Great people! Alex was super with communication for several days until we were able to come to the dealership. She introduced us to Vitalie who was very gracious and well versed showing us the features of the car we wished to purchase. Near the end of our deal, he had to leave for a family emergency and turned us over to Michael. He also was very informative and polite. I am very pleased with them and highly recommend this dealership.
Wow, they really go all the way with top warm service. My car purchase was a great experience starting with the outstanding Alex communicating with me via email, answering all my questions in a timely manner. Now comes the super star Vitalie the Russian, who made sure I knew everything about my new explorer. As fir the wrapping things up Jose the finance guru knows how to make it happen. Service does not rate high on honesty.I needed an oil change, had a low tire, and needed washer fluid, so I asked for the works oil change.Watched on the monitor. 90% sure They never touched my tires.Left still low on washer fluid, and low tire on the same position. Just as I thought, no tire rotation. Which also means no brake inspection. All of which are checked-off on check out sheet.Both honesty and The Works are a complete joke here. Never going back.
We are currently waiting on the arrival of a Ford Mach E that we put a deposit on. Our sales person Steve Lucius has been amazing! He’s been in contact with us numerous times keeping us updated on the delivery. I really appreciate the open communication and straight forward answers. Steve went on the test drive with us as well and was really passionate about his job. You could tell he enjoys what he does. Trish at the service desk is always super helpful, obviously has customer service close to her heart. She listens to what I need, comes up with solutions, communicates timelines to me, and alerts me when work is done. Great ambassador for Tropical Ford. Highly recommend.
We were in the market for a Mustang Mach E, and when we arrived Steve helped us. He was very professional, low pressure(which is good as we dont buy from high pressure sales people), and knowledgeable on the car, and also very patient with us. He helped us over 2 days and his knowledge helped us make a decision to get the GT version when he found out an answer to a question we had that wasnt easily found online.
I went to tropical Ford yesterday with my truck with seven issues and all seven issues were fixed. I just got back from picking up my truck and Im very happy and was impressed. And it takes a lot to make me impressed. They where very professional, extremely highly very nice people and very courteous. I would recommend them to anybody.

Too bad you have to leave even 1 star rating, because their claim of “Best Service Around” is a bunch of bull. We were vacationing in FL and got ready to leave when a service light came on. POWER TRAIN issue on our 2019 Ford F-150. Still under FULL warranty. Not some little fluff thing that could wait. We have almost 700 miles to drive and don’t want to be stuck in the middle of nowhere with 2 dogs with us!So we head here—-they said they “might” be able to look at it in 2 days…….really? Ok, first, that would be on Sunday and I don’t think they’re even open on Sunday. (Duh) But secondly, we’re talking about the power train! When we looked everything up, it said to not even drive it but to have it towed! But put us back on the road for 12 hours. You can’t even hook it up to the machine to see if it’s a true problem or just a glitch that triggered a light? Come on!So my suggestion to everyone is if you value YOUR safety or the safety of your FAMILY—DO NOT EXPECT SERVICE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Take it somewhere else! And if their service is this bad, I certainly wouldn’t expect anything better from sales.
Tropical Ford dealership. who would of known the only shop I ever encountered that would rotate your tires and lose 1 lug nut. If there not responsible why wouldn’t they at least let the vehicle owner know that your missing a lug nut. There the only company that I allowed to rotate my tires 😒

I was on vacation from WI…. I had a low pressure tire light come on while visiting Disney. We did sit for about 1 1/2-2 hours waiting until my transit could be seen- nothing was wrong with the tire but it was low on air. They made double sure by dunking the tires in water. They filled the low tire with air. After we asked how much we owed- they said nothing- you are on vacation enjoy it. I was happily surprised and wanted to give them a shoutout for awesome karma!
DO NOT BUY HERE! DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE! This place is rude to customers and will laugh in your face while stating that isnt my problem. Ive had terrible experiences with the Sales Manager Jack Grace. He is incredibly rude and unhelpful. The service department is also SLOW. They can take days to do simple service work and never call you to let you know it is ready. The sales personnel will act like the service department is an entirely different COMPANY and provide no help.I will never come back to this place. I was a customer for a while and dont know what happened to the level of service. They do not treat customers with respect.

Our experience with Tropical Ford in Orlando was great. First of all, we were welcomed immediately upon arrival in the show room. Several people came over to make sure we were taken care of which doesn’t happen at every car dealership. I would definitely recommend Jose Galvan. He was very helpful. I have called on and off for months to cancel my Gap because I refinanced my vehicle. Finance department does not return phone calls at all. One receptionist even told me so herself on one day. I called again today the finance manager is not working today per the receptionist. Ask to speak to a sales manager “can we take a message he is with a customer”. I live an hour away. Please give me a point of contact and some assistance I am begging. Terrible service.
Always used this Quick line service.At 6:40 came to be first on the line. At 7:00 they opened. At 8:00 oclock my car has not been touched. After I asked when my car would be checked( to change oil and do rotation), the answer was about 2-3 hours at list they will check. Are you serious?,, Very good service with wasting time of customer. No apologies for inconvenience, no any possible alternatives and very important NO APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE.Thank you for nothing. If it would be ZERO to estimate your service, you would get it.

Great Service, Michael did a great job, Highly recommend this fellow. Did everything as I wanted, no pressure sale, choose car at lunch and pick up after work, paperwork was a little slow, but after couple hours finally got the keys. Be CAREFUL with their sales and finance department, I am looking for some legal representation. BE CAREFUL and TAKE A PIC of your deal in the salesman desk. This should not be happening a deal is a deal in the salesman table, 60 is 60 not 72.

I left the truck for a engine light diagnoses, they said was $150 for that and after it they said wasnt nothing bad, just reset it. I have authorized oil change and another checking services since the engine light was solved. When I came back to pick the truck up, after paying $404, the car was dead, after a jump stard I just realized that the engine light is still on. I complain and the truck came back for a diagnose again and they said is a Power Train Control Module need to be change and reprograming estimated in $1.550. They gave me the wrong diagnose at the first time, I have authorized the service, they charged and did anything coming with a wrost and expensive problem, I asked for a refund because they gave me the wrong diagnose and I have paid for nothing, they just denied. Very unfair really bad service, never come back at this place again.
Dont waste your time. They lied to us about a vehicle we were going to purchase. Made a deal with Alex on a red Explorer and set an appointment to come in and finalize the deal. I called last night to have the vehicle held and was told that it would be. Today I got a call from Alex saying we were good to meet at 4. Then 2 hours later she called and said the vehicle sold. We put a deposit down to hold it and even got our financing approved today. Not sure how you treat customers in such a poor manner. Still in disbelief. Tried calling the District Sales Manager 4 times today and left messages. Here we are 6 hours later with no call. Buyers beware. Feel bad that Alex lost her sale because she was awesome. She even had the keys on her desk for us. Another salesman took the keys knowing she had the deal. Unbelievable....

Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I was looking to put a deposit on car for 60k and they would not let me test drive a comparable car. Sales manager came over to discuss and after taking with less than 5 minutes he walked away from me in mid sentence. If I could give less stars I would.

Very disappoint about the customer support! I before and the services is great but this last time I ask for motor oil change and transmission oil change and they charge me tire rotation and transmission! When I check the paperwork in my office call back for ask what happened and no one give me clear answer! Mr. Shawn Rasel is an amazing person! He understands the customers feeling and fixed the mistakes and I feel comfortable this time! I gonna returned to do my scheduled maintenance vehicle!
Heads up when buying used from them, the inventory is good but the process is not all upfront. Be careful when comparing pricing and fees. I did not purchase. Found a better deal in the Tampa area. I was told sales tax and tag transfer was about $2000 on a $16200 purchase. Not sure how they got that number.
I got my first car! I’ve been looking for a while, And this place was it! Jose Galvan who was recommended by Jonathan were great! Jose listen to what I was looking for and was very honest and not pushy on just making a sale, he was very helpful, as a single mother he understood and showed that he was in favor to help me find what was a best fit for me and my son! The reason I am giving this dealership three stars is because the guys in the service department are extremely helpful and friendly. However if you did not buy you car from them or are buying a car, the sales department was downright rude and very unhelpful. When I called for information the lady who answered the phone in the sales department basically told me it wasn’t her problem!

We had a great experience with everyone involved. They did what they said they were going to do and made lifelong customers out of us!
I got a normal offer for a Mach-E from Mullinax Ford which was standard MSRP for a vehicle hard to get, but had to wait a month. Went to Tropical Ford since they had it in stock. They are price gouging for $3k above MSRP stating it was shipped from NJ. As someone who has shipped from California to Florida for $900, it was clear they were lying. What’s worse, I spoke to them ahead of visiting and they simply could’ve shared they intend to heavily inflate. Horrible business practice, go to Mullinax Ford where they are direct and honest.

My husband has been wanting a truck for a long time now, so we decided to to take a drive from tampa to Orlando on a Sunday to Tropical Fordthanks god we got there on time before they closed. Michael Torres our salesperson was very helpful and very nice. Thank you Michael for staying late helping us especially when it was close to closing time we really appreciate it.
So now its been 8 days and no call back from the manager Brian. Normally I would not get involved in my sons business but I felt in my heart he was being taken advantage of so hear it goes and I hope that no one ever goes through what we have. Last week his car was in Tropical ford and they had it for two days and he was told that the problem would be over 900.00 to fix. They had it a couple of weeks before and he had put a lot of money into it as well. He decided to have it towed by AAA to someplace else for a second opinion. They day of the tow he had to be to work so called from his dads car to tell the girl that answered the phone that AAA would be the soon to pick up the car. That was a 90.00 tow. AAA got there and Brian would not release the car so AAA left. After thinking that the car was in for a second opinion some where else he found out they would not release the car. Why we have no idea because when I got involved Brian would not come to the phone. I spoke with Carmen. When I insisted that the car be released I called AAA and again pd for another 90.00 tow because Tropical ford screwed up. Well, now listen up people because this gets better. So the car went to a very reputable mechanic and the problem was fixed for a whopping 37.00. I guess my instincts were right he was being taken advantage of. I would never recommend Tropical Ford to anyone!!! What kind of manager doesnt care enough to call back a concerned customer? Brian doesnt!! They would not consider comping the second 90.00 tow fee when they new darn well they had screwed up by not releasing the car and to think 900+ dollars when it was 37.00.Yep I said 37.00. The only reason our son went there is because of his warranty that was a waste to begin with. When on hold you will hear the owner mention he built his dealerships on customer service. I dont see it. Again Carmen you were great. Brian you might want to take lessens from her. Get a second opinion people!!!

NO ETHICS HERE! Drove 4 hours after agreeing on a deal with Alex. After arrival, terms were changed. This dealership has zero ethics and should be ashamed. I only did drive after being very clear with Alex and her confirming terms via text. Once trade in was there they had nerve to say it was gonna “cost” them $750 to fix a scratch you can’t even see. Obviously they just wanted us there and knew once we were there because of long drive we would do deal. Alex seems very nice and so we were very disappointed how this played out.

DO NOT 🚫 use this Ford dealership for sales, fleet service/company vehicles, Ford car repairs, services-parts, oil changes. The staff and mgmt are SLOW & could care less about schedules, quality, time, customers. The Ford Quick Lane oil changes, service bays are a joke. My 2005 Ford Crown Victoria LX sat untouched in a bay for HOURS. Id scheduled a Tropical Ford oil change & A/C check on the Ford website. No customer number, email, reminder, invoice. 0. Nothing! When I arrived the staff acted like they had no clue why I was there. The Quick Lane manager was on vacation. I sat waiting for nearly 6 full hours to get a regular Quick Lane oil change & for a Ford mechanic to look at my A/C, engine. Avoid Tropical Ford for regular repairs. Id add they claim to have a huge parts & service dept for Ford vehicles but could not replace my front license bracket. I plan to email Fords main customer service line too.
I took my 2016 Fiesta ST in for warranty service at this Tropical Ford early June 2020. After returning home I found that on the same day I picked it up, an employee of theirs took my car and recklessly drove it 5.1 miles (each way) to a Culvers restaurant and got into the drive-thru to grab food. At that point the dash camera was unplugged so the drive back was not recorded.The drive to the restaurant was careless, lots of weaving in and out of lanes and speeding past cars. And it was NOT a test drive related to the work they did on the car.I made the dealership aware and they only offered me a free detail service, which I declined as I wont be taking my car back to them. Then they offered me the refund of the $100 warranty payment for the work. I spoke directly to the Service Manager for this. He mentioned no specific disciplinary action for the employee, vaguely said that the employee would not be fired but would suffer consequences. He offered no specific steps on what they would do so this doesnt happen to another customer in the future. No explanation as to how and why this was even allowed to happen.He mentioned the employee has been there for about two years. How does an employee with decent tenure so nonchalantly take a customers car off the lot once its ready for pickup, for a reckless 10.2 mile lunch run? What if I had showed up just an hour early and caught him coming back with fast food in hand? What if he got in accident and hurt someone?Please be warned.

So last week my mom and me were out at the Florida Mall and we were shopping. We are not from the area and the navigation system in my car stopped working. So we asked a person near us at the mall where the nearest Ford was and they said Tropical Ford. We stopped there and we were greeted by a salesmen named Jose Galvan who was more than happy to come out and help us. He did what he had to do and the navigation started working again and thank goodness for him because we would have been lost. Not only did he fix that my mom had more questions about the vehicle and he did not sell us this and he began to give us every detail about the car like he just sold it to us. Keep us in mind he didnt sell us the car and the guy who did just sold it us never explaining the features of the car. We will definitely be buying are next car from tropical ford from Jose who is just outstanding.

Had to take my vehicle in for a warranty repair. In and out quicker than expected. The next day, some kind of ring slipped and I knew it had to be tightened. Middle of the day, I knew they were going to be jammed with vehicles and worried about turn-around as I needed my vehicle for deliveries. Called Santiago, he met me as I pulled in, took it right back to mechanic and was out in less than 15 mins. Thanks guys.

Body shop is awesome!! Bob and Junior know their stuff and the techs working there are top notch. I had brought my orange Mustang to them. I never thought that my car would come out looking like new. I have a few cars some classics and and am very picky. I have to say besides Bob and Juniors customer service and knowledge they really knocked this out of the park!!! If you ever need any type of paint or body work this is the place to go and they also handle all insurance work as well!!
3rd vehicle purchase from this dealership and the experience was fantastic. Alex the online sales manager took care of the pre-qualifying so we knew going in we could get the vehicle we wanted. Had to go to Ford after we came out of Aquatica Water park to find a flat. One of their contracted services, Pop a Lock, came to us very quickly, changed tire, and had us on our way. We got to Tropical Ford about 10 minutes before closing. They were happy to stay late to check & fix my tire on my Ford Escape..& get us back to our vacation. Best Ford experience ever. We made a deal on a vehicle that was “Blue Certified “, which meant that it underwent a complete inspection and came with a warranty; however, when we were closing the deal, he said that he was mistaken, absolutely no warranty was given. He refused to deal on the price and only offered us a $200 discount. He said if we didn’t like it, we could leave.
