Pleasantly surprised with the quality and service I received here. I was attended to as soon as I pulled up, staff was very sweet and had great customer service. On top of that they are very reasonably priced and honest. Got 2 brand new tires for about $260 total including install and balancing. They have used tires as well, seemed like they were in good condition and cheaper obviously but I preferred to go with the new ones. They also speak Spanish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Went with my daughter today to get a tire fixed, or replaced. The man immediately came and got her to show her it was actually an easy fix, and would only cost $12. He couldve taken advantage of us girls, but didnt. Thats a nice change of pace! Then he made sure all her tires were full, and correct. This is definitely our new tire place, since were from Ohio, and new to Orlando!

Gave them the benefit of the doubt since my Receipt read correct size. But when I got home to install rim/tire on car. The tire size was WRONG. I was confused how so when the bad tire says what size I needed and I verbally told them. Had to go back for exchange. Very frustrating.

So glad I found this spot. Came as an emergency. A previous mechanic at Auto solutions stated I had a screw in one of my tires, did not tell me which tire, advised it was not salvageable, and trying to charge me $127 to replace my new tire.Came here, they lifted my car to locate it, they took the screw out and I was good to go! Nothing else needed besides more air in my tires. Which they did at no cost.

Caught a flat on a new tire. Assumed I needed a new tire. Went up to E&R and explained the situation. The guy said to let him go check the tire out to see what was going on. He came right back out and said it wS a simple $12 fix. I cant remember the part lolBut hey, I only paid $12 instead of $100 for a new tire. Very honest people, fast and reliable. Highly recommended. Will be returning in the future.

Was told my tires would be there upon arrival but they werent...didnt appreciate not being told the truth ...but to witness the person next to me (who was there when i arrived) receive the so called customer service from the apparent manager will be the demise of this business...i was there at least 45 minutes waiting for my tires when they eventually finished with his ONE TIRE...have no idea how long he was there upon my arrival as his car was already up on the jack...the manager made him wait 10 minutes at the register while the employee who changed his tire said something twice but the manager just sat there...horrible customer service...he left not happy due to his rim being damaged also...smh

This place is great! I called, they had the size tires I needed. They had a couple of customers ahead of me but I drove out right away. They had the old tires off and the new tires on and we were finished in less than half an hour. Polite and courteous staff. I will be back!

The tire mechanics are very efficient and dont have you hanging around all day long even when your new tires are being delivered by the local distributors, usually in 30 minutes. Very helpful in equipping early model vehicles with options your bigger dealerships wouldnt touch.

Fastest tire service in the neighborhood. Ive been to many tire shops in the area. None come close to the speedy service at E & R tires. Employees are respectable and kind, prices are competetive and their inventory is incredible. Not many places cary wide tires. I needed 275 40 18. They were the only location with the size available. Next time I need tires, this will be my first stop.

I thought I had a five-star deal paying $40 a piece for tires initially quoted over the phone $40 for the pair. I needed a decent set of tires at a good price as I was traveling across the country and asked him to make sure its aired up correctly and balanced. After halfway across the country I decided to stop by discount tires and found out the tires were over 6 years old, which means the moisture inside the tires are drying out and susceptible to popping or other damages from being weak. Also as worse is the tires were 55 PSI on the right 45 PSI on the left. They are supposed to be around 32 psi to 35 psi. It said free rotating balance on the wall when I arrived and asked him about it and he said no problem but it has a strong pull to the right afterwards as well Ill have to pay the balance after I get to my destination. found out discount tire has brand new tires for this car for around near $50 slightly over what I paid for 6-year-old tires here which has the date on the side of the tire. Now I know it always verify everything and if it sounds too good to be true it probably is, but the worst is over airing it so bad when I was very specific about being careful, Im glad I didnt tip on the guilt trip tablet that is designed for you to pay more money. The fact that I was traveling and I mentioned that is irrelevant They should proactively make sure its safe both on tire pressure and on age

I was looking for two used tires. I called them up, gave me an awesome deal. When I got there, they set my son and myself up in the waiting room with some cartoons and I was out of there in no time! My brother and friend both do business here and referred me. Ill Do business here again. Kudos to Jonathan who was so hardworking and really nice.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, but I had to so I could write the review. They scuffed up my rim and won’t fix their mistake. Nor did they make me aware of it and tried to cover it up using a black permanent marker. Once I saw it and brought it to their attention they told me “we don’t cover rims” I would never take your vehicle to this place! Disheartening when you make a mistake and don’t own up to it nor try and correct it for your customers.

Everyone here is personable and polite. They were honest and fairly priced. I was priced a quote over the phone and it never changed. When tire I bought went flat which happens sometimes when you buy a used tire, they fixed it up free of charge with no hassle. I got 2 used front tires installed for a great price! 2 days later one was flat to the ground. I put my spare on and found the problem, metal. I stopped back the next day and they fixed the problem, no charge. I really appreciate good customer service, and theyve definitely got it! Their products are Ok, but they also know how to hustle their customers. I bought a used tire and had it seated on the rim and bolted back on, but they also tried to keep my old tire without returning it. I wasnt paying to swap tires, I bought another one alltogether. They wouldve just kept my old one and resold it. I suggest just spending a little extra money and getting a new tire from a reputable shop.

The best service ever. Always go there for tires. Live in Maitland area so I frequently have nails and screws in my tires from the I-4 project. I go here for plugs, patches and new tires. Always friendly service and a plug is less than $10!

Went there with 5 lugnuts and a perfect hub. my rim has a spacer between rim and hub. This makes it hard to put On alone. Long story short they stripped two lug nut holes and were only able to out 3 out of 5 back in. Then they had the nerve to lie and say my lug nuts were wrong size and stripped and I need new ones. Couldn’t man up and just admit that his employee made a mistake. A hub is only $70. My tire came off on the way home to drop car off but what bothers me is even if I went and got the lug nuts, they wouldn’t have gone in because the hub was destroyed.

Phenomenal place. I originally went for a patch for one tire and that lasted longer than I expected. I recently went back to get all 4 new tires. Its a small location but great quality of service and skill. I am very happy!

I went to 3 other tire shops who all quoted 3-4 hour wait.I pulled into E&R Tire shop, received immediate attention, and had my tire fixed in about 15 minutes for a reasonable price!Its not a pretty shop. No formal waiting room. Looks like they just do tires. They provided great service especially when I was in dire need just before Christmas!Thanks guys!!!

Great place! I moved to central Florida 3 months ago and Ive already had tire issues twice. Very professional and friendly. Manny was able to fix my issue twice with no problems and was done very quickly. Prices are very good and fair. They even fixed a follow-up problem I had with my tire pressure monitoring system.
