We traveled over 850 miles to Orlando for vacation. After we get there my Ram 1500 goes in limp mode. This locks the transmission in 4th gear. we begin to stress out. Contacted Doug M. at the service dept. He made no promises but was understanding of us being from out of town and in a bad spot. He helped to get us worked in their busy schedule and try to get us back on the road. Couple of days later truck is fixed. Cannot say how happy I was or how much I stressed out when we were supposed to be relaxing on a much needed vacation. Cant say they can get everyone of the same problem but would highly recommend calling them for help. They will definitely help you out best they can. To Doug, the young lady driving the shuttle, and the tech who made the repair, I cannot say thank you enough!

I wanted a 3 row SUV and i know that it’s the worst time to buy or even lease a car right now as new car prices are skyrocketing but i had to, because my previous car lease just ended so i went to Orlando as i live in a small city with very limited inventory, I wasn’t thinking of jeep at all at the beginning because I didn’t even know that they have the Grand Cherokee L third row, so i went over 8 different dealerships and my experience with all of them was very bad, very limited inventory, some don’t even have cars and others have one or 2 with very ridiculous prices, no offers at all and no room for negotiation, then i came across this jeep dealership so I called them and for my surprise they were very welcoming and they said they have the car with variety of options so i went there and just loved the car so much, it’s so neat, luxurious and spacious from inside and very cool and sleek from outside. Also they had many color and features options to choose from and most importantly the staff was very welcoming, nice, helpful and professional and in less than two hours i was in my way with my new car . I had a terrible experience with this dealership. Drove 35 minutes to get my car serviced when I had an appointment. Was told my car wasnt going to even be looked at till the next day or Monday but I had to leave my car there so it could be checked in? Was told it was because I made an online appointment and they dont have the ability to put that information on the website. He said the appointment was only a check in appointment and my car wouldnt get serviced for up to 4 days. If you cannot get all the information on the online appointment then dont allow for online appointments to be made. Or call!! Waste of my time. Absolutely ridiculous. Next time, call your customers to tell them this information before they drive to you. Then proceeded to go to a different Jeep dealership and had a much better experience.

Dylan was awesome. He worked with me over the phone throughout the day and answered my million questions. He was only on the schedule until 4 PM, but when I told him I couldn’t get there until 6:30 PM, he very willingly agreed to stay and wait for us. He had the necessary paperwork ready when we arrived, took us on a test drive and answered even more questions about the truck. While we were waiting for finance to get our paperwork finished, he searched on the computer for RAM running boards and hitch accessories so we would have prices on them before we left. We did not get out of finance until 9 PM, and he was waiting at the truck for us with our keys. He was very happy to help us pair both of our iPhones with the bluetooth before we left. And I received a text from him a couple of days later, making sure we loved the truck! Highly recommend!

Called this one, they had it, but tried to tell me it was $50.I sent my spouse in and he asked why they told me $50. They tried to backtrack and say theyd give it to us for $37

The facility was clean and the employees were friendly. This place recieved 3 stars (should have been two) because it took me almost 7 hours to get an oil change and 3 new tires. Unfortunately because I was repeatedly told they were almost done, I waited instead of leaving like I really wanted to.

I spent some time running around Florida looking for a new Jeep Gladiator in the right color and options. After looking for just the right one I had to order a new Jeep Gladiator to get a manual transmission with limited slip and a basic, rugged, good vehicle to take home to Colorado. No hidden surprises at the delivery and when I had a question about the final tally, the owner of the business walked up behind me and eloquently explained how I had not taken into consideration shipping. (how often does the guy at the top spend any time helping customers?) An honest, beautiful family run business that I will head back to for my next vehicle. Please DO NOT ever buy a used car from here. You are better off purchasing a car from a homeless person.Two days after the car start giving me problems told the sales person and literally got brushed off like I was crazy. Then I decided to take it to get service $100 later it was a battery issue which they should of did when I initially got the used car. I called and spoke to the sales manager and all he did was blame the service department instead of taking responsibility. Then after that here goes another problem with the car. If it wasn’t for the manager Brian in service I would of literally just sue I know for a fact they basically sold me a lemon. Now please do not even waste your time here purchasing a used car I can guarantee you might get stuck on the road and they will make it seem like it was you!!!!

I had great experiences with this location in the past but, everything changed when I took my car to get serviced for new brake pads and resurfaced rotors. I am very disappointed with Doug, Hector and the mechanic who resurfaced my rotors wrong. I made an appointment with Doug AGAIN because my car was making a whistling sound after the new front brake pads and resurfaced rotors were done. But Doug said my rear brakes needed adjustment and cleaning then the whitsling sound would go away. I knew that was not the issue. I had to hire another mechanic to fix my car($214.00) problem and I have pictures to prove the front left rotor has ridges meaning it was not resurfaced at all or not correctly because the right rotor was smooth (resurfaced correctly. And Hector said he would talk to the General manager to help me get a refund. But he never called me back after talking to him twice. I will never trust this location with my car again.Update: Thank you so much Mr. Bryan(General Manager) for responding to my issue promptly. You were very kind and your gentle words really put me at ease. You are truly a man of your word. Thank You again Sir.

To all who are reading this review when I tell you this was the greatest car buying experience I have ever had that in itself is an understatement! Internet sales manager Joe was awesome! My Charger Scatpack was still in transit to the dealership. Joe kept me informed of the delivery process from beginning to end. He answered all my questions without hesitation. Most of all he was a genuinely nice guy, no BS with him.When I arrived at the dealership to finalize the sale of the car, sales manager and finance manager did not play games. This dealerships service department is extremely difficult to deal with. Second time Ive had issues with this dealerships service department. Today, I brought my Jeep in for steering/ride issue. Made arrangements with Jennifer to stop in when they werent busy, to have someone take a quick ride with me to see if they can feel what Im feeling with the steering and ride quality. I installed a lift and had them replace the steering box under warranty (at the same time). Not sure if its in my head or if something actually isnt right. When I got there, we talked briefly before she went to find someone that could take a quick ride with me. She came back and said that Brian told her I had to check my vehicle in with the service department and leave it with them. Really? They are going to have to test drive the vehicle anyway. I dont get it. I drive the vehicle everyday. Why not drive the vehicle with the customer, while Im there, so that I can point out what Im feeling with the ride as its happening? I have no problem leaving the vehicle with them for service work, I just wanted them to confirm what Im feeling isnt normal first. I own a business, my employees and I would never operate with this type of customer service. Makes me wonder if they are somehow monetized for checking in vehicles into the service department. Needless to say, I will not be referring or using this dealership anymore.

The second time we have gone in there to trade in our lease and this is the second time they have said that the prices online for the vehicles we are interested in are incorrect. This is definitely false advertising just to get in there and then tell you that they will assist you the best they can with the price they wanted to sell it to us as the same price as the online price after the trade in and discounts. Horrible way to do business

The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is for TROY—he is extremely personable, knowledgeable and has a great attitude. I had a question 6 days after service was performed on my vehicle and left a voice message for my service advisor. After not hearing back for a few hours I text the service department line overseen by Troy and he answered within MINUTES. That is the level of service and prompt response time customers deserve and keeps them coming back. Troy not only answered my questions but explained the reasoning which made me feel like he actually cares about his customers and their safety. Thank you so much!!

Jennifer Wynn was a great help to me! In the past I’ve been very disappointed with my service at the dealership, but I’m glad I finally received the chance to have Jennifer as my service advisor! She made sure that I was taken care of in every way! My issue was taken care of promptly and the service tech who worked on my vehicle was very accommodating to both her and I! I’m hoping that my experiences can continue to be good, and I will always ask for her whenever I’m in need! She’s the best!!!

I have no complaints until I got there this morning to pick up my rental car and they gave me a Jeep renegade and I have a full size RAM truck I thought they could have did better on the rental car issue but so far theyve been pleasant
