One of their AC compressors only lasted 2 years and they werent willing to replace it. They do not back their products well at all.I spoke with Jose and he was pretty nice and tried to be helpful, however his manager Chris is rude and does not prioritize customer service. He actually hung up on me! Very unprofessional.If you want a company that will back their products and do what they can to fix issues they create, DO NOT go to Cold Air.

Garbage service. Its like playing Russian Roulette on whether you are going to get someone that knows anything about what they are talking about. If they are the only ones that have the part maybe I would get it from them, but I would try every other option available before that
