The name on the gentlemans shirt that helped me was Alex. I am guessing it was because the time of day it was 430 on a Sunday. But the gentleman acted like I was bothering him and like if he was doing me a favour getting my parts for me. Although it is the closest auto parts store to the hotel I work at I will just go the extra 2 miles to auto zone.

TERRIBLE customer service! Their main source of income has to be selling parts to local repair shops etc. Because they can’t possibly run a business with everyday people shopping there the way that they do. You’re better off at O’ Reilly’s or even auto zone, go figure? The GM or assistant whatever he thinks he is, at this location is a JOKE. God forbid you don’t speak English and come in for help bring a translator because you won’t get any help! Not to mention half of their staff can’t even speak proper English...

Dont buy cheap ($69) batteries here - they dont know where they are and take forever to find them. (But the $140 batteries, they can find in a jiffy!)The kid behind the counter knew that my car stalled nearby, at dusk, and still took forever to find the replacement battery. He recommended some socket wrenches that were too shallow to change the battery. Didnt think to recommend some flares, since it was dark by the time he finally returned with the battery.Finally, went to return the unused tools not even 30 minutes later AND THEY WERE CLOSED! They were supposed to be open until 8pm, but at 7:25, they had already closed up and turned off the lights!Do NOT recommend.
