I entered the store confused, overwhelmed and expecting to pay a lot of money. But to my pleasant surprise, that was not the case. Pablo Vega was the most helpful associate I’ve ever come in contact with. He helped me pick out fluids for my car and gave me expert advice on how to keep up with it. I am eternally grateful for the excellent service and will definitely be back. Please give this man a raise, he deserves it. In fact, make him CEO. Thank you

Man me and my partner were calling all around Orlando for this particular battery with limited expertise. Slid into this auto-zone because we saw a few similar trucks in the parking lot. Walked in and Montel immediately showed us exactly what we needed to get done. This man is a god send. Great energy and very knowledgeable! I’m not from the area and would never receive this type of service in my home town. If the manager/supervisor or even the store owner sees this… this guy deserves a raise. Made my trip up here worth while.

The experience is like what a usual auto parts store experience looks like, mufflers, accessories, oil, coolant, etc. And its not bad, but someone requested a battery test and was apparently denied service and luckily Im actually training in automotive technology so I at least was able to teach him how to change his battery terminals and hopefully things went well for him. I know this place will be improving after this mistake as AutoZone is hiring capable people 💪🏾

If I could give 0 stars I would’ve. Manager is very rude and unprofessional. We placed an order at noon to be delivered same day by 5pm and paid extra for that. I called them at 8:30pm asking where is my order and manager says that she is heading out my way with the order. At 10pm order wasn’t still here, I called the store again and manager was very rude saying that it’s not her problem, laughed at me, because it’s only 10pm, and hung up while I was talking. Ridiculous, person like that shouldn’t be a manger of the store.

This might be the best autozone in the country. Ive never seen one open til 12am. The manager Alexander M. went out of his way to help me with an issue today. Customer service is excellent and the whole crew is ready and willing to help you. Great job!!!

DONT SHOP AT THIS STORE! The associates (Alajadra) are RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! I ordered a part from a different store and was told to pick up the part up at this store. She did not greet me she just yelled what’s your phone number she put in the three numbers and yelled it’s not here. She did not try to help solve my problem. She just yelled AGAIN it’s not here. I asked her to stop yelling at me. She told me that’s how she talks. I again asked her not to yell at me. She said “ I told you that’s how I talk”. She then walked away from the register and told the other associate (John) she was not going to help me. She went to another register and began helping other customers with a calm voice. She was totally disrespectful and rude.Her customer service sucks. To top it all off…. MY PART WAS NOT AT THE OTHER STORE! I will NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER PART FROM AUTOZONE!!!

Friendly helpful staff, but there were alarms going off the whole time? It was late at night not really sure what was going on kinda funny more than anything. Just needed some wipers and they were able to pint me in the right direction.

Called ahead of time to ask if product was in stock; guy lied and said it was; drove all the way there just to find out they didnt. Horrible customer service. Dont waste your time.

Good service. Parts are seemingly always available for my car as well as families. Just needs a bit of a faster way to deal with customers. Long lines. Possibly due to the fact that it is in a very central area. Which is also a good thing. Parking lot is in a huge plaza that takes a blind eye to people making repairs on the spot. Loan a tool service is available as well.

My experience was unprofessional i walked in cause my engine light was on so i asked if i could use code reader and the manager was like i need your phone as an exchange im like what this is a jk right? with a blank stare everyone else what surprise cause other Autozone they dont do that like they look at me like i was gonna steal a $20 dollar item like seriously.

I was there earlier today, I needed my lights changed on my car. Brian assisted me, and did an amazing job, He was polite, friendly and honest. I left feeling good about going to Auto Zone. I will definitely come back and hopefully Brian will be there to help me.

Ill start by saying i spent 2 weeks trying to get my issue resolved with corporate o ly to receive no results. Finally i decided to just call the store manager at the actual store my order was shipped to and the manager named raj solved my issue immediately . maybe this man should be getting a bigger paycheck and promotion to a higher position for bis customer service skills are exceptional and provide actual results unlike the multiple people i spoke with at corporate. Great job raj your the only reason i will ever shop at your company again

Hiram L the assistant manager is awesome! He spent a long time searching all over for I part I drove an hour away for! The system said they had one but it wasnt in the spot on the shelf. He found it a few spots over and saved out night!

Really bad experience. The black lady was very rude. My girlfriend went to order a part and the black lady was very rude and unprofessional. She just stop helping her and decided to go away. What a poor customer service from this Autozone and this BLACK lady should be fired.

Montel did an amazing job. My window wouldnt close so watched my car while i went inside to get what i needed. He also helped me find additional parts and better prices than i had previously had.

Had to replace the battery on a friends truck on our way home and they had it in stock at 10pm. Would be perfect but the system was down.

It’s Auto Zone, most of the time if the Staff can’t find it on the answers on the computer well then your out of luck, most of them have some basic knowledge and some don’t. At this location they were very friendly and helpful, it was nice that this location stays open later then the other locations in town.

Store was very busy and Montel handle all his customers like a champ without breaking a sweat. Give this man raise! Very hard working person.

Had the pleasure of the store manager Raj helping me out. I needed a new alternator And he added, while Im changing the alternator its best to change out my serpentine belt. I said your right thanks then he asked how my windshield wipers were. I said what are you working on commission? he said no sir, just looking out for you. I said thanks so I got the wipers too. I love auto zone better than the rest of the stores.

A star is too much for this place always somebody behind the counter who doesnt know or trying to scam you out of something! I had called 2 hours beforehand checked on a timing belt was told they had it in stock 2 hours later they had supposedly sold it and the only thing available was a kit they have for$200 more . When I confronted him with the fact that I just called in and couldnt check just how long ago was sold suddenly he still had it. I am done with AutoZone I will not call them for anything ever again

Mr. Montel did amazing customer service, had a customer who entered the store with no mask, Mr. Montel gave customer a mask, client did not wore the mask, had to let the customer know the purpose of wearing a mask. Mr. Montel was very helpful and hes on top of safety precautions. And hes very pleasent and funny.

I always come to this one bc they ALWAYS have wat i need. They usually always have long lines but also always move fast so not too long of a weight. One time a older gentleman [who worked there] even helped me walk oil and coolant to my car bc i had my newborn daughter with me. I didnt ask for help but he offered. He looked like he needed my help i felt bad. He had a back brace and was kinda slouched but nice af.

This is the Autozone to go to they always have the parts in stock...Dont waste your time going to any other store if you need a specific car part!

I loved getting parts from autozone, they have fine trained people working at this store, and their quick at finding what you need, and the store is only a 1/2 a mile from my house...

I just left the store and wanted to give kudos to Montel. He was really helpful, but in addition to that, he was directing customers while in line asking what they needed and helping fellow employees. Not sure if he is the store manager (if not should be) but he acted like a boss! So nice to see!!

The service was great. I know nothing about cars, but the gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable and gave me some pointers as to what I needed to do in the near future. I would recommend this location to anyone.
