I wish I could give them 0 stars. I have ordered from this company twice. My first order took quite awhile to get to me. After calling management my purchase was shipped overnight. Silly of me to think the next time would be any better. I purchased my hair in December and yet to receive it. It is now almost March and I have no hair or refund. My advice to anyone reading is to shop somewhere else. Do yourself a favor.

Ive been wearing virgin extensions for years so I’m pretty knowledgeable in knowing how to properly take care of the bundles. But this Virgin Indian Allure Wave is some of the worst I have purchased. This hair tangles, and sheds like a dog. Before my install I sealed ALL of the wefts and shampooed/ conditioned the hair with the recommended products that I was told to use at Beautiful Hair 4 U. Unfortunately, it still sheds and tangles like crazy.

I drove from Ocala to get a silk frontal because I didnt have time to wait for my Virgin Hair supplier to order one. Was referred to the place by the person installing my hair. The hair is of poor quality & overpriced. My advice, shop around or be patient. For the price they charge for that poor grade of hair, I get grade 7A- 8A, 4 very full bundles at a fraction of the cost. Will not be coming back.

Ive had great hair from them years before they opened 10 stores n had the hair for 3 years but now the quality of the hair is horrible or they are selling me low grade hair when im asking for bales. Their Orlando location NEVER has hair in Stock. It forces me to spend my money with other companies. I give up on them.
