Needs more helpful staff, my purchases were on sale, but by the time I got home I realized they charge me full price😡

It was a pretty good place to go. All the employees were great. Theres a new manager there now and shes not very friendly. I think she was busy but there wasnt anyone in the store but me. I live less than a mile away but I will go to the one in South chase from now on.

I shop here quite often and I cant speak enough about the most impeccable customer service. The staff there is so helpfull and knowledgeable and curtious. I prefer shopping here versus the other competitors store.

I walked into the store and everything was fine until I felt like I was being followed everywhere I went the store manager was Laura at one point she was so focused on me and worrying if I was going to shoplift that she had customers walk in and go straight to the register and they were waiting there for a while. I dont think I will ever go back to this store I felt so uncomfortable everytime I looked at something she always had a comment.. customers kept walking in and she was more focused on my sister and I. I guess something about looking and being Hispanic is a problem. This made me feel so discriminated I felt like I didnt want to purchase anything there. Also there were things on the shelf with no tags on it and I had to constantly ask her for the price. I felt uncomfortable already and imagine how I felt when I had to ask her the price..

Small store but the staff is amazing and VERY knowledgeable. Love going here for moments I need those last few items and getting to learn about new products.

I came in to buy a comb and pick for my hair and was told I needed to be liscensed to buy products. Where do they do that at. I smell bullspit. Shut em down.

I like shopping here even though it cost more than the USA stores..
