I live south of Orlando so we needed to communicate frequently and Tia was on point. The young lady that gave me a 101 on my 2021 is 350 F Sport was great !! I forgot her name. Sales manager was not helpful at all, nor the salesperson who followed up with me through text. I was inquiring about a specific car and he seemed less than enthused to help me, look up stock information, or even recommend other dealers when he said the item I wanted wasnt in stock. The only reason why this has stars at all is because the initial person I spoke to who showed me the car was very nice. Will not come back to this Lexus dealership. I spoke to someone at the Lexus Jacksonville dealership and their customer service was 100x better, go to them!
These guys are great. We bought a brand new GX460 from Rodrigo and it was a no BS upfront deal. We did have a few complications post sale and they tried to find every solution they could. We mutually found a solution and all was well. Made it worth the trip from Chicago.

I received some great customer service from service manager Steve when I brought up an issue I was having trouble fully understanding. Steve took the time to explain fully the situation, and how it applied to me. Also Nicholas has been my service representative for a few years now, and is awesome!
I’m currently in the market for an SUV. I’ve visited Audi, Mercedes Benz and my last stop was this dealer. The other two dealers were very polite and professional they showed as the cars and explained that they’re short on inventory (totally understandable due to the pandemic).This dealer however has the worst customer service, while I was looking at the car with my wife and my 3 year old kid a woman approached us and first told us the car was expensive (I kindly explained to her that our other options are on the same price range, but I understood what she was implying), then told us “we only have this car in this color” I asked her if I could configure one online and have it delivered. her answer “no, no dealer does it”. Again, I explained, both Audi and Mercedes offered that option. Her answer, and I quote “then go do business with them”.I advise anybody considering this dealer, don’t let it be your only stop. There are others, way more professional.
We had an issue with our older Lexus and somehow managed to get to your dealership before it died completely--without an appointment on a busy day. Even though we didnt buy the car there and had never been in the dealership, we were treated like royalty. I have never been in a dealership that was nicer, cleaner or more accommodating to its customers. Everyone was super nice. Our Service Rep, Angel Melendez, went out of his way to make sure we were happy. When a part had to be ordered, we were given an incredibly nice loaner car (see photo) so our holiday weekend wasnt ruined. The car was fixed and clean by the time they said it would be the next day. I will not go anywhere else from now on, and when this car is too old, we will be back to purchase a Lexus from this dealership. I just cant say enough good things about it!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Took my black 2010 rx350 for brake light service. I come back and my passenger leather seat has been vandalized. I told them this wasn’t here before. They wouldn’t take my word for it until I showed them a recording I had made at the time of vehicle drop off before service. Then they decided to fix my damaged seat.

My wife and I went to the dealership today and wanted to purchase a 2021 IS 350F Sport. The car was MSRP at $48,745.00 with an additional mark up of $4,387.00 with a total of $53,132.00. The dealership refused to negotiate with us at all. I had mentioned that I could buy the same vehicle in South Florida for $46k and I was told that I need to go down there and purchase it then. So beware that cars are being marked up beyond the MSRP because of the market right now and most likely they won’t even work with you. When I was researching on-line I even asked to see the official invoice of the car to see what they paid. The response was we don’t sell at invoice. ‘Obviously’ but I was comparing numbers. Also, I would ask to see the V-Auto report that shows the market within a 100 mile radius so you can see what their figures are compared to others. Most likely they won’t show you.But you can find your own numbers out there for comparison. If you can keep your emotions out of the experience and know when to walk away, you’ll be better for it.The one thing I really didn’t appreciate is the ‘Sales Manager’ putting down the BMW I’m driving and the fact we were considering buying another BMW. I found the comments unwarranted.There’s a bit of professionalism lacking and Customer Service.
I have been going to this location for service for a very long time. I had my car’s detailed big service last time few weeks ago and the car didn’t even get cleaned on the inside at all and barely on the outside. Not pleased with the cleaning that should have been part of this service.
Great experience selecting the right Lexus for us. Chuck our salesman took the time to show us about every vehicle on the lot. He had a lot of patience. Luis the Sales Mgr got us the right deal and the closing with Brian from finance was seamless and very much a pleasant closing. We are very happy! Picking up the vehicle on delivery was very satisfying with personalized service and attention to detail of the vehicle. Chuck did a great job!

Ive had a poor experience in the last couple of service visits at Lexus OrlandoI dropped my vehicle off for service only to pick it up with cracked windshield.I called the service consultant Nicholas immediately after I got home that morning and got no answer. when its time to pay the bill or add more services to my invoice they answer immediately.when I spoke this morning io was told its my responsibility to get fixed even though in his walk around when receiving my car it was not noticed.Multiple cars mad to the dealer and no help.im trading this vehicle in asap because I refuse to advertise or show any interest in this brand anymore.I recommend that you stay away from Lexus of Orlando and winter park if service excellence is important to you.
I leased a car here in 2018 and it was a great experience. My lease is up and Ive been debating on keeping the car and financing the rest or just buy it and pay in full. With every dealership Ive worked with previously I could find a bank with a great interest rate and process my auto loan through my bank of course.... APPARENTLY Lexus of Orland and Lexus of Winter Park have a different policy. You can only use THEIR bank to process the buy-out loan.... WHAT??? Oh... and the kicker is they waited until 1 week before I have to turn the car in to tell me this... Even though I called several times and spoke to their finance dept. directly regarding my specific vehicle and my plans to use my own bank. All in all, Ive decided to KEEP the car and this dealership is making even that EXTREMELY difficult. I get that maybe because of Covid business is suffering but dont try and strong arm clients into staying with your dealership! Im trying to buy the car in full today outright and even that is proving to be difficult! NO! I DONT WANT A NEW LEASE! NO! I DONT WANT TO LEASE ANOTHER CAR! Theyre making me jump through all types of hoops just to be done with them! Buyer beware! Theyre SO nice upfront.... but when you want to do anything other than work with them... Good Luck!

My name is Anthony I would not recommend for anybody to go to this dealership if you going to want Lexus go to any dealership but this one the salespeople are great but the managers are playing games so they told me that theyre going to give me a certain amount for my trade in and then they try to raise their prices and lower the trade in by mixing the numbers up and when I get close to signing the paperwork they want to add more fees and everything like that the customer service is completely terrible I spent 8 hours at the dealership yesterday my loan was approved by another bank and it still took them 8 hours to figure out what they were doing this is the worst dealership that Ive ever been to in my entire life and would not recommend this dealership ever

People, if you are in need of a vehicle, don’t go to Lexus of Orlando. Customer Service is soooo horrible! I guess, you have to wear business attire to get some type of respect. I had sweatpants on and a T-Shirt. Never judge a book by its cover! The sales representative was very nice, but her manager would not even come to me and introduce himself and even try to see where we could meet as far as a deal!Very disappointed and disgusted with my experience to the point that I never wish to buy a Lexus anything!

Basically I took a car I had just purchased, only had it for about 2 weeks in for a minor service only for them to total it. All the excitement I had about being a Lexus owner went completely down the drain. Now Im having to deal with insurance and legalities. Talk about a stressful situation, I am beyond stressed regarding this. Not to mention they brushed it off like it was nothing and gave me the run around when I just wanted to gather my belongings out of my car. By far the WORST car ownership experience. There is not point in luxury when their service is lower than your standard brands.

Lexus of Orlando provided my wife and I the worst car buying experience ever.1. They tried to sale us a brand new vehicle when we got there after we clearly expressed our desire for a used one online.2. Initiated 2 credit checks when saying they would only do 1.3. Used bogus credit scores when figuring our interest rate.4. Lied when saying they would initiate my sales tax exempt status as a 100% disabled veteran.5. We ended up financing the sales tax.6. Not returning calls or text after the sale.7. Ahnaf Chadhurry was a dismal sales manager.I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
They do a great job on my car and always take good care of my vehicle. The prices for most things are very fair, but every now and then theres a part that is super inflated.

Had a difficult negotiation process with another Lexus dealership but after two days and changing to a different dealership and working with a very nice and knowledgeable manager we came to an agreement that was pretty close to the advertised price.
The whole buying experience was great. Luis the sales manager there was great to work with. Madeline showed me around she did great too and from what I understood she was new. Having just moved into the area from south Florida, I found Lexus of Orlando to be at a convenient location and easy to schedule a service appointment on line. Joshua, my service tech was friendly, professional and kept me informed via email of the progress of my car. I only went for a 20k service which took about 1 1/2 hours. I waited inside where there were snacks and drinks. It was comfortable. I will use Lexus of Orlando again.

Since purchasing my 2018 Lexus (in late 2019), I have had needs to facilitate services twice from Lexus of Orlando (at Major Blvd). On an initial visit, I was greeted in the service bay quickly and efficiently upon arrival. I was pleased to have the service rep. Joshua Montgomery who communicated with me in a personal and professional manner. He made me aware of every detail regarding service and cost after I relayed my auto concerns. Originally, I was told that I would need to take a loaner vehicle and retrieve my car at a later time. Joshua interceded with work being completed the same day. During the wait, he made sure that I was comfortable and informed until the work was completed. This was an exceptional start to what I believe will be a continuing automotive relationship.A few weeks ago, my car was inoperable when I tried to back the car out of my garage. Lexus of Orlando (Major Blvd) sent a flat bed tow truck to pick up my vehicle. The dealership confirmed the issues and sent the car back to me in outstanding operation...and freshly washed. Yes, my car is under warranty. However, I was, again, impressed by service rep. Robert McMeans attention to my dilemma. He put everything in motion for a stress-free solution to my problem. Along the way, Renato Torres, in the service department kept me informed on several occasions until my car was returned.Lexus of Orlando (Major Blvd) has earned my trust and gratitude. Worst Car service ever, I brought my car to service with complaining of tire noise and they told me the problem is wheel bearing and charged me over $800 for one wheel bearing and when I picked up my car they told me will look at it again and picked up after 5 days and same noise then they told me its the tire problem where the noise comes from and I took it to Action Gator Tire to inspect the problem and they told me my struts, shocks and tires needs to be replaced and costs me another $2500 to fix the real problem, dont ever take your car to this service department If you dont want to be ripped off and pay for something they cant even fix. Last time I ever take it to Lexus service. Their service department Manager didnt not even offer to refund for the charge they didnt fix.

I contacted service department and requested and appointment to have a key made and programed after losing my original for my older model Lexus. The service department assured me that the could make a key and reprogram for my 2001 IS 300. After having the car for almost a week I was told that the key was made but they were unable to program the key to start the car.The suggested that a diagnostic test would be costly because of the age of the car and that it was likely was an electrical problem. I requested to pick up the and got there I was over charged $200 for key that didn’t work and needed to tow car off the lot.Spoke to the service manager who proudly informed me that the service person who worked on my car was one of his best and he trusted his judgement.Well, Lexus Of Orlando I found a back yard mechanic who was able start and reprogram the key for $145 without any diagnostic test or car parts repairs.it is clear that something was not done that should have been.
Scheduled appointment for routine maintenance services at Lexus of Orlando. My service advisor, Joshua Montgomery, was excellent. Joshua explained what maintenance work was needed and answered all my questions. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. The work was completed quickly and I resumed the rest of my day.

All I can say is WOW!I work in the customer service industry so I usually critique pretty hard when I am spending money. I was sincerely blown away by how I was treated from the very first phone call. I am in Atlanta and called to inquire about a car late one evening. They gave me every bit of information I needed without being pushy or not showing interest with me being out of state. I booked a plane ticket to fly down the next morning at the last minute and Brandon and Will did great at setting all this up and making it easy on me. I was picked up at the airport on time by Surendra who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Once arriving at the dealership I was in and out in 30 minutes. Everything was prepared and ready for a smooth and easy buying process. Franklin the finance manager was also extremely professional. They detailed the car inside and out and walked me through every detail. I have bought a lot of cars and I have never been given a better experience. I will absolutely continue to fly down and buy any other cars I need in the future from these guys. Hats off to them. We were on vacation in Orlando (away from our home Lexus dealer) and had a message come on the display about our airbags not functioning properly. I called our home dealer and they immediately connected me to Lexus of Orlando so I could make an appointment. Luckily it was only a software update that needed to be done but it was taken care of quickly. Lexus of Orlando washed and vacuumed our vehicle even putting the “blackening” on our tires that husband likes so much. Upon returning the vehicle a service manager, Tim, took time to explain a lot of the features that our RX350 has and how to use them, going beyond our expectations!

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ORGANIZED..VERY CLEAN TO..NICE PEOPLE
My service experience was outstanding as always. On my most recent visit,, in addition to my scheduled maintenance, my car required service to comply with a recall notification. Everything was taken care of and I was on my way in 3 hours. I give special recognition to my Service Advisor Lyndon Walsh, who communicates with me before, during and after my service visits.

Decided to check out this dealership as I was new to the area and wanted to look at some vehicles. Was approached by an awkward looking guy, Surendra. He was very presumptuous about my spending capabilities and also very negative towards me when I wasnt forthcoming about how much can I spend. After asking a few questions and indicating that I am waiting on my boyfriend to join me, he became even more frustrating to deal with. I requested to speak to a manager, and he said he was the manager and there was no one above him. Furthermore if I didnt like it there, I could take my business elsewhere. NASTY ATTITUDE. Needless to say, I am comfortable in my new S550 that I picked up from Mercedes Benz of South Orlando. Will never return or recommend any car lot he is affiliated with.
