They dont care about your time. They will tell you a pick up date and not meet it. They will tell you a pickup time and wont meet it. I bought a part that takes 30 minutes maximum to take out, I bought it on a Tuesday and was told it will be ready to pick it up Friday. I called before going and was told wil be ready by 1pm got there at 12:30pm and at 1pm was told it would take 3 hours to take out🤨 the part. They would call me. I called 2.5 hours later and was told Im going to check I will call you in 10min. They did call me 30min. Later to tell me it would be until next tuesday because it wasnt done and they had the long weekend off. Companies get too big and dont care about how they impact the little people because they got the big money and you dont so thats why you have to end up at their mercy. Wish we the little people could do more than just a post.

Worst service ever. No lie I’ve called on multiple cars multiple parts and they change the prices every time like it’s a click of a button. Not once have one stuck to the price they’ve given. False advertisement on warranty! Within 17 miles exactly motor starts knocking. I called them up multiple times and would transfer me to a line that goes straight to voicemail. I ended up reaching them and spoke to them and they wanted me to go take my car to some unprofessional backyard mechanic shop to tell me my motor won’t be covered due to an aftermarket turbo. I should paid a little extra and go with LKQ

This is a huge recycling center (cant really call it a junkyard), relatively clean with great choice and availability, well organized, and with good people. We didnt spend a lot of time, but they had our part pulled and ready to go when we got there to pick it up. Well be using them again!

Havent bought a bad part from here yet gotten several engines and transmissions

They dont do what they say. That was yesterday. This morning the General Manager Vinnie called to find out what happened. I explained what happened and he offered several alternative actions assist me and make sure I was taken care of. So if you go there and for some reason you dont feel satisfied see Vinnie he will fix it. Or at least try.

The sales guy don tells you they have 7-10 days to get the part which apparently was a lie I waited almost 15 days patiently never got a call until I went back to get my refund now the motor is there I never got the call bought another motor they charged me 20% restock fee still please be aware of these scammers!

Excellent place to buy used parts or a motor..they have very affordable pricing and for a recycling yard,they offer the best warranties around..i brought a engine back in july 3 months later i had an internal problem John replaced my engine with no problem..thanks again John..i will definitely recommend this place.

I hate to only give this place 2 stars. Ezekiel the counter guy was great. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He took me out to check my part before I bought it because everyone was busy. He is definitely the right guy to have up front.Now for the 2 Stars.It took five days to get my part. It was practically off when I looked at it. 10 minute job.( I was an auto dismantler through the 90s)When I went to pick up my part I had to wait way longer than necessary.The employee handed me my part with the trim missing. When I asked him for it he laughed like I was joking.Eze went and got it for me.

Overall big operation clean part gets power washed plastic wrapped and boxed for shipping. after I saw all that with my own eyes I received dirty furnace rusted transmission had to help load in the car nothing under it at all zero carrying after I drove 1-2 miles it start bouncing I open the trunk and about a quart came out of it made a mess. trans was installed and seems to shift fine so far.

Bought a engine with them, received the engine complete dirty and rusted!But the big problem is not this, also we worked more than 2 weeks to put this engine working ! The engine runs, but seconds after its turn off !Tried do get warranty with them, but unfortunately they put all than responsibility on others parts of the car !Spend more than U$ 1.200,00 with extras parts and labor to fix problems on the green star engine !Horrible experience! Not recommended!

Rude customer service to start with prior to ordering my part but I ordered a part 5/13 Monday and paid for it kept telling me it will be delivered Tuesday next day kept calling saying it’s on the truck here we are Friday 5/24 with still no part and no straight answer from these fools. Lied about quality of part. Drove over 60 miles to see a hood they graded as A and said in great condition. It was covered in stuck on dust from sitting a long time and after cleaning it had a dent, needed painting and the chrome accent was rusted. A means near perfect. This hood was a C and over priced at $200. I had no choice but to buy it being the distance I drove. At least they discounted it to $175. Use this place as a last resort.

First of all, this rating is for the people that handle the parts on the yard, They are care less I bought a transmission for a 2004 Trailblazer, and the mount for the transmission was broken, since I received it like that it sucks to be me, EZ the person that sold it to me he was great and very polite, not his fault, any how will not drive 21/2 hours to this place to get anything.I received a phone call from Beny the general manager and he offered to get me a new tail for the transmission that I was broken, he was very polite and willing to help me whit my issue, thank you Bent Im changing my review to a five start

I have been coming to greenstar for a very long time, always have dealt with Alan or Eze who are absolutely great and treat me with professionalism. This last visit in Greenstar was absolutely terrible, thanks to a racist, egoistic woman working there named Andrea. She treats people with disrespect, has NO experience in customer service. She should be working as a parts puller hidden away from customers! She carries a nasty attitude and is not the usual personality I see in greenstar. It is likely I will not come again if she is there! I rather pay triple and go to A to Z and receive BETTER customer service!
