My husband contacted Paulo A in Sales with an unusual request. He was exceptionally helpful and professional in providing the needed information on a pre-owned Aston Martin. I called Paulo at the dealership, and I instantly connected based upon his honesty. He was able to get me out of my Maserati that I just had purchased at another dealership, and did not have a pleasant experience at. The other dealership had overcharged me by $30,000 for my SUV. Paulo was able to erase negative equity and get me into my dream car, a beautiful Aston Martin Vantage Roadster. Living in two locations I have purchased 6 Mercedes which I had a positive experience, but Paulo is the best and most professional repesentative I have ever worked with. Jimmy in finance also did a phenomenal job in working with the banks to get me out of my negative equity since Maseratis depreciate in value so quickly.Based on my experience I will be looking for another car for my significant other in the next 12 months.

I had come in a few times over the last year to take a look at their Aston Martins and each time was treated incredibly well. Never any pressure to buy or do something that day. Finally pulled the trigger a few days ago and traded in my LC 500 for a 2020 Vantage. The car is absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.The entire experience was first class. The whole team there was beyond helpful and friendly. Paulo who I have been working with since the first time I came in was a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed after my first visit and put together a variety of options for a deal but was never pushy. Made the entire process on the day really enjoyable. Jimmy was also amazing to work with. He gave me all the info on add ons like wheel and tire protection but wasn’t salesy or pushy in anyway. You could tell both actually cared about taking care of the customer first and foremost.If you are in the market for an Aston or Jaguar I highly recommend visiting them!

Paperwork was handled by concierge notary at my convenience and location. Flew in and drove the car 1,000+ miles with no issues. Allie even followed-up to see how the road-trip was going and inquired if I had any questions about the car now that I had some time in it. You should have no reservations about this dealership. The inventory they have is alright, I enjoy some of the specs they have there and they have some special cars come in every few months but the people there are super unpleasant to be around. I am a photographer that goes around to the exotic car dealers in Orlando to take photos. I also love talking to the people at the dealers, but here Im treated horribly. I went a few days ago to take a look at a car. That car ended up being under a cover, which is understandable. I was so excited to even see it under the cover. I went over to ask a worker about the car and mentioned that I go around to exotic car dealers in Orlando to take photos. He then started going on about how hes not gonna take a cover of for photographers which I found really offensive because I never asked him to take it off and he looked at me like I was some arrogant kid that just wants to see a car. I respect the owners decision to keep it under a cover to protect it and for his privacy. After he went and insulted me and what I do I tried to talk to him about another car they had months ago and he just walked away. To sum it up I went to take photos of the cars here and to enjoy my day going to dealerships but me enjoying what I saw here was completely overshadowed by being treated like trash. If youre not a customer you will not be treated with respect here. And this is not the first time it has happened, it is just the time I have realized Im not appreciated here and will not be returning.

After decades of buying & trading vehicles, my experience here was by far the most outstanding all the way around! I was on vacation 14hrs from home. A car on the lot caught my eye. My son and I were in tourist grungy clothes near closing time, yet Paulo treated us first class. We returned the next morning to discuss numbers including a trade. Again, Paulo was professional and yet treated us like family. I have traded many, many vehicles and also helped many of my clients negotiate their purchase... usually a challenge.
