when you return their product with VIDEO and PiCTUrE proof of everything said above. I’m 2000 in the hole for labor and had to order a good engine from a reputable company! Beware! Read all the reviews and save your time and money! DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!

SCAM RECLAIM AUTO PARTS. Do not buy, they just take your money and IF you get an engine it doesnt work.

Sold us a faulty engine through ebay. Engine failed after less than two months of driving/less than 2000 miles. Ordered a jeep wrangler engine which is a 3.8 inline. Opened up the failed engine and found out they sold us a town and country/caravan transverse engine which they poorly modified and butchered for it to fit the wrangler. The oil pump pickup tube was from the town and country setup which cannot be used with the wrangler oil pan because it is shorter and causes oil starvation. They deceived us by telling us the engine had 77000 miles, spray painted it and charged us $2000 for the engine. In short we asked for a partial refund but they (Alex) refused, got very ignorant and threatened to write us a bad review. Attached are the photos of the engine failure and poor workmanship. The engine also came with numerous screws missing from the oil pan, the oil pump pickup tube was loose and the wrangler mount bolt holes filled with rust (never came out of a wrangler like they kept insisting).

Wow! This store was very helpful in helping me find an engine for my car. I was nervous that it was not going to look the same but after it was done it worked better than new. I dealt with Homar and he guided me through the whole process and assured me that I have absolutely nothing to worry about.

Got a engine that was not the one advertised on display picture and later told the picture that was displayed was stock image. The engine we received looked like it was wrecked or nose dived dropped. Had so many problems when check by our certified mechanic and told we paid too much for a severely damaged engine. Spoke with Alex at Auto and Truck and sent pictures he said the engine looked fine to him. Spoke to him a couple more times with rude comments and hung up on multiple times. Had to file a charge back and it turned into a big mess fighting with Visa because Alex lied to them on how he handled the situation. Visa will only hear the merchants side and he knew exactly what to say to them. Also lied to us on what our mechanic had discussed with him over the phone to us. Scam artist at its best and the we value our customers is a joke along with the warranty.. stay away from ebay listing from Alex.Beware of what this company did to us and how they treated us. If you need advice ask me on FB I have emails and text messages from Alex. 👏🏼This was all the problems so far from our mechanicThe engine fan is broken and water pump arm is bent and is now leaking fluids, oil pan bent, gaskets were no good, important parts of the engine were masked by spray paint.. who knows what else would had been wrong if installed completely.UPDATE FROM WHOEVER RESPONDED PROBABLY ALEX.. The below statements are all lies to cover and everything that is stated we did is even more of a bigger lie. Worst place to buy and engine ordered from out of Vegas they sent me a engine with supposedly 17.500 miles got it installed it and the head gasket is burned . Called no customer service n owner stated acting like a child . Disputing as we speak . Didnt want to do anything to help n kepr lookingvfor excuses telling me he could find my purchase by name . I had to give him purchase date off my credit card. Never again dont waste your money or time.

BUYER BEWARE, They do not do as advertised. I was sold a motor full of rust and sludge. It was definitely not inspected. Then it took 2 weeks to get my money back that was charged to my credit card because their accounting department sat on it and didnt process it. Bought a new motor instead for $2400 from Fraser motors with a 5 year warranty and it runs great!!

Biggest engine scam period! Before you buy be sure to ask for a vin number of the car the engines is coming from to check for accurate mileage. After shopping around I found them to have the cheapest engines with lowest miles. Bought one for my Camaro and after 1 week of the vehicle running, the timing chain began to rattle. Upon further inspection my mechanic found that there was no way the engine had 66k miles. The Vin number on the engine was also scrapped out to prevent anyone from running a history report and finding the actual mileage. There was also some work done to the timing chain that was not done correctly, keep in mind they do an Inspection of the timing chain, guides etc. When I called them they were more concerned about why the engine was opened and inspected by my mechanic, did not seemed to care about the entire misinterpretation of the engine.Rather than dealing with their poor customer service I decided to take their engine out and send it to the junk yard. I purchased another engine from a reputable shop who was able to provide pictures of the engine and vehicle before it was removed, they also provided a vin number that matched the one on the engine and even a Carfax with mileage history etc.Before you buy be sure to look at their other 1 star reviews and you can quickly see the trend. Their 5 star reviews come from the customers who got lucky and got passed their 90 day warranty before realizing their engine had x3 the miles they advertise.

Got engine for my Jeep Commander 3.7 with roughly 43k miles back in 2018 or so can’t remember now but engine runs Great til this day no issues what so ever. Would definitely return for any other needs :)

Ordered an engine that was stated to be good low miles, upon inspection found one of the cylinders was scratched enough to need machining and a piston was damaged. Not what you want when you paid a premium for a good engine. They would not warranty it saying warranty was void when the head was pulled. They send a set of pistons to try to make up for it which I would have been ok with if they were oem 4th gen pistons but they werent, they were some cheap chinese stuff. The correct move would have been to send oem pistons and refund cost for machine shop sleeving.Would not recommend you buy from them.

I’ve been in need of a motor and was planning on buying from this place. Mind you I was getting ready to drive out from Hollywood to Orlando. I had this whole notion they had the motor ready to go since they post it on many platforms. Turns out they take 18-20 days to even have a motor ready for you and the post they make are just some other motors they do not have and use for their marketing. Thankfully I didn’t buy online either after reading al the reviews.

This “chop shop”claims to get low mile engines and “inspect” them they do not at all. It’s a lie! They pressure wash the engines and spray paint them. The engine I receive had rust inside the valve cover and the oil pan had so much rtv it took 30 mins to remove. (They do not inspect) etc I had to send my engine back to them after paying to get it installed and removed. The guy Alex then cussed me out repeatedly and told me it was my fault! Plz take my advise and don’t buy from this company! Images in any pictures they have online for advertising are misleading and fake! This is a greasy out door facility they push engines around on the ground. My engine also came completely stripped down with cheap after market coils now throttle body or anything.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! Scam!!!!!!!

Bought a 3.5L motor and it took them 3 weeks to get it delivered to mechanic. The motor was installed after having to take off not need items because of instead of unplugging wire plugs they cut them short which cost more to be fix the right way and then my mechanic found a very small crack in my oil pan. Which can’t get changed out easily. So my mechanic had it longer because everything that needed fix. I’m thinking no big deal because the motor has 54k on it. I put 1050 miles on it and the motor starts knocking and blowing lots of oil out of the exhaust. Call AA and they said to bad so sad your a month out of there 90 day warranty. I was under the oppression that it had a longer warranty especially since (they say they do so much more scoping there motors out). Will not recommend them to NO ONE!

I bought a Subaru turbo engine. I received this engine one month from buying it. Once it got here damaged, it had a crack on the right sprocket cover. It was no issue to me once I saw that there were no broken pieces inside, I decide to improvise and i was fine with it. Further more into the installation my mechanic assembled the engine with all new hoses exct... Once they finally installed the engine it had no compression and started leaking and that’s how I learned I bought a faulty engine for an immense amount of money. I called Alex (the owner) who then told me to take a hike and to get a better mechanic because he obviously didn’t know what he was doing. This was now leaving me with the labor cost and no working engine. I then proceeded to return the engine with his master policy in which he makes it harder than it is to return them (took 2 weeks). I spent $3,000 on the engine alone out of my hard earned money being a college student and working full time, this set me back quite a bit. He also didn’t refund the money back immediately, oh and it got better he told me that if it worked at his hands he would make me pay the shipping costs too. This guy is rude, arrogant and will not resolve any issues passively, blaming you for the quality he sells you. Like other reviews I also have messages, videos and pictures of my experience so whatever he responds to me is total B.S, don’t trust this place. I don’t write reviews for anyone but I feel the need to warn other from buying here.STAY AWAY!!!!

I bought a motor from them on 05/13/2020. A 2013 5.0 mustang motor with 63,617 miles on it for $3,199. The motor was delivered on 05/29/2020. I recently looked on their website and that same motor is still for sale. So I had a buddy call and ask for a mustang motor and they said that MY SAME MOTOR (miles and all) is still for sale. They were very nice and helpful about buying the motor but I dont believe they are very truthful about what they sell.

Sold me a faulty engine. I paid 4 thousand dollars for nothing. The managers giving my stress about the engine return date acting like it’s my problem they have a bad business. Won’t cover labor as it’s my fault I just bought a 4K engine from them that doesn’t work. I WANT TO KNOW IF ANY OF YOU HAD THIS PROBLEM! LET get together and file against this unprofessional company so it doesn’t happen to more people. And a heads up scroll down to the warranty it lists common problems that are wrong with engines and says it’s not their fault, proving they don’t check and stand behind their work.

Do not buy from these people bought a 07 jeep wrangler engine with 66000 miles and turns out it not a 07 and has more than 66000 miles they still have the one posted that I so called bought with 66000 mile engine dip stick not correct had to modify as I was replacing seals the coolant ports are full of build up and they dont not give you any paper saying how many miles was on the engine went to start today and left head has rattle guess I have to start all over just a far warning to you all dont waste your money or time

Dont buy engine from these people. We installed a engine for a customer in October and its knocking and defective. Its outside the warranty period which is fine things happen but I was trying to find some type of resolution and they pretty much told me to f off well sell you another one for a couple hundreds less. We understand your 90 day warranty but when you only put less 3k miles on the vehicle then clearly the engine wasnt up to its standards when sold. We werent looking for anything for free just some type of compromise. Terrible customer service getting yelled at for no reason
