My service advisor Chuck was amazing. Super friendly, welcoming, and explained and went over everything. I had some minor damage to my dash after getting my stereo screen replaced there but Mark and Chuck made sure to correct the errors and get everything fixed! I was a little stressed at first but they made everything a smooth process and delivered great customer service!!!

Run from this place. Not only I felt pressured the whole time but they upcharged the hell out of me. They wanted to charge me 35k for a forte gtline. Went to city Kia and got a forte gt premium package for 30k. Had to block the dealer because he wouldn’t stop calling me.
Just bought a car here yesterday for my girlfriend. Since it was for her I didnt feel the need to drive it because I paid almost an extra grand to have it inspected. The car needs an alignment bad only one of the wheels was balanced so it shakes on the highway and it needs an oil change. We were only able to drive it for a mile because there was no gas in it. And we left the lot with a 26 mile range so I had to fill up to get home. Also I had to pay for their luxe detail package over 1500 dollars by the time I got the vehicle home I could see they applied whatever coating over top of dirt all over the place. Also I had to clear the headlights and even clean paint off of one. The car had no floor mats even though they were pictured on the online posting. Also only came with one key for the vehicle so all in all Im gonna have to get the vehicle re detailed re inspected probably pay another 200 for an alignment and balance. Maybe another 150 for a new key. Another 100 for floor mats. When I already over paid this dealer for all those things. Buyer beware!
Ok I just got my first car at Kia greenway and I’m truly grateful but I’ve been waiting for a license since September 16. We’re about to hit November so I would like to have my plates. Also I can barely go a 8mile in the car because of my gas. I had wonderful sales woman but she no longer there. Now I don’t know when I’m going get my plates. I’m college student and I work so it’s hard to get free time but I’m very upset about the service. Soon I want to speak to a manger about my plates.
Terrible experience at this dealership. First of all, the salesman kept making jokes and comments about the fact I drive a 2021 Genesis G70. Who does this while trying to sell a car to a potential customer. Went for a test drive and all seemed fine besides the comments. Proceeded to get numbers on a car that was supposedly in transit. The salesman was trying to sell the car at MSRP, charge a dealer fee, and a $1600 LUXE package that is supposedly mandatory. I told him there is no way Im paying for a clear coat protection on a car unless I am requesting it. He wouldnt budge until I told him I was walking from the deal.I walk out of the dealership and someone runs after us and says he would take off the $1600 if we make the deal. I told him we are worlds apart and my son had to go to work, so we were done. BTW, they wanted $44,000 for a K5 premium after all their fees. And this was prior to TAX and TAGS which I know we obviously have to pay. He proceeds to tell me in a demeaning manner, I guess you are just looking and not looking to buy a car. And made a comment that my son didnt have to go to work or we wouldnt be car shopping. Also stated as he walked away, go back to Lexus. He knew I bought cars from Lexus this week because I told him they didnt try to rip me off with all the fees. This was the Gods honest truth. Go look for my review on Lexus of Orlando. Great place to buy cars, I just wish they had something my son wanted.All in all, Id give this dealership and the staff zero stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
I seriously had the BEST experience with ERIC NUNEZ. He was very professional and upfront with me about what we could make happen. His honesty put me at ease during the process. Tony at the Service Center has impeccable knowledge. He not only helped me, but he made me feel comfortable leaving my only car in his care by explaining what was happening and what needed to be done to fix my problem. He fixed my burning oil issue in my 2017 Kia Soul, and he was reliable, professional, and consistent in his service.
After 3 years and 9 visits to another service center (City Kia) to address 2 issues with my vehicle, I was completely fed up. I called the main Kia customer service and they set up an appointment at another service center, Greenway Kia West. It was a bit of a drive, but the staff at Greenway Kia West was able to diagnose both problems immediately. Finally, after years of issues and weeks of my vehicle in the shop, the most problematic issue with my vehicle is fixed and works beautifully. I am still waiting on one part, but that is a supply/chain issue, and I am certain that once it comes in, the other issue will also finally be addressed. Thank you to David and the team!

Disappointed ($&@!) is the best way to describe our experience (it should be zero starts). Called and asked about the availability of a specific vehicle (NEW) that was available in their website and the first instinct of the salesperson was to lie about what they had. Made us waste our time and gas to get us there when they were aware they didn’t have what we had asked for. They immediately tried to show us an USED one with 22k miles!!! If that is your first interaction with a dealer on first contact, will you think that they will not lie to you on the rest of the process? I will ensure to let the rest of my military friends and coworkers of your disrespectful tactics and inconsiderate ways in dealing with potential customers.

I had a great experience when I went to Greeenway Kia West. From the start the salesman named Diego made me feel very comfortable He took me to the cars lot and started showing me all the different features of the car that I wanted. He answered all the question I had and frankly I felt as if I was talking to an old friend. I made a decision and got me a 2022 K5 GT line. Very happy with the car fun to drive and looks great.

This review starts out with a problem, but I am giving a 5star because of the way the resolution was handled. My wife and I purchased a car in 2020 and had our registration transferred by the dealer at that time since it had over a year left. I guess an issue came up and the registration could not be transferred and a new one was issued, but we were not contacted. When I went to renew a year later, I was given a message to contact the dealer. That is when the issue was found and told to me. I thank Yakir and Patty for their professionalism handling the matter and getting the correct plate in a very timely matter.

Went in to get a car for my wife over the weekend. The first salesman that we had was a friendly and knowledgeable(Javier). However he was in the process of a sale with another client. Rachel was then introduced to us. From the start she was too aggressive. The numbers she came back with for the car we was viewing was thousands over the sticker price on the window. Her answer for the price increase was “it’s the only vehicle within 100 mile radius “. Horrible reason. I pointed out the car is a lower trim for a higher price then we received from the same company a few weeks earlier. Her explanation was a comparison of jordans(shoes). Then went on to say that she has been doing this for nearly 3 years. Well, I have been doing math for over 30 years as increasing the total price of a vehicle then trying to add incentives to confuse a buyer into paying more isn’t right. She was the worst salesperson that I have met thus yet. My family and I left and went to city Kia where we received a great deal on the exact vehicle

Everyone at Kia West was very nice and professional when we purchased our new suv. After the sale, however, we can’t get anyone to answer a simple question when we need to cancel our GAP Insurance. I think the customer service needs to be consistent not just when they want your money.

Absolutely nothing. Employees are not customer oriented and are all for making the dealership a profit. The sleaziness can be felt by the demeanor and attitude of the employees. Would not recommend anyone to get anything from here. Biggest mistake. Bought my car here in 2020, have brought it in for servicing, they have tried selling me things I don’t need, charging obscene amounts just diagnose a simple problems, etc. simply profit oriented. There is truly a reason why they have only 2 stars. I don’t put much weight into it, but if there is ever a review that you truly take into consideration, this one will save you headaches and money.
Easy, quick and great quality. I left my car at the service before my actual appointment because I had to travel for work. Tony from service dept took very great care of my car. Id avoid this place at all costs theres plenty of other dealerships in the area. The outdoor price of the car changed after my daughter had already took the car off the lot with the promise of making the down payment the next day. After she made the down payment the next day the financing went up over $900 more thus inflating the actual monthly payment that it should have been for the price of the car less the down payment. They use the usual scam of focusing on the monthly payment as opposed to the price of the car and they added back in some fee that was discussed that was going to be waived.Also called to complain about the issue and never received a call back whatsoever.And after a week of posting this still no acknowledgment still no phone call still the same bad service we got when she was there.
Came here directly after leaving City Kia the same day who treated me poorly and refused to negotiate. Met with Juan from here and walked out with the new K5 that I wanted for a much better price that Im happy with. City Kia wanted to give me a quarter of what Greenway offered. Hard to refuse that. Great experience. Javier Diaz was a great and honest sales men from beginning to end. I went only cause of an email they needed used cars, my car I loved but honestly cause of the honest and how he actually helped to get exactly what I needed and wanted I purchased a vehicle cause of him.
Never buy a used car here. Period end of sentence.They claim that they inspect the trade ins for road worthiness, and that made me feel more comfortable paying a little extra for my Chevy spark...Fast forward literally less than 6 months later, I am looking at replacing half of my front end for a repair bill of about a third of what I paid, cash, for the vehicle.For a problem that is invisible when youre inspecting the car at the dealership...BUT a problem that would have been OBVIOUS to a mechanic up on a lift. Either they never inspected the car, or they knowingly sold a car with front wheels that cant be removed. I dont know what would be worse...
Be aware of this dealer, I tried to schedule an appointment for my vehicle here because everyone else close to me is booked with appointments!!! I was about to schedule when I asked how much for the service they said it would be $460.00 plus dollars for a supposedly 4 hour service when everyone else that was quoting me 2 hour for the same job which means it would be half of the cost... I also family members whom went here to purchase cars and they got priced gouged!! Be aware NOT a trustworthy dealer!

Worst experience Ive ever had at a dealership. Everything was fine until we went back to get our tag. We just wanted gap insurance and the guy kept trying to squeeze in their warranty. He kept changing the terms and trying to squeeze in there warranty. He even had another guy come in and force us to get it. Me and my pregnant wife were begging to get out. Please MAKE SURE you check the final payment per month because theyll put everything you dont need in. They turned a great experience into a horrific one

They have horrible customer service and finance department, outrageous dealer fees and the window sticker for my used car was incorrect. The finance department forced me to go with Kia finance despite me telling them no and having approval from another bank. They tried to make me pay an extra $1000 for never buying a car from there before. And the windows sticker stated my car was equipped with a backup camera which is false. I would never shop here again and will not recommend this dealership to anybody until they take care of these matters.
When we arrived at Greenway Kia West Javier was instantly helpful. We told him our budget and he was very kind and took that into consideration instead of just showing us cars out of our budget. We were able to test drive the cars we were interested in and make a few phone calls to get our details sorted. When we were ready to buy Javier was patient and explained everything throughly and worked with us again through our paperwork to make sure we were comfortable with the price. Called dealership about a specific vehicle and even gave the stock number. Was told the vehicle was in the process being delivered within the week. Made an appointment that day for my husband to come by on his day off and get a trade in quote and talk specifics. Athena was aware it was a time consuming drive from our house and being the reason of why I called instead of relying on the dealership website. Once my husband arrived the dealership advised my husband that specific vehicle that I called about was a pre order for another customer they have been waiting on for sometime now. That the representative that makes the appointments does not know anything about their stock. Funny when she asked me for the specific stock number. Thanks Kia West for wasting our time and money. I hope you don’t mislead all your customers this way. I called to ask about the miscommunication, was told you would look into it and return my call. Fun, I never received a return call. BEWARE of this dealership and miscommunication and not valuing people’s time. Sat thru Orlando traffic on way there and back, for nothing. Just how people like to spend their day off.
The website pricing and the online sales associate brought us 3 hours away from home for a gReAt dEaL. After communicating for 3 days, we were told we could negotiate the price, we get in the store and get a whole other salesman, then they bring in the manager who slimes his way across the room, and gives a price almost $3000 over the KBB pricing. He said he was the only one negotiating. I wish we wouldve read all of the other reviews before we came here and wasted our time.
Ive had my Sportage for a little over a year now and every single time I visit the service department, I have a horrible experience, except for today! Larry is by far the nicest, personable, most diligent service adviser there. Thank you Larry for going the extra mile. We need more people like you in the world!
I was looking for a new car and car shopping around. You know how dealerships can be most of the time it’s very in your face and you have to buy now type of situation. I was pleasantly surprised by the service at Kia. They were kind and nice and it felt like I wasn’t pressured to do anything. Jen was super helpful. Im not happy. I went on CarGurus and found a cute little Chevy Sonic, I was so excited - it was less than 6,000 for the original price. I went to the dealership, was welcomed nicely, and everything was going great until they decided to drop two fees on us. The first was a 500 fee for not financing the car - youd think theyd be happy to get 7,000 in cash as we were going to pay up front. The second was a 1000 loyalty fee for not having bought at that dealership before. Thats a good way to tell your customers not to recommend you to anyone else. In all...for a 6,000 car, I ended up with a price of about 13,300 dollars. Plus interest.They also messed up the title. I ended up co-buying with another person, but I was supposed to be the main buyer and titleholder - they didnt even put my name on the registration. So I dont even know if the car is registered to me, and I have no way to prove so. Besides about a three-hour wait for the finance guy to be done.The car was in good shape...but I have a feeling that they wanted to get rid of the car, and adding 1,500 in fees plus warranty on top of that was not the best idea.

If you plan on buying a new Kia car dont you ever buy it from this dealership. They charge you outrageous markup fees which is 15k-20k above other Kia dealerships. Make sure you do check with other dealerships close by before making your purchase.
They will say whatever to get you into a car, and I they will cover up damages on used cars! Make sure you inspect every inch and ask questions about any used car on their lot. Also they will add a bunch of random fees. I went to purchase a vehicle I seen online listed at 23k purchase price. After speaking with the sales rep he comes with a financing sheet at 30k. Taxes dont bring the price up 7k. Nope just because they seen what I was approved for through their financing they tried to max out my loan & I had to walk. When you look at the financing sheet its just a bunch of random fees added to the car and when you ask what they are they cant even answer the question or make something up. Then if you do buy a car and want something done afterwards it’s all of sudden becomes impossible to reach anyone.

I have bought multiple (8 if you count sending family to purchase as well) and they used toBe wonderful. That said- I was VERY cheated in my last experience. They oversold my car, added all sorts of fees and prices to me- this was after promising the would help me with the best deal for being a long time customer. They assure me i could refinance with their partner after sale. Lied. My pay off was late, dragging my credit to hell from and almost perfect credit score. I even reached out asking if they could help me get out of being forced into a voluntary surrender and they have ignored all correspondence. I am hurt and disappointed and will never buy from here again and will tell everyone I know to stay away.

My car consumes all the engine oil between two oil changes every 3,000 miles. The oil stick does not mark anything. The oil stick comes out completely dry. The mechanics at Kia tell me that everything is normal. I definitely never want a Kia car again!
Came here knowing that i will be getting a great deal for a car. But its too late when I noticed about the added fees on top of the car prize. Not good experience for first time buyers, they will try to focus you on monthly payments instead of the prize +taxes, registration, dealer fee ($900) of the vehicle so they can add their random fee without you even noticing. They will lower their internet price to get people into knowing that their price is very competitive. But when they will show you the out of the door price, they will add random add-on that you cannot cancel to inflate the price of the vehicle. For us it was the appearance package that they say all their vehicles come with it, even though it says in the invoice dealer ADD ON. They failed to explain what is appearance package when we are on the dealership, because Im guessing they did not want us to notice the they charge us more with an ADD ON that we did not need and want.PSA:I wouldnt recommend this dealer to anyone because of our experience. But if you still decided to go, For all new car buyers, dont focus on the monthly prize of the vehicle, focus on the real out of the door price, inspect that what you are getting is what you have talked about with the salesman.

This dealership is trying to charge approx 40% over MSRP. I drove over from the east side of Orlando and could help but laugh when they showed me the numbers. Complete waste of time. We are looking at the Carnival SX, which is new and in demand. We expected that there might be a premium because of that. But MSRP for it is ~$43k. Their price was ~$58k plus an additional over $2k for what they were calling accessories and a ceramic like paint treatment.Hopefully this is just a laughable dealership and not a representation of Kia. First time looking at Kias and not off to a good start.

Hello !First time car buyer here at 21yrs old.. I was a bit skeptical just because the competition is there and I had a high standard and certain budget but very little credit. I shopped around at other dealerships but what really got me was the sales people did not compare to Rachel Moore she went ABOVE and beyond to show me my options and was was realistic for my budget. Trash. email and text correspondence between myself and sales rep regarding a truck late friday evening a month ago. Told via text truck is onsite. I asked if was non smoker truck and if interior was clean not trashed. Told by sales they would check and confirm. 10 min later text back Def clean and non smoker truck. I make appoint for next day opening hrs at 0900. Drive 2.5 hrs to store arrive at opening. Ask to see truck regarding my appointment. Employee types on computer comes back That truck has been in repair shop a couple days Needless to say I wasted 5 hrs of my day and fuel to have been lied to the previous evening by claims truck is on site. Absolute pathetic excuse of an employee. I responded to two separate emails sent out by managers for surveys on my experience. Not a single response from either one in over a month. Will never recommend this poorly run place.

Update: turns out my advisor was Tony, the one most these negative reviews are about. Why hasn’t he been fired? Wish I could give less than 1 star. I came here for an oil change on my Kia Optima (still fairly new) and was told that there is a new requirement on the owner manual’s scheduled maintenance to be within the manufacturer’s warranty. It was a $300 fuel service. After calling Kia customer service, I was told that it is not a service required by the scheduled maintenance to be within the warranty. Was told by this dealer that my warranty will be void if I don’t get the service. Was scammed out of $300 by the advisor because they lied about warranty requirements. Go somewhere else, or risk getting scammed. They do not care about customers. Don’t bother commenting to contact the GM because no one has called me back or returned my emails about this so no way to get help if you have any issues.

Monsoor our sale rep, was knowledgeable, willing to answer all of our questions. He wasnt pushy, and worked with us to get to our price. He went above and beyond by cleaning the car and putting gas when the rest of team had already gone home. Id definitely work with him again if we ever need another car in the future.

Wife took her Kia in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation, took 4+ hrs (should take 45 mins) they are indeed short staffed, but that is common place post-covid era .. need to hire more or adapt and overcome. However the 2 stars is because the work that was done was at least done well.
Unfortunately, my first and last experience with this dealership was not a good one. I contacted it attempting to reach the service department but was answered by a sales department member (keeping unanimous). I explained to her that I was looking to get a full appraisal for the purpose of a diminished value claim from an accident I had a month prior. I was clear in communicating that I was not interested in trading in or purchasing another vehicle at this time. She proceeded to tell me that it was not a problem, and that I should come in after work. I opted in for text messaging and also confirmed with her the day before and the day of that I was coming for this appraisal. Upon my arrival, not only was she not physically there, but no one knew what I was talking about. I was told that appraisals were not offered and were only given to customers looking to sale their vehicle. I wasted my gas, missed dinner with my family and time going there.

Came here to buy a car and was willing to give $1250 more than the asking price. But they brought the numbers back and added $5000 to the car😂 better off going to another Kia dealership in Orlando area that won’t make you pay a $1000 loyalty fee and other BS charges you think the General Sales Manager would want to sell more cars but they our more worried about adding $5000 to a car with over 100k miles.
This is the worst run service department in the history of kia dealerships...the east location is so helpful but anytime I bring my car here its a problem in attitude, service, and quality of work!TONY is one of the worst customer service representatives Ive ever seen. He would rather prove a point (usually wrong) than treat you with respect. I will NEVER bring my vehicle back here theyre shady and cannot be trusted.
I’ve visited This Kia a couple of times but nothing tops the visit I had with Malik ! He was amazing, he listened to all my needs and put it into a car the fit me! He wasn’t pushy like most car salesman, didn’t even feel like I was even talking to a salesman, and to top it off he was so handsome, which was just the icing in the cake!

I recently got a car from this dealership and my experience was GREAT!Juan my salesman was very professional and knowledgeable of the product and everything he was doing . Everything was done efficiently. I totally recommend people to go to this dealership to receive AMAZING service and make sure you ask for Juan !

The finance team are thieves, they tell you one number, then when you sit down to finalize that number is out the window and you end up paying way more, they insist the only way to finance you is to buy an extended warranty that ends up to be trash and unusable. Stay far away from greenway Kia
First time buying a brand new vehicle. At least the truck is great…Salesman Chris Barker lacks professionalism, wreaks of cigarettes, and will not return your phone calls. Chris charged me an extra 250$ for registration, makes a remark about how “we try to do right by our customers and save our customers money” and I chuckled a bit stating “that song is for another bird”. I sarcastically said “ if you wanted to do right you could have returned my phone calls.”, showed him that I called him at 11:16am and his response was “did you leave a message? How do I know who you are?” I had already spoken to Chris on his personal cell phone in regards to getting the new plate a week prior to today’s incident. He walked away saying “your making me mad.” And smoked another cigarette. We buy a brand new truck from you and that is how you treat us?4 hours at dealership waiting for finance by the way. Total transaction took about 6 hours.Finance dept. completely added fees and jacked our interest rate up after we put over 10,000$ down. Due to out of state co-signer??? Never said that to us before taking our down payment. Waited til co-signer left and came at me with all these crazy inflated numbers. I should have shut down the buying process right there! Farid was ok and offered us the “Lux care” package which Chris told us we already paid for and was already applied. Strange considering Farid offered us that same service. I told Farid, we already paid for that. He stepped out for one minute, came back in and I asked about Lux Care and he said they were “applying it, it only takes a few minutes”. But the truck did not move from its spot.The vehicle wasn’t even registered properly and I had to pay an extra 250$ On top of what they already charged me ($120 due to their mistake) just to pick up my plate on the 30th day of the the temp plate expiration date.Not one time did I receive a return phone call. My wife and I called over 12 times to inquire about the license plate. I called to speak to the manager today and left my name and number… still no phone call.The Kia Telluride is an outstanding Vehicle. Just buy it from someone else. I’m sure there are some good stories about this place. But my experience was certainly not one of them.
